For those outside Lagos, you can indicate the address of the closest FRSC Zonal Command to you or your family and friends who you can authorise to pick up for you. Based on experices shared with me, it could be ready for pick up between 3 days to 1 month. One can't rule out the efficiency of our dear people but at least, there's a process in place. Hope its clearer, cheers.

Even if you're already in Canada, you can make the request and get the soft copy of their response for your use for driving licence/car insurance as well and have someone back home courier the hard copy to you after you give them written authorisation to pick it on your behalf. Hope this helps.

My IELTS is out. It's not what i hoped for but it will have to suffice. LSRW 9,8,8,7. I am very disappointed in the writing and would have asked for a remark but i heard that you can't use the ielts result whilst the remark process is going on and that it takes minimum of 8 - 10 weeks.

Am confused or am I missing something. I don't see what to be disappointed about. You've already got the maximum possible points for IELTS with these scores. My dear, Congratulations!!!

Yes. You can request for the result of your medical test from the hospital where you carried out the test, usually for a price. Ours cost N3500 per person.

I used drivers license for hubby and it was accepted. second proof of address was a bank statement of less than six months. You can also use bank statement from two different banks, which was wat I used for myself.

Lol....that's because I had sent two emails earlier, one to know VO and one to ascertain medicals and the same guy was responding!

Note: I sent an updated PCC, not like it was requested! I wanted to be safe because previous one was done while I was still inside Nigeria. Now I am out and got a new one!

Just do ur thing and send also via email to be sure, doesn't have to be xact wordings!!

Which VO is processing your application? And how did u send the email to know your VO. I would sure like to know where my application is bring processed.

You can send a mail to this Addy - CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca, the subject should be E000xxxxx request. Under body, request to know of your passport has been received.
application no, DOB, last name, First Name, UCI if you know it and the category of immigration- FSW,PNP or CEC.

But I haven't reached the passport Request stage not to talk of sending my passport. Am still at the BG NA stage after medical passed. Or can you out rightly ask to know which VO is processing your application?

Everything goes in one envelop so it is a package. The DHL personnel wouldn't mind you splitting it in different envelops oooo More money for their company

Save your money for the return leg LOL as you are unable to send the supposed return envelop at this time.

in anticipation for the PPR, please I have a couple of questions for the ppl that hav got their PPR.

Additional Doc required - Schedule A - May 25th

Was there any notification for IP1 and IP2. or does that just happen on your profile and you have to check to see it?

What address in Ghana do u send the passports to when u get PPR, I didn't see any address on the PPR letter ppl hav shared.

How much did it cost to send the passports to Ghana via DHL.

What do they mean by "the passport photos should be stamped".? I had the name and address of the photo studio I used written at the back of the passport photo but there is no stamp.

Pls advice. will appreciate a quick response considering one has just 15 days to submit. so we can be prepared for it. Thanks.

Have you been able to resolve this? Have you submitted SINP application or were you nominated recently?
I am having the same issue. I got SNIP nomination yesterday and a minute after the nomination notification, I got a notification of profile ineligible. Am not sure what to make of that.
I have just done the EE eligibility test on CIC website inputting the same details I have on the profile and the result was "Based on your answers, you appear to be eligible for Express Entry".
Am really confused as to what the problem is.

Has anybody experienced this before or heard about it?

Yes, you can use treasury bills or fixed deposit certificate. You might still need to attach your bank statement to show the source of the funds especially if the start date for the investment is less than 6 months ago.

How do u merge three separate jpeg files into one?

You can paste/insert the jpeg images into a word doc (ms word) and then save as a pdf file. This tends to produce small size and very clear pdf docs and will come in very handy for your POF and passport/travel history too.
That's what I used for my application.

You can use your bank statements with your current address on it, driving licence,utility bill etc basically any official document that has your name and your current address on it. You can use bank statements from two different banks. I used one bank statement and drivers licence. most people use two statements from two different banks

I believe it depends on the centre. However practise ,concentration and speed is key. Like temitope06 said the questions will be broken down in parts, you are to pen down your answers as you hear it and you will be given time after each section to review your answers. I got a 9.0 in my Listening and all i did was a lot of practise. The first thing i do is to quickly read through the sentences so as to know what i am 'listening for'. I stay alert for statements that throw you off balance e.g The bus leaves at ____ a.m. The recording might say "The bus used to leave at 7am. It was determined that leaving by 6.55am would save more time but in considering cost efficiency, it has been scheduled for 6.45am" ......... Definitely the answer is 6.45am

You will be required to submit your marriage certificate with your PR application. Don't say you are married when you are not. That can be termed as misrepresentation.
