Bro, I bet you remember the time criminals operated with so much impunity, because Lagos was so lawless, they used to write neighbourhoods to inform them of date they will arrive to Rob them. They would then urge Lagosians to cooperate or face the consequences.

Lagos then was like IPOB land today where criminals told us when to leave our homes or stay in because they wish to operate. Criminals were the defects bosses of Lagosians then.

To me, I liken Lagos then to Nigeria under Buhari. Criminality festers when the political will or sincerity to tackle it does not exist.
