hello,

setup A fronius eco is connected in grid tie inverter mode to a three phase victron setup.

observation fronius eco keeps hitting 25kw production and trips off showing an error code which translates to frequency mismatch then fronius starts a cycle of booting which takes almost a minute.

request pls does anyone have experience like this or knowledge about how to tackle this?

temporary fix reduced the panel stream by one so that it doesn't hit that value, but this affects total fronius output esp when sky is overcast. kindly mention me when you advice.

You should have contacted me through the number below for quick response as i deal with companies, institution that buys even outside phones. Mine is to tell them the total cost, what they need is just a representative they can trust amd not the proforma invoice.

People selling phones here are not all into those formal formal jargon, na cash and carry.

However if you're convinced your company will buy the devices, buy both power bank and phone with your money, then you can sort the formal whatever with your company. You can even make small profit sef.

i was clearly stated not to buy and ask for refund.. na naija person de in charge na, so she knows all that loophole.

1. What we do.
