nice thread... I'm the one who asked for a laptop from mikkey's thread... but the non refundable #2k tho....what if the ones u get aren't good for the person?

i tot u would take a non refundable of like #5h.... then after deal is closed your charges are implemented on percentage basis?

let me know how you roll pls... i need a good laptop for browsing and watching movies basically....connection and good battery are what i need.

budget is 20k to 25k and slightly elastic upwards if the laptop is really good.

lets talk on WhatsApp through my siggy.

God bless your hustle... i really like to support it.

i have never said non refundable,i only said deposit, the 2k deposit is a part payment, you will pay the balance when the deal is done...i am only demanding this token for me to distinguishing between serious buyers and disturbance ...some people with less than 5k in their bank account would tell you to help them look for ideals..before you send me the deposit fees i will make sure your budget will land you a good deal,

lets talk on whatsapp pls... click my siggy

Sodiq961 is patriotic

I would like to use this medium to appreciate Sodiq961 for his selfless service yesterday.

So a non-nairalander sold bitcoin to him and sent him account details associated with the phone number that scammed abuhazzan. He notified me and we investigated the case for over 6hrs.

At the end, it appeared that the owner of the account is innocent but was a victim of soft MITM SCAM not regular MITM (but no time to explain the details).

So Mr. Sodiq later paid the trader and abuhazzan accepted his faith.

Also, thanks to Descrisom and okwaIfugo for their time during the dispute resolution

Trippledots:
hello,

I started this thread with an investment biz that went caput. i went hunting, found an arbitrage site and that went burst too. These experiences made me reluctant in updating this thread.

However, i think it is only fair to share my experience here, as success isn't a sudden jump but a slow and painful process.

i have lost huge amounts looking for a good investment plan since then...and I'm talking about funds in six figures here folks...

Anyway, with resilience and a bit of mother luck, i found one. I gave it a try February of this year, and surprisingly it surprised me . it has helped cushion the effect of the losses i have made and even given me some profit.

Good thing about it is that its still waxing strong. ☺

To avoid long stories, I'll not say anything further, and i know how sceptical we can be of investments, i also am but this works.

I'll send a breakdown of this investment to anyone interested via email.

send "WNTH" to levi4real2004(at)yahoo(dot)com

Take care

Go to the land and perform some activities. If you can fence it, fine. If not keep farming it. Survey the land and register the land on the family name with the ministry not lands.

thanks for the response sir. I'll survey it and register.. the land is quite big, cant farm it all.... where do i start pls? any IDEA of the cost requirement?

spyder880:
Good buy.

i dnt knw if this is the right place or medium to ask a question sir, but i know you are experienced in these land issues and i need ur help.

My family has extensive bush covered or even small forest covered land in Emekuku, Owerri, Imo state.

its a family inheritance but I'm concerned about land grabbers and poachers stealing it since i am not based there currently.... how can i secure my inheritance in a most cost effective way.
