From this day onward,i accept Satan the Lord of Darkness as my one, true master.Afterall,if you look closely at all the happenings in the world today, you'll realize Satan ALWAYS wins.I'm all for the winning team.Satan my master, please accept my wretched, miserable soul as yours here on earth and in Hell hereafter...AVE SATANA!!! |
RationalDude: If I was Yahweh, I would probably be preparing Alfa's special torture chamber in the hottest part of hell duh! Of course it is |

I thought D'banj had a record deal with a foreign music company. Why hasn't he released an album or another single abroad since "Oliver twist?"What is he always doing in Nigeria?Releasing more crappy songs i guess. |
@simp Your question is too easy. The answer is "Picture me rolling."Keep the recharge card.My favourite Tupac's songs are;"so many tears","No more pain,""Lil homies," "Against all odds,""Bury me a G,""Open Fire,""Ambitionz as a rider" and "Life's so hard" |
All of a sudden,"Jesse Pinkman" has become a "hated" character because he is trying to stop the drug dealing, murderous "Walter White"?Every single cent "Mr White" and "Jesse" have made,is really "blood money"(don't you see how many lives their product has destroyed?Meth is poison that gets you high quick and also kills you quick)In a show with many characters who fail to do the "right thing","Jesse" is the show's moral compass. My favourite characters are; "Gustavo "mr impeccable" Fring","Tuco,""Mike" and "The Salamanca twins" Yes,"Breaking Bad" is a good show but it isn't as good as "The Sopranos" "Boardwalk Empire" and "The Wire." |
"Plaetton,"this your post is absolutely WONDERFUL.Just look at it...well written, well thought through,articulate...perfect.THESE are the type of threads from the religion section that should get to the frontpage. |
There are so many intellectually savvy threads on Nairaland's "Religion section" by atheists, pagans and satanists. Its a damn shame this is the rubbish that usually gets to the frontpage just because the moderators are "christians." |

"Pagan9ja" how you dey?I am 200% atheist but i am a HUGE admirer of yours.I love your authenticity, your sense of purpose, doggedness and belief in what you represent.Welldone.By the way,any fan of Abami Eda is a friend of mine.Take care. |
Please and please,my fellow atheists STOP arguing with all these "religious folks." The more you argue with them, the more you give them legitimacy. They don't care if their views are right/wrong,sane/insane,black/white/grey.They only seek for one thing;LEGITIMACY.Even a close atheist friend of Professor Dawkins once gave him this advice. Please,HEED IT. |
"The Godfather" Part 1&2,"Goodfellas" and "Casino."In terms of series, checkout "The Sopranos" and "Boardwalk Empire." "There is no such thing as a half gangster"-Nocky Thompson from Boardwalk Empire" |
I still don't know when these simple-minded,brain-washed black Africans will realize that the "chosen land" isn't in Israel or Saudi arabia BUT in Africa itself(where humankind and civilization began) |
"Lies Told By Jesus?" Jesus never told lies because he NEVER EXISTED.He and his disciples are MYTHS.Jesus was created from figure-heads of earlier religious movements like "Zeus" "krishna" & "Adonis."Even Jesus so-called "miracles" are also in tune/related to the "miracles" claimed to have been carried out by "Zeus" & friends. All religions are BALDERDASH |
Personally,i don't even believe Jesus Christ existed.Logicboy "the Great&tireless"how you dey?Keep staying strong for the rest of us |
Let's not lie to ourselves. All moslems aren't terrorists but a large majority of the terrorists in the world today, are moslems. |
James Gandolfini was an INCREDIBLE actor. His powerhouse portrayal of "Tony Soprano" made me fall in love with the show. From the gritty opening sequence of him driving his car with the song "woke up this morning" blaring,to the love he had for his children,to his blazing temper, ruthless business mindset, his playful nature and aggressive arguments with his wife, sister and mother.Great actor, humble man.He will live forever in my memory."Woke up this morning got myself a gun, woke up this morning and all my love had gone....." |
@Alfa I understand your demands even your frustrations but i doubt any of us will be alive to see an atheist section on nairaland. The standard of education in Nigeria, even the social existence of Nigerian, encourages mediocity and destroys critical thoughts."You've already lost the battle even before the battle began." |
This is the type of thread from the religion section that should make the frontpage.Unfortunately, all i ever see are Mickey Mouse threads like "Is using MTN cheat browse a sin?" or "god footstep found in SA."It seems the moderators in this section possess the intellectual thinking abilities of mentally unstable three year olds.Absolute nonsense!!!"Give a Nigerian little power and he/she will turn into a little Adolf Hitler dictator." |
The most boring film i've ever watched is "The Master" starring Joaquin Phoenix and Seymour Hoffman |
@Alfa Seltzer This is my first time of seeing your posts.I don't think the guy realized you were being sarcastic in your replies.Maybe you should have drawn and labelled a diagram for him. These "religious" folks always humour me with their ignorant/robotic/programmed posts.Continue treating them like breatfeeding piglets |
"Satan" doesn't exist. So how can anyone tell what race the non-existent entity is?GROW UP!!! |
Nothing happens after death except our lives ending |
These aren't cliches, they are just features/characteristics of the average nigerian(both male and female, young and old). You didn't add physically and intellectually lazy to the list. |
@Shymexx Your intelligence shocks and excites me.Very few people in the world like you, talkless of Nigerians still exist.Congrats to you.Amazing!!!truly amazing!!! |
How can an entity that doesn't exist answer questions?GROW UP!!! |
Good riddance to that self-important bully |
You can all say what you want but EVERYTHING "Shymexx" said about Nigeria and Nigerians is 100% true.Contrary to your views, he is saying these things because he loves Nigeria.I also feel thesame way."When you're aware of the truth, swallowing the pill is never bitter" |
Logicboy the great one,how you dey?I still wonder where you get the energy to argue with all these empty brained "religious" people here.Anyway,I agree with the BBgroup movement. Now all we need is a "PIN.Till next time, takecare |
When i was a child, the WWF(now WWE)wrestling series was my best program on tv.My favourite wrestler back then was "the ultimate warrior"(he was always out of control). As i grew older,i moved on to "Mr Perfect"(he always acrobatically bounced around the ring whenever he was punched)"Rowdy Piper"(for his crazy attitude)"Bret Hart"(swag on point)"the British Bulldog"(amazing muscular build) "stone cold steve austin(for his theme song and badass attitude)and TNA's "Goldberg"(incredible atheleticism). So,to all the wrestling fans, who is your favourite wrestler? |

In February 2010, i stumbled across a post by "bloodshed" criticising religion. The post blew my mind. So,i started investigating and came across posts by "muskeeto" and "plaetton" then later, "logicboy."Like play, like play na so i become atheist o.So, thank you VERY MUCH Nairaland religion section esp the names mentioned for telling me the truth thereby, opening my eyes |
