MilesLamar:
I feel so honored to be the first comment. All of my hard work and dedication has finally paid off. Getting the top comment has been a dream of mine for many years, and I would like to thank those who have helped me along the way. Next I would like to thank my parents. I want to thank my friend Pixie's cat, for being really fat and always there for me. I would also like to thank my pet tadpol for surviving against all odds for over a week. Next I would like to thank the rats that live in my neighbourhood for crossing busy roads and dodging all manner of vehicles because that gives me inspiration that I need to get through the day. This is a special moment in my life and I would like to thank any of my unmentioned friends and family that have helped me along the way. This moment will be a moment that I will never forget. I just remmembered a few other people I would like to thank; the fish I caught in the third grade, my light in my room because I wouldn’t be able to see the keyboard without it, the internet for letting me go on nairaland, my house because without it I would be homeless, and last but not least I would like to thank all the people out there that actually took time out of their day to read this. I cannot stress how much of a big deal to me this is. I have been trying to be the first comment on a post for years, but that has not been possible until this amazing day. Hopefully my good luck will continue, but this is undoubtedly a rare occasion. If you asked me how I did this, I would say, you can achieve anything u set your mind on. To all the kids out there reading this, I would like to tell them to follow their dreams. Being the top comment is amazing, thank you everyone.

Get a life

I agree with you but Yar Adua(god bless his memory) didn't have to throw around bags of cash and he nearly always had his way. You remember the famous speech he gave on the floor when they began impeachment proceedings against him? I dare say that was a watershed. Buhari has to be the leader who voted him to be. The instruments and powers of the presidency are enormous. He can't allow some ragamuffins to slow pace him. He has just 3 years left.

the only president that mean well for Nigeria was yaradua (God bless his soul)... That is why i respect OBJ till today... For bringing him out bt the CABALS didn't allow him last

My friend, I would never support cutting corners in a democratic setting. President Buhari has to be a leader and also act as one.He is the president of Nigeria and by all means the most powerful and influential person in Nigeria.
You know why we still reverence obasanjo till tomorrow despite his obvious flaws? That's because he was a leader. not just by title but by deed. He had a unique and democratic way of getting the job done Buhari's party has the majority of both chambers, if Buhari cannot influence his party men to key into his policies and get his bills done ASAP, then we can agree that he is a failure already. All successful leaders in the world today have a way of going around uncooperative legislators. Even Obama had it worse, he contends with a Republican controlled chamber who are bent on making him fail yet he still somehow gets his Bills passed.
Obasanjo did it, Yar Adua did it, even the "worst president in our history", Goodluck did it. So what are we talking about?

''Maybe'' because he doesnt want dollar to change hand... Cos those beer parlour touts will always want something in return...My opinion though....

You gotta learn to write like a literate and sane creature. Where on earth does a President wake up and "unbundle" a corporation that was established by law? What act is enabling the establishment of these so-called units and subunits? This is a democracy for God's sake. We use laws not decrees! Tell your dear Buhari to get this into his head and wake to governance. Being a Buhari fanatic should not make you display your ignorance and foolishness in public fora. #No offence intended#

Where has ur democracy take u to?

Ok
mile12crises:
Buhari was a former military Dictator and still Democratic Dictator.
He cannot change.
He has violated Nigeria constitution on different occasions and deserve an impeachment notice to make him seat up.
PMB does not believe in rule of Law. He still have military believe of Head of State instead of President.
God save Naija from Tyrant PMB.

Bro they summoned him because it didnt favour them, if it'd favorur them, they would have kept mute...

Don't let ur hatred for buhari consume ur entire system cos u still have atleast 3more years to have him as YOUR president... Learn to read and decipher posts before commenting

So in otherwords, because all have sinned d courts should pack up and go home abi? There's a huge difference between sinner and a law breaker. Stop sitting on the fence or beta still kip ur opinion to urself because Yunusa clearly broke some laws and should b tried as such. I really don't understand d logic behind sympathizing with him in any way whatsoever.

Bro don't get me wrong ooo... I ain't referring to lawyers and judges... I'm referring to nairalander/commenters and i'm not sympathizing with him
