Refinery is not built in 6 months You can't change rot of 63 years in 6 months How can you turn economy that is on a jet speed fall around in 6month For 30 years naira has been on a consistent fall despite the dual parallel market, you don't expect the naira to halt and begin to rise immediately. The first 2 years of Tinubu are expected to with reforms in the critical sector before we begin to see gradual changes It is only an insincere person who would blame Tinubu for the economic mess of our past leaders |
MrEverest:Get your facts right. Christians are supporting Israel, not Igbo, it's only that the majority of Igbo are Christian. If it comes to things that only Igbo support, then failure is bound to occur |
dubaino:No, we equally have CBN National Assembly That are not under any ministry. They are treated directly from the FA under first-line charge |
Yes! Case closed |
Raskimonojendor:That's what they would do for the next 8 years with no plan and direction only to start shouting Igbo presidency when it was election time. With this, their behaviour no serious political party will give them Vice President slot. I only pity some rational Igbo who are not following these Obidient mob |
Raskimonojendor:They created so many to mock Buhari. Taunting him to open his cap, seriously the synonym of obidient is stupidity |
I've never seen a hateful and bitter soul like Racoon, you must have inherited this type of bitterness directly from satan. How can you be obsessed with Tinibu that you spent your entire life chasing after someone who would rule over you and your family for 4 years |
David Hundeyin don diss Obidient God, calling him out for his watery and uninspiring press conference. Let's remind Obi that a 5th time Senator from his region is currently serving a jail term in the UK for organ trafficking. Thousands of people languishing in jail abroad are from Peter Obis region, it is said that there's at least a family member in every home from Obi's State in jail abroad. The likes of Obi Invictus and other gangs of gangsters are the ones denting the image of Nigeria. Now that BBC an international media have said there's no forgery in Tinubus's certificate, is it now high time Obi tenders apology to the President for misleading his mob followers and for the shame his Pandora paper has caused Nigeria |
Just like I wrote in the other thread Atiku is a book that should not be read, a stillborn, an aborted dream, and a born failure whose destiny is bound to fail. All of his political journey pointed to too many avoidable mistakes. He chose to fight the wrong people. Chooses the wrong time and has always made the wrong decision. It is rumored he slept with the wrong gender and traveled at the wrong time to the wrong places. He fights his best friends and keeps his staunch enemy. Make Atiku a general, and he would destroy his battalion with stray bullets, an Atiku as a pilot, and expect a crashed plane. Atiku's too many poor decisions are a red flag for a sane mind. He alone should pursue his lost battle |
ch214:Keep shut, FG has since appealed the judgement and the case is now in SC. Stop spewing upiweka gossip on social media |
Israel should retaliate with full force on those terrorist. There is no justification for that unprovoked attack Palestinians unleashed on civilian |
Must you tribalise everything. MNK is a terrorist caught on tape instigating genocide in Nigeria. During Endsars, he instructed his IPOB foot soldier to destroy Lagos and kill security men. MNK is a threat to the corporate existence of Nigeria, he would rot in jail to serve as a deterrent to many of you who may want to toe his part |
I used to ask same question to that who asked the Igbo to wage war against Nigeria. What was the motivation that led Ojukwu to perish 3m innocent Igbo life Penguin2: |
This is the type of information that befits nairaland, not bullying and lying by some set who cannot get over election defeat Mod, please move this wonderful thread the front page |
Paraman:When it favours them Judiciary is right but when it goes against them judiciary has been compromised. You dey mind those people? |
Racoon:Do us a favour and write to Festus Keyamo and stop wailing endlessly on Nairaland every minute over tinubu's certificate |
Racoon:What your bloda is saying is that Obidients should wait for the pronouncement on the matter since Atiku has added the case to what he filed at the Supreme Court |

plat0:I think the question we should be asking is how much-refined oil does each state consume? How much does it cost a state to build a modular refinery? How long will it take to build one? Having answered those questions will open your mind to the inefficiency of the government both at the state and federal levels. Let some percentage of state allocation be tied to commodity |
It is high time FG stopped dishing out money to states, instead, FG should give some percentage of crude oil to the state with a mandate on local production. Each state can the form a partnership with a private company to process it. It is easier to siphon state-allocated money than divert oil when private companies are involved |
EXOUSIAng:I will ignore your rant and break it down maybe you'll be able to comprehend. Your parent has been giving you money to fend for yourself but you complain each month that the money is not enough after lavishing it on frivolous things. Then your dad decided to remove some of the expenses by providing the foodstuff that would last you for a month so you could stop complaining of hunger. |
There is no justification for subsidy removal if the state quo would remain.. It would only amount to punishing the masses for the corruption in the oil sector. Government must do give refinery licence to 36 state government for immediate establishment of refinery |

Lumarstone:The years of dependence on oil have done more damage to the Nigerian government and its people and if something is not done urgently the economy will crumble completely. Ironically, oil remains the only weapon Nigeria has to turn the fallen fortune of the country since the past governments have failed to diversify the economy. Rather than share the excess money to state governments that would eventually embezzle it, the government should design a mechanism that would track every allocation going to states and that can be done by tying the money to specific projects such as building refineries in every state |
It seems fuel scarcity is here again as the queue has returned to major filling stations across Nigeria. This has punctured the argument that total deregulation will lead to an abundance of refined fuel as many independent players would be willing to put their money into the downstream. Now that subsidy has been removed and filling stations are now at liberty to sell at their convenient price, why is there no fuel? I think it is high time a crude approach is used to solve this perennial problem since Harvard logic has failed us, why not apply local ingenuity to solve our peculiar problem? Allocate a percentage of crude oil to each state and deduct it from its monthly allocation and allow them to build their refinery and sell to their people. Enough of these theories that have failed to yield result |
izonborn098:The thing taya mi o It's like all Obidients are very distressed over the election loss |
Where are nzogbu nzogbu people na? Am sure na them carry first for bullying, insult and hate. Don't come for my head oo na God u take beg you o |
Both Obidient and Omokiri can go to hell for all I care |
favor914:Small, small na, today na Sunday |
Stricker321:Please show us Obi Waec's result, his degree certificate, his NYSC certificate, and his transcript. |
