Shams4real76: We are in this together. The ugly situation of the nation made me to post what I know and sure of...but I got insulted.

How come the Honorable Member dint tell you the exact date? House Committee Chairman for that matter!

Someone I know has RESUMED and the pains of jobless era has already been washed away by the robust NPA package.

A wise mind filters anything turbulent and put it into use.

****pls focus on something else and if eventually the job comes (which only God knows if only if) fine but do not be deceived by what eva junior staffs tells you.*** may God deliver our Nation.
when this is over, i shall find you and it wont be fine.
Christianity EtcRe: Why We Pulled Out Of CAN — Catholic Bishops (Published 2012) by troy20(m):
Scyllapatron: of course, remember in those days evangelism was so cool and people willingly accepted Christ and received salvation.
but today, people just flock to churches because of their problems.
it is the biggest fraud in humanity.its just the honest truth.every sunday you walk in and out only leaves you worse and empty with nothing but endless repetitive howls on financial prosperity, seed sowing and tithes.they've done well to root love out of peoples hearts.you can always see the many questions in peoples eyes as they gape and take notes in awe of the finely dressed pastors with half as much wit as many of the congregation.Always leaves me amazed myself.
Christianity EtcRe: Why We Pulled Out Of CAN — Catholic Bishops (Published 2012) by troy20(m): 9:53am On Sep 18, 2014
Scyllapatron: remember the olden days christianity, it was about missionaries, salvation, love, giving, helping the poor, repentance, forgiveness, etc..
today it's by fire by fire, thunder fire my enemy, holy ghost fire my neighbor, let my enemy die, bind the spirit of ancestor, tithe tithe tithe bla bla bla!!!!
madness!!!
true brother.penticostalism and its 21st century madness is fast robbing people faith in God.
BusinessRe: Why Linda Ikeji Makes More Money Than Nairaland by troy20(m):
from what i can glean from mr seun's personality when he makes his rare comments here, he is a very smart and a patient someone with obviously bigger ambition than he is letting out.he is building a monumental reach with nairaland by keeping it simple and liberal now.building your addiction and studing how to sustain it aswell. The ever increasing number of teens on nairaland with crappy topics on frontpage will obviously grow up as adults in various social stratas more keen to make wider use of its richer forums and Ads.social networking biz is competitivly inconsistent.Hi5 and MYSPACE are far from what they where before.MYSPACE, the most visited social network between 2005-08 grossed $800mil in revenue as at 2008 and just $20mil in 2013.that is why FACEBOOK, which was the death knell of MYSPACE hastely spent billions to aquire WHATSAPP.i could tell there is so much more to mr seun from his hasty comments here.this dude is waiting for the right moment to launch nairaland proper.

EducationRe: Some English Words With Nigerian Origin. by troy20(m): 11:52am On Sep 12, 2014
ZACHIE: This is misinforming.
The etymologies of the specific words you listed up there are not exclusive, rather borderline assumptions.
Okra,Juju,Tango, etc have much wider spread and use than Nigeria.
The only genuine addition to English language in that list is a Yoruba word: DASHIKI which describes a traditional clothing item.
There are indeed several other words absorbed into English emanating from Nigeria but certainly not the ones captured by the op in that they are not exclusive.
SUSU is exclusive in area catchment, meaning and application.
I will update this later.
well DASHIKI is d0ggystyle in swhahili.

FamilyRe: Is It Possible To Raise A Child Without Beating by troy20(m): 5:09pm On Sep 08, 2014
remsonik: Did you read my post at all. I said I made my resolve to discipline my kids and train them better seeing the way my sister raised her child and its becoming difficult to handle. If she feels her child is possessed and wants to take her for deliverance, then I can't stop her afterall its her child. The essence of my post is not to let mine degenerate to such!!!
i wasnt pointing fingers sweetie
FamilyRe: Is It Possible To Raise A Child Without Beating by troy20(m): 10:08am On Sep 08, 2014
remsonik: I don't ve kids yet but I think I will beat my kids moderately.
My sisters 4 year old is a thorn in everybody's flesh. Always climbing and destroying things, sometimes I even feel she's possessed. She frustrates everybody and can beat everyone. Sometimes when I am in their house I do respond to her bad manners by spanking her. My sister and hubby doesn't spank and train their kids. A child that tells the dad and mum that she will slap them, she picks up the belt and beat anybody with it even her own parents. I told my sister to toughen up but the hubby will say no one should touch his kids.
Today my sister was telling me she would take her to church for childrens deliverance during the week.
With what I have seen with my sister's kid I won't give my kids chance to be spoilt. I have made my resolve to toughen up and apply the rod where necessary. They both left so many things to chance when they were so small and now its getting increasingly difficult to correct the child.
"this child needs delivarance..."am taking my child to the doctor for psycological evaluation"..."this precious you are seeing is very wicked"...That precious is only a 5yr old girl expected to act like a 36y old woman who happens to run a kindergaten and had precious as a daughter.i witnessed firsthand series of abuses assumed to be punishment on the "wicked" 5yr old girl who obviously would grow up insecure and continue the circle.you have to discipline children but when you are overwehmeld with such things as "diliverance", "wicked", "possessed" towards developing children then you arnt fit to be a parent yet.
FamilyRe: Is It Possible To Raise A Child Without Beating by troy20(m): 2:12pm On Sep 07, 2014
Joshuadon: IN ONE WORD - SPARE THE ROD ND SPOIL THE KID....

DATS KIND OF A CLICHÈ....BUT DATS D TRUTH...
its ninteen words.if you cant correct a 5 year old kid with probably an age gap of 20-25 years between you without physical abuse then you are more damaged than he/she is.

How long will it take FCSC to conduct promotion ? Don't be carried away guys!

Some Directors most time don't even know about recruitment that turned coded not to talk of ordinary lvl 8. Only the director of admin cos in some cases, he has 2sign the appointment letter for the DG.

FamilyRe: See What A Lady Did To Her Househelp **Graphic Pictures *** by troy20(m): 9:22am On Aug 26, 2014
soulglo: You are wrong. Nigeria has laws to protect children. Nigerians just don't like to follow process. Too much of a hassle. They'd rather call stupid village meetings were someone kills a phucking goat to appease whatever nonsense they're appeasing that day. Meanwhile children are having their asses roasted all over Nigeria. The laws are there
i know just that it is not active.have they ever been reviewd in the constitution? How often do you see bills and motions raised in the floor of the house of national assembly relating to children.the recently concluded national conference didnt raise a topic on children and rights(i want to be shown otherwise).you see thats the point.
FamilyRe: See What A Lady Did To Her Househelp **Graphic Pictures *** by troy20(m):
there is no active child laws here.never been to the west but i read social security can take your kids away from you for not blowing them enough kissess in a day or for not reading them bed-time stories or even for not telling them how much you love them every moment they tary.its a jungle out here were vulnerability is forbideen.parents hardly feel a sense of responsibility let alone shame they cant cater for their poor children these days since being born is a privilage anyway.there are a billion more unrecorded cases of child abuses even in their parents' homes daily.the woman obviously was raised same way and assumed it to be normal and so with alota other disfunctional people who punish vulnerability.sadly she is going to walk believe me.

i fail to see your unintended pun.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Administration: An Ally Of Corruption by troy20(m):
the government feeding off years of sustained mediocrity and ignorance.its best ever achievments has been to keep their heads while they manage to make us lose ours.they bury our heads into religion; we hold the devil accountable for poor governance imagine how easy they create diversions.there is no gainsaying the obvious that Nigeria has never had it this corrupt.they manage to create sentiments again and see how easy we lose our heads.yea "Gej till eternity" but have the moral courage to admit that this government is overwhelmingly corrupt.
