NwaAmaikpe:

So having a world record for longest single note held on a saxophone automatically makes you successful? I never knew that sirs, you must be petty mediocres as well.
I'm sure Stella Obasanjo should be the world and Africa's best first lady because her giant mosquito bed broke the world record and is also in the Guinness Books Of World Record! I weep for u and ur level of reasoning. How many albums does he have? All his albums since 95 till date have been dropped with big record labels ....international labels to be specific asides his 2014 deal with chocolate city. He is named in d guineas book of world record for longest note, he has done collaborations with artiste like common ,Macy gray....but I don't expect u to know them seeing how u r from d wizkid era. He has been nominated for 4grammy awards.....please what other level of success r u after Is it when he sings with tydollarsign n wizkid n migos u would know he is successful.....for a 50+yr old artiste he is an epitome of success...... Truth is no mater how hard he tries femi would always be known as the son of the legendary fela.....it does not make him a mediocre or unsuccessful....He is still one of the greatest musicians to have come out of the shores of Africa |

Great guy, This is one of the bravest Nigerian ever and undoubtedly the bravest Yoruba man ever.
It's sad all his offsprings are unfortunate mediocres who didn't fit into Abami Eda's shoes Calling Femi Kuti a mediocre means u haven't kept up with world music.matter of fact means u don't even know anything about music. Before u make such a "mediocre" statement google femi anikulapo kuti(who by the way is currently named in d guiness booknof world record) |

[quote author=NwaAmaikpe post=58603855] He will keep running from pillar to post but no success. From Mohits to Koko Mansion to Good Music to Slot to CREAM to Priority records. All ventures yielding no results. All his songs since he left DonJazzy are flops and write-offs. He reminds me of Majek Fashek when I remember how hard he fell from grace...if he is wise, he should beg Don Jazzy to sign him to Mavins if his music career must progress
I had dreams of fuuckin' a R&B bicth like Mya When I saw that ass on the front of that King Read the article in the magazine, she loved gangsters, loved nasty things So I'm in the glass house having nasty dreams Good girls never give it up
But anything is possible, if 50 fuckeed Vivica Hurdled life's obstacles, found my way through the maze Then joy turned to pain like Frankie Beverly and Maze Used to dream of being Unsigned Hype 'til I was crushed by Dave Mays, almost let my pen fall asleep on the page Day-dreamin' yesterday, dozin' off backstage I thought I saw Eazy talking to Jam Master Jay So I walked over, heard Jam Master say "It's a hard knock life, then you pass away" They say sleep is the cousin of death, so my eyes wide open Cause a dream is kin to your last breath

deepwater: OP I wont drool (whatever that means) over a girl that picks up arms. Come meet my friends and i, hot ladies that pick up the pen to solve Integral and differential calculus for process control optimization
I do not know the school your attended and the standard of engineering education therein, in my school, should you have to discus heat transfer and its applications in higher level, you must first discuss the Fourier's series in sophomore year as this is very essential for transient heat transfer problem with uniform initial temperature since the Laplace transformation method is very difficult and complicated to solve the inverse transform of the subsidiary equation of the given differential equation, however, still considered a very wonderful tool
Check your moniker first, it is very obvious you are the low life here, even after your parents gave you a good name at birth and seun has also presented you a golden opportunity to rename yourself on Nairaland, u sheepishly still decided to bear OGABURAHI out of low self esteem, a name that echoes monumental failure and ineptitude at first degree and zero order. Its sad that at this time and age people still think the growth of this nation is party affiliated or tied to one person.this is not about APC or PDP,not about buhari or any other person. Somehow we have all become blind to d reality that things r not working in the country and that our said leaders have failed us.we live in a country run by propagandist and we just sit, cheer n bicker amongst ourselves while they sit, launder and make life easier for themselves and their children's children.its not about religion anymore, not about ethnicity, not about sex n definitely not about party These people don't care about us. When last did they visit their constituencies, do they even know streets get flooded when it rains, do they know about the incessant power failures, or the fact that cowbell is now 40naira per satchet. The same names have been running this country since her inception and the same people r running the economy to the ground. They have played their parts and its time we played ours.....ignorance is no longer and excuse. Look at France, look at the UK, even lil Ghana. Its high time we had taken back this country from the hands of the so-called "cabals".... Haven't we endured basking in mediocrity for too long? |

Quit deceiving ur silly selves....virginity don't mean dignity.it just means ur too scared to experience this side of the world.anyone noticed how u get into a conversation with a virgin n they start arguing n rambling off point ....even about issues they have no idea abt...for instance how can u talk about sex when u ain't never had sex....that slice of heaven called "org asm" after penetration is one of those experiences everyone should have, the post coital slumber that calms ur achin/stressed bones(non-virgins can I get an amen). at 27 u still a virgin....really?how r u gon' handle it when u get married....marriage is abt experience....aunty keep forming virgin, continue being chiefsbridesmaid n "onye ishii ndi" ashoebi while ur so-called promiscuous friends get married every Saturday......d man u r saving it for wud locate ur hymen on his GPS.
N as for guys that haven't gotten laid.....nice one...keep embarrassing ur self n ur father.if he kept his virginity wud u even b commenting here? GO GET LAID |

Tinyemeka: For you to list Olamide and not include Phyno has indicated a FUNDAMENTAL PARADIGM fault in your rationale. A paradigm fault?really?I listed olamide cos he is 3albums stronger....phyno has just 1. 3multiplatinum albums in 5yrs....only jayz cud pull such.olamide has more collaborations than phyno.n for d records....I am proudly Igbo....this isn't an ethnicity thingy....its abt hip hop....true lyricism and sheer consistency.both of them r sick indigenous rappers,I understand both languages n trust me they r not notice makers......olamides voice of the street ......wat more can I say. As for upcoming acts like young six,Abdul, Godwon....let em keep trying.......n for veterans like six foot plus,2shotz......heys an advice....read thru thee thread again.....download some of the songs recommended....then re evaluate their lyrical prowess......six foot plus held it down for abj....u wudnt know if u r a new hip hop head with no respect for old talents |
