So what advice would you have for someone who already works for an international NGO, has not done the NYSC and wants to be transferred to Nigeria.

Called up back then, posted to Northern Nigeria and refused to go for security reasons as an outspoken atheist.

It is not a compulsory requirement for employment but, mandatory in some especially govt job.

Bottom line, it is just a way of reducing applications for the very few job openings!
