I so totally agree with you, public officers must show some restraint please, I dont think there's anything wrong in marrying a foreigner, its a matter of personal choices and preferences and it has nothing to do with rebranding, or inferiority complex. AIT is definitely not airing it for free and even if they did offer to do so, dora should have refused knowing her position and the level of poverty in nigeria, its a slap on the faces on the nigerian people who are unemployed, impoverished and have been subjected to poor service delivery, our money, oil money, tax payers money

Who said that God doesn't have a sense of humour?  He recorded an event that happened that shows the beginning of man's blame game when "Adam blamed Eve, Eve blamed the snake and the snake didn't have a leg to stand on". Read Genesis 3:14-19. 

You will find here that God was talking to real humans and to a real serpent whom the fallen arch angel Satan had possessed, when He said "Because you have done this you are cursed more than all cattle and more than every beast of the field; on your belly you shall go, and you shall eat dust all the days of your life" Gen.3:14.  I believe this was a literal except you believe the lies of the Vatican.

The TV station's decision to broadcast the event live is not Dora Akunyili's fault.
White men are human beings, and Nigerians are free to marry them.  Nothing wrong with that.

What are the evidence? Trees, Mountains, cars animals, people, buildings, air, ocean and all are not  evidence for the existence of any god. People  generally assert that "God exists", yet they can't describe either part of that phrase.  What's god?  How does he(most of the gods are male) exist?  Most of the time I'm greeted with either babbling dogmatic quotes or smug silence.

For example people that promote the god hypothesis will say that "God is love", But when you really begin to talk about love in details and how it relates to the god hypothesis the same people will start to apply extra bits to the "God is love" showing that they don't think that god is identical to love but is some kind of aware force that has many attributes that aren't love. So its very confusing really because the proponents of the god hypothesis just keep performing different types of gymnastics all the time.

Atheist have no proof that god does not exist, just the same way that theist have no proof that god exist. This is the case with all aspects of our lives. People want proof of things many theist seem to believe that faith and proof are the same thing, which they are not. You can search and search to prove that your god is real, but until you come up with a concrete proof that is empirically verifiable it is unfair to dupe most people into believing that your god is a real entity.

God is not some undefined entity, Most theist have make lots of claims about their god and give their god a long list of attributes. Not to mention that most religious text have long drawn-out description of 'God' and how he has dealt with or is supposed to deal with humanity and the universe. So because 'God' is described in great detail, we can have a look and actually compare reality with all the claims and the  about  all the gods we have been hearing all the time and what god supposedly does or has done. After doing so and seeing you will see that the claims made about god are incompatible with the reality we live in.

Even the word god it self has no universal definition even amongst members of the same religion or faith. Its just a wild claim that can be used to mean or pass for any thing. You hear things like god is love, god is life, god is light, god is all mighty and all powerful, god is eternal, god is all good, god is every where etc. These are just claims made by people or proponents of the god hypothesis, no god has ever made such an assertion him/her self. All these claims really create more questions than they ever answer.

The proponents of the god hypothesis know they can not provide ANY evidence or proof for their wild claims so they are constantly on the defensive and constantly trying to come up with excuses for their god and the very mysterious ways he works .  That alone is enough to show  that it is all made up because if any god did exist, there is no way he/she will be that stupid in letting confused people that do not even agree on his basic nature telling people about him and what he wants. God exist but only in the imaginations of those who believe in his existence.

It is better to discuss the sabath since a greater percentage of christians are involved ,do you realise that the seventh day adventist represent less than 4 percent of the christian poipulation,which means that the remaining 96 percent that don't observe the sabath are doomed. I would prefer we discuss the sabath since a greater number of christians are involved.

In your hypocritical hatred for the RCC you always pick on them because they are the largest branch of christendom.

you are right but in situations like this, we must have a critical look at the issue. okada like i said earlier on has its advantages like speedy movements especially in places with heavy trafic. giving job to the jobless masses and bringing foods to many families but on the other side of it, we must look at the disadvantages which may include sending ppl to heaven with ease and on daily bases, aiding crimes of different versions and providing escape routes to criminals.

in as much as all of us here are finding solutions to our problems, we must look up to things with lesser disadvantages than its advantages.

These Mods clearly say, above this very board, that we should respect one another's belief. Yet some of us never adhere to the rule. Hence they must delete any sort of rubbish.

And to them, sincerely speaking; some posts shouldn't be just deleted. Why because there's nothing therein them like insult, abuse, blasphemy, etc. But intellectuality. Take note, please.
