Yeah some times I may see a really hot guy and think woah he is fine But it rarely happens.

Everyone's different but for me once a guy ends up in the friend zone he sort of gets stuck there because I get too comfortable and end up seeing him as a brother. So if he knows he likes me he better come out and say it instead of beating around the bush of friendship. It's easier for me to develop a friendship out of a romantic relationship than it is for me to turn my really close friendships into a romantic one.

After reading all the comments now I feel bad for you. There's nothing wrong with being a virgin. Just have confidence in yourself and ask your friends and family to hook you up with a nice girl. If being a virgin till marriage is something you truly want, stay true to yourself regardless of what anyone thinks.
