Angelfrost:My guy my guy, cruise control no work today |
One agency of government encourages POS so that fund transfer can be made easy, convenient and brought closer to people's homes. Another agency of the same government says they should not operate close to people's home for security purposes. No synergy in government activities. The anyhow-ness is saddening. When you have perm secs and directors based on state quota. Ministers and DGs think their responsibility is only to approve contract, campaign for who apppointed them and approve foreign trips for employee. |
Soulsymbol99:It is so sad. The only way out is reorientation of the people. Unfortunately, the political class benefits from the status quo, and will use tribe and religion fracture to damage any reorientation effort. I see no way out. the DSTV matter tire me |
Eriokanmi:Same here. In electing leaders, whoever cannot see beyond tribe is actually a liability to the society, including himself and his unborn children and grandchildren. EVen if you think the less competent will make u rich, what's the joy in having all the money in the world and u spend all of the money to provide basic amenities and security for urself....what's the point living in ur mansion in the midst of unemployed young people that may attack u when they have no food to eat some day. |
Soulsymbol99:See ehn even if na sabotage, it is the government's duty to secure and jail people involved..........catch few, use them as serious example, life sentence. But then even security architecture isnt working. The people formulating security policies got there based on who they know, not on merit....The past few years and may be going forward is when we will see the result of all these na-my-brother, na-my-sister employment and appointment. People without idea and ability are in charge of crucial institution in Nigeria |
Eriokanmi:Bad leadership is a consequence of the decision of the followers.....there are people that will make good leaders in Nigeria. When the people are ready to be given good governance, they will vote wisely as u said. Give them good leaders to vote for, u hear the same people suffering telling u, e no get structure, i no fit vote for who no be my brother, na my turn, na our turn, awa lokan, |
A lot is wrong with Nigeria. The biggest issue are the followers(voters) not the leaders. Nigerian voters will vote for incompetent leaders the first time(ok no wahala make we say first time na mistake), then they will have an opportunity to change that government, then they go ahead to give that government another term, thereby reinforcing failure...... When you keep re-voting failure and expect improvement in performance, u dey joke abi u dey whine yourself |
Peacecore:Tribunal just cancelled, no rerun was mentioned in the judgement and of course the affected/cancelled votes is much more than the new margin |
Goke7:YOu are right.....I agree with you |
Manchester City should do the good works that United could not do, so the world can be a happy place |
Emekaonline:Say that to the people that rate/rated INEC. INEC has always been failing or underforming in my honest opinion. As far as election in that country is concerned, i've never been a fan of INEC and NPF. All I am saying is that electoral laws should not just cancel such location of overvoting, especially when the total voter cards are more than the new margin arrived at by the tribunal. It is not the fault of the real voters that INEC cannot find a way to stop over-voting( and this is why INEC is useless). Cancel and give 7 days to conduct fresh election in those cancelled units....I am not blaming the tribunal, the law was properly interpreted by them, the people u voted to make laws should fix that. |
assholemods:ofcourse there's room for improvement but if they failed at something we should say it as it is. They conducted election where there was overvoting and they did not detect it or chose not to detect it....meanwhile I have never personally praised nor scolded INEC on BVAS........what's there to praise in deploying a technology that is almost ten years late......For me, the real thing in Nigeria is vote selling, majority of your politicians dont deserve a second termn because they failed in their first term. As far as I am concerned the margin of loss should be so big that even if INEC cancels, Tribunal Cancels, incumbent should not even get close to winning BUT na una know as una dey think.. If a failed government is soundly rejected at the polls, Tribunal no go even dey. |
Tmex:The tribunal cannot determine which party benefitted from the over voting, so All votes from affected areas cancelled altogether. INEC is the useless one here. |
Edipet:Cancelled all the votes from the affected area, for all candidates. Actually That's what the law says and I think that's a big flaw in our electoral laws. You can't cancel people's mandate because INEC decides to be useless and not do the needful |
The trick: Encourage over voting in the polling units and LGs u know ur opponents will win on a good day. Then go to tribunal, all votes in the affected areas wil be cancelled. Meanwhile INEC is useless, how did they not notice over-voting during collation and probably conduct a new election in those places. |
Nigerian youth, particularly the ones in post-secondary institutions are not serious/bothered about their future. They only care about betting, hookups. Yahooyahoo, sex, tiktok, Big brother and all. Because I expect 80% of them to be voting in this election, and also voting out a party that is not serious with education. But they will make noise during campaign but election will come, they will be on Twitter, instagram on election day serving content. |
haffaze777:Peter Obi's government will employ qualified teachers that will teach you the difference between formal and former. Vote him as president. |
jumper524:It does actually especially in electioneering period. Not just Tinubu, but all major candidates hoping to get votes from Lagos State. There's always been systemic rigging in Lagos. Thugs hijack ballot from certain areas and policemen just watch on without doing nothing about it. |
most of these people granting interview to defend Balablu are doing so, in order to have receipts of participation when its time to collect contract. Nobody send them work, if you know what's good for you, vote ur conscience, not based on what errand boys are saying on TV. In actual fact nobody send them on the errand, na dem send themselves |
we dun dey see who dey behind CBN governor matter But why Tinubu dey say currency redesign is targeted at him,,,,did he carry his money to the bank and they told him not to deposit it and collect new notes?................loooool |
id4sho:i think by law, the second replaces him, not sure but i think that's it |
Igwe wake up wake up, collect ur money |
No they wont divide votes..they will vote for kwankwaso, then INEC will add those votes to whoever u are supporting.....ODE |
seeyounow:well |
Any form of Olosho.......particularly those careers that are disguised oloshos |
these ones keep giving Nigerians valid reasons not to vote for them but Nigerians will still collect 2k to sell their votes to them...sad the stewpidity of average voter gives APC so much confidence....imagine they are campaigning to continue Buhari's legacies ..what legacy actually, legacy of poverty....they are so sure Nigerian voters are that uninformed... |
Wike talks too much.....with each of his utterance, he proves Atiku right for not picking him |
Ngige has my respect for this |
Mount is largely useless right now |
My take on it is that you should Go and collect ur PVC and prepare to vote...Ikosi abi khosi or yemi creg or whatever will not increase ur purchasing power |
AN analyst just said Jorginho playing in his natural position as a holding no6 .....this is the joke of the day........man cannot hold anything and he plays that role so un-naturally |
joganut:They will do anything to accommodate the average mount |

..So they deducted the over voting from only one candidate.
