I just got same message slated on Monday 2nd may 2016... It's good posting it..... I didn't even plan to go cus no transport, things are hard.... Besides any invite I get, I browse it online thinking |
Glo is worst, their customer care line is in yoruba... Never activated anything. Etisalat is another bunch of losers.... Airtel is the best |
Afternoon guys, yesterday I got an invite from Workforce Abuja office but they did not specify which post am to be interviewed. Am asking because I stay in Taraba state now, and I would not want to go just to be interviewed for a marketing job considering the distance and transport involved. Just teaching in private secondary school now. Thanks... I need your advice please |
MansaMoussa:You want boko haram to start killing people house by house? Since they have all defense uniforms..... Definitely No! So your suggestion is not practicable in Nigeria |
HungerBAD:If it's possible I suggest retrenchment of workers in the NNPC who have been working from the last 4 years upwards. We need the resources to go round. At least they have saved and built houses, they should go and invest in entrepreneur so as to boost the economy with their money.... I don't like this jobless state of mine, 2.1 in mass communication, have PGD in education and customer service, and proficiency certificate in management still yet no job! |
KevinDein:Talking of prostitutes, (hausa prostitutes) is it the hausa girls that do not wear pant for quickie? Or the jss1 girls that comes to my then corpers lodge to beg corpers to sleep with them and pass their subjects? Or the ones that are holy in the afternoon and whores at night? My dear wherever rain falls, it touches every zinc. And it rains everywhere so is prostitution. Always doing some unnecessary hating #growup |
I know that those people exist, I mean illuminati, but I also don't trust these churches when most of them get their powers from them. It's God I rely on. |
I be girl na, na me go marry myself when my partner no wan come |
I have B. Sc in mass communication and PGD in education but no masters degree yet.... Hmmmmm, God help me |
Lolz. I will agree if it's to lecture in their federal or state University |
Na waooo. |
tripplephi:Please My Number is 08069068931....I just finished secondary school. My name is David Ogbuibe |

Niklausa:You too shut up! Are you not supposed to take care of a lady? Be it in relationship or marriage. Don't you dream of marrying a rich gal also? Don't you dream of marrying a beautiful intelligent girls? Don't you dream your sisters also get married to the so called rich guys? I didn't go to school just to marry a visionless man! I once dated a guy who has nothing, and I asked him what are his plans for future, and he told me he was okk being a primary school teacher till he dies! Am I supposed to hold on to such man? I have certificate and I would work by God's grace. But let me ask you how much do you have in your account? If you are asked to give the money to a woman just cause she is gf or wifey would you give all? How much do you tink you have dat can make a gal rich? There is this adage dat says "your own na own" so my dear shot your trash about dipping hands in pockets when your 100thousand cannot make me rich! When guys pick their heads down to look for good girls instead of the ones that spend 20hrs painting their nails, the better for them! Am not saying there are no bad girls, what's obtainable in girls are obtainable in men! |
Niklausa:Do you know me in- person? Nope! Many ladies I know are not pompous! Very down to earth more than me self! I am very intelligent, infact guys that come around me get intimidated as far as you are within my level that is degree holder! We are not dumb! Having a 2.1 in degree and 2PGDs in customer service and Ed. Is not a low IQ! Some ladies out there may even be more than me! You guys love the ones that spend their days and weeks plaiting and painting her nails in the name of classy than ladies who have simple makeup and normal life. The bad guys keep making the good ones decreasing everyday! |
ibkgab001:I understand if they want white children! But even the Nigerian men are classy, picky and so fake! The ones that have came to Nigeria living in Germany, I went to see him after chatting online for 2years! Just to go back and neva called agin! Is dat supposed to be my fault? When he knows I have no boyfriend. Look there are ladies every where but guys love flashy tinx, and unfortunately the flashy tinx are the fake ones. |
Good morning dear nairalands! I have a big problem. Am a Batch C 14' corp member serving in Taraba state under Yorro LGA, in Lanka viri community precisely. On 17-22 of May 2015, my PPA chased out children for school fees when they have already set the week to be test week. After chasing the children away from school, those remaining will be 2 or 1 or 3pupils in the class. On 23rd of May due to that school fees chasing, some of us (corp members) went to school late @ around some minutes to 8am . We are 24 corps members for Batch B and C 14'. But when the rest of us went to school, we were surprised to find out as we went to pen down our names that The school principal went to our timebook and wrote that "4 corp members were in school that day, that the rest 20corp members should explain why they didn't come to school". Some of us went and met the principal telling him that we are in school and the rest are still coming but he said we should go and explain why we didn't come to school. So we all agreed that we are not writing any query since we came to school. Very unfortunately, the principal sidelined some 5names among the 20corp members he asked them to write query and took the other names to the NYSC Secretariat in the state for reposting of the rest 15corp members involving both Batch B and C 14'. We received another posting letter on 2nd of June 2015. Are we at fault? Have done anything wrong to warrant such? Have we misbehaved unnecessarily? I myself that typed this is affected more. Because am running a PGD program with National Teachers Institute and I have paid more than 100k for! My exams is starting in July. Am writing my project now. Teaching Practice is after the exam. Leaving the present PPA is detrimental to me and the program. What do I do? |
Am Batch C serving under Yorro LGA but in Lanka Viri close to Jalingo. There is direct transport form Enugu to Taraba. A company transport. Those frm Ebonyi, there is no direct TP. Except you go to Enugu and board or you board a taxi 2 Ogoja, Ogoja to Katsina ala, Katsina ala to Jalingo if you are lucky or you will be handed over to another bus @ Wukari junction to jalingo. Frm east the journey is like from 7am to 6-7pm. Following a ogoja is shorter and less expensive but your time will be wasted wen waiting 4 d car to fill up. To ogoja is 800, 2 Katsina ala is 800, frm K/ala 2 jalingo is 1600-1800. But frm Enugu is 4500. |
Congratz to you all. Am a Batch C corp member. But I want you to know that the state govt has not paid our state allawee since January this year ooooo! Thou the money is 10k bt they have not been paying! If you want to redeploy, pick the form in camp! If not in camp, it will not be granted. NCCF will pick you guys up if you are coming a day b4 d camp opens. But you must pick a keke to the orientation camp, then you can be picked up by NCCF. Safe Journey |
U of all people shud kw dat northerners are cattle inclined not education. Ever since inception have you hear a northerner with 1st class? Even where I serve, all they know is sex! A gal of Jss 1 sleeps in a teacher's house! Hw will they get 1st class the girls marry @ 15 or 14yr and d guys @ 17 or 18? They dnt have any brain cells for education. Y making unnecessary noise? If u need 1st class go to west, east, south, and central! |
Lolz |
In Taraba State, Batch C corp members have only received the Hon. Payment remaining the TP and Feeding money which #4k. They should not hesitate to pay any longer since the work we did for the nation is bigger than the paltry sum the FG is given to us! #Pay_Us_our_Money_in_Taraba_state_BatchC_corpmembers! |
PDP leading in Yorro LGA too. Am a PO of a PU with a VP, under the LG |

BREAKING NEWS: AFDB PRESIDENCY: BUHARI MOVES TO STOP ADESINA, ENDORSES ETHOPIAN SAFIAN AHMED. General Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress (APC) is mounting international pressure to stampede the emergence of Nigeria's Agriculture Minister, Dr. Akinwumi Adesina. General Muhammadu Buhari is mobilizing some influential Islamic leaders within the country to reach out to the largely Muslim dominated Northern African leaders. Buhari is reaching out to Algeria ruling party, Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood, Libyan Islamic clerics, King of Morrocco, and the OIS. Buhari and his close associate are supporting and canvassing for the Ethiopian Finance Minister, Sufian Ahmed. Rising Tide has gathered that General Buhari does not have the complete support of his party leaders on this matter. Our investigations reveal that Governor Rabiu Kwakwanso of Kano state, who is an open admirer of the Agriculture Minister is against this plot. Kwakwanso and Senator Bukola Saraki argue that Northern Nigeria will be the biggest beneficiary if Akinwumi emerges, especially in the areas of funding for Water Supply and Agriculture. This kind of behaviour is not new with Gen. Buhari, In 1985 as head of state, he voted against Nigerian Acting Secretary General, Dr. Peter Onu to become the Secretary of the OAU. Buhari rather voted for Idi Omaro, a Fulani Muslim from Niger Republic, who eventually won. Ibrahim Daggash, a senior Nigerian official at the OAU at that timr wrote: "I remember in 1985 in Africa Hall that he was for confirmation of Dr Peter Onu of Nigeria, who was acting Secretary General but Nigeria’s Head of State Gen. Muhammadu Buhari was adamant in his support of Niger’s candidate, Idi Omaro, a Fulani Muslim. In a meeting, a handful of Presidents led by Nyerere met with Gen Buhari and Nwalimu begged him: ‘Please give us Peter!’ Buhari refused and forgot even to be courteous to his old peers. What was astonishing, when the vote was in favour of Niger’s candidate, the Nigerian Head rejoiced to such a degree that he was unable to control his emotions. That was a moment I witnessed and was convinced that General Buhary would not last long as a leader.” – The OAU: Reality Or Fiction by Ibrahim Daggash, former Head of Information and Communication, Organization of African Unity (OAU); pg 69; ISBN 1-9044722-25-3 Nigeria’s Agriculture Minister, Akinwumi Adesina, and Ethiopia’s Finance Minister, Sufian Ahmed, are among the five candidates who have been shortlisted to contest the presidency of the African Development Bank (AfDB), the Bank said on Friday. The AfDB Board said the selection of the most eligible candidates to succeed President Donald Kaberuka was done by a Steering Committee of the Board of Governors at a meeting held in Abidjan on 11 Feb. Cape Verdean Finance Minister, Cristina Kamara, currently Vice President of the Islamic Development Bank, Birama Sidibe and Chad’s Finance Minister, Kordjé Bedoumra have also been shortlisted for the elections slated for May 2015. Report says Kaberuka is currently serving his second five-year term as AfDB President. |
