Future Impossible Tense |
CFCfan:We may also get it as a gift from a world power ![]() |
mojounited:Yes a gift. Watched the commissioning live, better days yet ahead. I am not ruling out an aircraft carrier just yet considering the giant strides our navy is making and yes I suspect it will be armed in no distance time. The gulf of guinea just got safer! |
Another liar put in "his" rightful place. Another Propangada Cometh (APC). Herd of ding bats! |
emmaglow:I am very aware of the design and operability of any major facility construction and can categorically tell you that a 57Km rail takes maximum 36 months for commissioning and a lot less than the 160 billion the LSG has disbursed so far. For your information the vision is flawed as it is way past it's expected delivery date and obviously cannot be completed in the next 6 months, the idea of conveying 400,000 people daily is ludicrous to be candid. How many people ply that route on a daily basis? What is the population of people in Lagos? What is the population of people in Nigeria? Which bureau cooked up such statistics? Also note that light rail project is the most expensive of it's class in the world and it has not been completed! Not one citizenry development or people oriented project commissioned in Lagos since 1999 and you say Lagosians want continuity? Lagosians are tired of poor governance and massive looting of public funds hence it is high time Lagos is ruled by Lagosians. Which is why Agbaje and Abdulkarim's time is now! What other combination beats a successful businessman and an educationist? |
*Yawns* Another propaganda dead on arrival. Next! |
Can the group also compare the proposed Fashola's (uncompleted) light rail project to the proposed FGN Lagos-Abuja high speed rail system which will be the first ever in Africa? Can the socio-economic group also tell the good people of Lagos why the Fashol's rail is the most expensive uncompleted rail project of it's class in the world? Can the group also explain to us how an accountant who has never taken any mangerial decision, doesn't understand risk and managerial compliance be a better option from someone who single handedly built a business from the scratch making decisions and taking calculated risks to succeed despite unfavourable business climate. Can the Backward Initiative Group also categorically list elective political positions Ambode has held in Lagos? Can the group kindly explain to their financiers, the APC and it's presidential aspirant that certificates are neccesary to apply for even the trainee position illustrated in their speech. Can the group also as a matter of urgency list just three (3) people oriented / citizenry development projects of the LSG in the past decade. Bunch of clowns! |
I thought the write up would be one phrase"Association of Past Criminals" or "Aggrieved People's Confidence" not this fable. |
OP: Thanks for this. So how do we cure the "wanderlust"? ![]() |
skentelelady:My intellectual ability and academic status obviously enables me know what the piece is - A paid write up! If your inability to reason and your depravity cannot allow you know what this is.....too bad for you. Besides any right thinking fellow unlike you the psychiatric inmate can interpret my comments to the OP of "you are slipping". The explanation was so flawed and even a level 0 intellect can see that. Unfortunately for you you are no where near that since you have sold what remains of your sane mind and future for penance and the carcass left for a morsel. What a waste! |
mojounited:Yes....... A lot of Nigeria Engineers will be able to get requisite hands in experience...... Still hoping for when we can launch our own Submarines and have our own functional ATAC system. Better days yet ahead! |
edwindprof:You are slipping. |
mojounited:Not from Poland. Korea. That model in the picture you posted on this thread was given to Dame Patience. I think that was around the same period she got her honorary doctorate (Korea too). Vessel must have been commissioned then. On the fourth ship:It wilk still be built by the Chinese, what the FGN is doing by completing works in Nigeria is to build lical capacity-jobs,skills etc and also save up in some FOREX. Hail NN! Hail Mr. president! Hail Nigeria! |
skentelelady:If you mean your generation amply filled with retarded gullible nonentities who only excel at mediocrity, all forms of malpractice and indiscpline like your good self......your guess is obviously as good as mine If you are referring to the new breed of Nigerian secondary and primary school students who have not been corrupted by their "seniors" and are not so stupid to swallow line, hook and sinker every thrash printed or posted online.......your guess is also as good as mine. Off you go.Crawl back into the dark cave from hence you came. Retarded dingbat. |
skentelelady:Don't post what you have no idea of. No secondary school student will write that piece. Over 60% of university students can't write that piece. Stop showing gullibility and trying to force an untruth down our reasonably objective throats. |
abeltolu:Two question marks in a question? You cannot make a correct sentence without obvious errors and expect me to believe such meticulous write up is the work of a child. I still maintain my initial statement - it is a paid write up since the purposeful writing is far beyond the scope of an SS2 student. |
thankyouJesus:On your question I sincerly have no answer. |
What prudent state government will spend so much in rehabilitating federal roads (that have their own budget) when a huge percentage of their own roads are a risk to road users,un-motorable due to huge craters and an eye sore? |
I thought the crowd was there to show support to their own? See what violence breeds? More violence, death and destruction! Let me hear him say he wants to fight insecurity again! Ludicrous! |
thankyouJesus:Good morning. I don't understand your question. |
Even a slowpoke will see this is a paid write up! |
Good one Mr. President. @ OP: Remember the one(s) given to Dame Patience in Korea? Are they among the naval vessels commissioned? |
In as much as I am not a lawyer,I have over the years known all Nigerian presidents always have an ADC and is always protected by the Military. Mr. Femi being a lawyer I respect I think it is best he is asked these questions: 1. Past presidents were protected by the military and you did not bat an eye or say a word. Why are you making noise now? 2. I watched Mr. President's media chat and heard him say "only the president has military security",so which other constitution are you quoting? Are you no longer a lawyer? Don't you have an understanding of the constitution or are you now a public bus conductor making people scream for change? My only advice to you,do your homework and find out the meaning of GCFRN lest you end up with the short end of the stick with your tyrannical sponsors. |
Can somebody shout CHANGE? Strike in Lagos? Ludicrous. Bunch of hypocrites! |
Sometimes immigration asks if you have your BTA or funds and sometimes they don't. You can hold what you feel is enough for you considering you have made provisions for hotel/lodging and other cost. In my opinion $1,000 is a safe buffer and can cover any eventualities but if you can't raise that much take what you have and if asked by immigration officers say your funds are on your atm cards - VISA or MasterCard. |
I can only honestly ask Judge Amaize to hold his peace. We won't dwell on unsubstantiated permutations. We will wait for the courts to decide! |
Jibola10:I beg your pardon,I dont understand your post. |
Samyj247:Yes it is. You only have to work extra hard during the qualifying examination. |
lucrownt:My level of education my good fellow is probably an impossible dream for you to attain. On a general not having a certificate, yes Buhari has shown the whole world it can be done. What has stopped him from submitting a certified true copy to INEC? What has stopped him from requesting from Cambridge? Can you now understand how educated reasoning sounds?Oh and by the way his birth certificate say Mohammodu so obviously any Muttalab or Mohammed is invalid (I am sure with your meagre educational level you understand an affifavit should have reflected the above) That should teach you never to quote your obvious betters in a faceless forum such as this. Slowpoke. |
Like any registered duly certified and qualified institution will give a doctorate degree to a certificateless nomad. Hilarious! |

because they're so expensive to build. A US Nimitz-class aircraft costs close to $1bn.
That'd be a very tall dream but nothing is impossible when you set out achievable targets and work assiduously towards meeting them.
