Politics › Re: Akpabio: I Appointed Antai Into NDDC Board Because Antai Doesn't Eat Alone. by TUANKU(m): 10:33pm On Jan 22, 2024
This coming from one of the most corrupt public office holder in Nigerian history i am not surprised. From Akwa Ibom state government house to Ministry of Niger-Delta and also NDDC Akpabio has left a trail of corruption along but this is Nigeria where anything goes so today he is Senate President just as the mace snatcher Omo-Agege was rewarded with the post of Deputy Senate President.

It is bad if you cannot prove them right with a goal against Guinea Bissau.

It is one thing for Maradona and Pele to annoint you from their grave. It is another thing to tell Nigerians you can fill the boots of great players of years past.
How many goals did the legendary Kanu Nwankwo score at AFCON? Zero, does that take away the fact he is an African great?
Like i said earlier, go and have a seat you arm-chair critic or better still go buy boots enter field if e easy.

Tell us how good you are in your chosen profession? He has set the record as the first African to become top scorer in Serie A , a feat George Weah and Samuel Eto could not achieve, he led Napoli to the title after 33 years, a feat Edison Cavani and Marek Hamsik could not achieve. He is the African footballer of the year and you are?...

This oshimen reach average?
Go and seat down oga...world renowned football analysts and both ex professional and current professional players have all agreed the guy is a complete number 9, one of the best in the world. I will take the words of Thiery Henry, Teddy Sheringham, Dimitar Bebartov, Jose Mourinho, Gattuso, Mikel Arteta, Guardiola etc who have all affirmed he is one of the best out there over the opinion of a arm-chair critic like you.
If dem check well now in your profession you're below bang average.

I swear. Quality has dropped badly
There are too many dead-wood in the team... Moses Simon, Ahmed Musa, Uzoho, Joe Aribo just to mention. The rest are bang average players apart from Osimhen and maybe 2 or 3 other players. Aina is hit and miss you don't know what you will get from him, Calvin Bassey is a calamity always waiting to happen. Good thing at least we don't get to watch Uzoho concede elementary school football goals on the pitch.
Sports › Re: Nigeria Vs Guinea-Bissau: AFCON 2023 - (1 - 0) On 22nd January 2024 by TUANKU(m): 7:10pm On Jan 22, 2024
Some players should not be found anywhere near the Super Eagles... Moses Simon, this guy is practically useless on the pitch, zero assist not to talk of a goal, a winger that cannot play a proper cross into the 18 yard box to save his own life. Imagine the nerve to stand over the ball whenever there is a free-kick/dead ball situation.
We went from watching wingers like Finidi George, Tijani Babangida, Pius Ikedia, Aghahowa, Emmanuel Amuneke, Victor Ikpeba etc to these potted plant called Moses Simon, what a downgrade.

"The Poor hate the Rich"...and usually it's for no reason. See children of hate in the comment section spewing hate and permutations of doom against a man who is busy minding and growing his business, small time crooks appropriating moral rights.
These illiterates who always shout monopoly should know this, Dangote has never enjoyed monopoly in the cement like you dingbats claim, before Dangot cement came into existence there were already big time players in the cement industry like LaFarge via Ashaka cement, Benue Cement Company (BCC), ROCK Cement etc , Dangote cement has always competed with the like of LaFarge which is a bigger cement company globally and now BUA cement.
Change is constant you idiots, if you were told TATA would own Jaguar Land Rover or that Lenovo would own IBM and become a bigger player in the PC/Laptop market than the likes of DELL and HP would you have agreed? No go find your money dey here dey cast bad energy on top another man matter. Banza Kawaii.
Congratulations to Dangote Group, if e easy make una do am.

Politics › Re: Shege Pro Max Reaches Nigerians In UK by TUANKU(m): 11:27am On Dec 10, 2023
thelegend1:
As the economy continues to bite harder without any clear plan by the current administration to offer "renewed hope", the effects has now reached Nigerians in the diaspora.

- Earlier this month, UK reached a deal to repatriate asylum seekers back to Rwanda.
- Canada put embargo on Post graduate studies and increased proof of funds to $20,000 (over N20m)
- Now UK is gearing up to repatriate Nigerian students due to late payment of fees.

Mind you, in UK you can only work about 4 hours on student visa. So some people are still dependent on forex inflow from 9ja.
And this current govt is creating an artificial scarcity and backlog in forex payments...which is inevitably leading to companies winding down operations.
You work 20 hours a week with student visa not 4 hours.
