Please those who say the certificate is fake should present the original certificate issued by the same body. Then, they should point out the differences. Then, we will believe it's really fake. This is a serious issue that should not be debunk by mere statements. We need proofs.

PoliticsNGR has gotten photos of a fake death certificate published by one Bishop Eze Orieke who is currently in trouble for using the images to spread rumours of President Muhammadu Buhari's death.

The Obono-Obla led Presidential panel has already written to the Department of State Security Services, DSS and other security agencies to investigate and bring Orieke to book for his malicious actions.

Nigeria is indeed a failed country. A government that cannot provide basic needs of its citizens has failed. Even kerosene that is the common man domestic fuel is not available. Please, check the video of his first return from his medical treatment. He really does not look like Buhari to me. This is the reason we are really skeptical if he survived the treatment.
