Where were the election observers when these happened? Now that we know, the INEC chairman should be called for questioning.

Why are we so desperate in this part of the world? This explains why this country is difficult to fix. It's foundation is on fraud and corruption.

I saw these pictures of not just underaged people registering and voting but also includes children. I am wondering if this really happened in Nigeria. If it did, why was it not reported? Why did INEC permit it? What is the need of having election observers if they can't report such atrocities and wickedness? And, how do we ensure it doesn't repeat itself?
