Saraki is no longer there.

Even Dogara will be an ordinary member of the lower house. cheesy

We can finally have a house that will work in synergy with presidency.

Happy days! cool
That is where the disappointment will be overwhelming cos there won't be saraki to blame for buhari's poor governance.

PoliticsRe: Who Is Okorocha's Rival As Senate President by tuniski: 11:05am On Feb 27, 2019
zeestunner:
I think senator ovie omo-agege is very qualified for the position as he is very sound and a very good lawyer. So south-south should have the senate presidency and deputy should come from north-east some like ali ndume or danjuma goje or any other competent hand from that region will do. Then in the house of reps the speaker should come from the south-east, imo state to be precise they should be rewarded for give apc an in road into the south-east. Deputy speaker should come from any where in the north central considering the fact that the last senate president is from the region.
This way all the regions will be duely represented in the new tenure. It will look something like dis:-

President - northwest
Vice president - southwest
Senate president - southsouth
Deputy senate president - northeast
Speaker - southeast
Deputy speaker - northcentral
This is the first challenge for apc.
PoliticsRe: Who Is Okorocha's Rival As Senate President by tuniski: 10:59am On Feb 27, 2019

Four years is not far from here.

My prayer is that all these next levelers should be proud of their actions in the next four years.
Not wanting to be outrightly pessimistic but, the next 4 years won't be any better than the last.

Buhari's Flawed victory was that of love over substance. The conservative north stuck with buhari irrespective.

Let apc bring somebody from the south then pdp should bring a northerner. Let see how the conservative north will vote.
PoliticsNow That Buhari's Has Won : You Are Right And I Am Wrong. Hope Life Gets Better by tuniski(op): 10:16am On Feb 27, 2019
To those whose only gain in the verdict of the election is like that of a football match, with fans taunting each other with bragging rights. That is perhaps, the height of political immaturity.

Anyway, you are right Buhari won and I am wrong. Now, can we move on. This victory of love over substance won't change anything. The struggle continue I don't want to say the hardship.

Tuniski remains consistent on message.
PoliticsRe: I Have Fulfilled My Promise To Retire Akume - Ortom by tuniski:
januzaj:
How can you say you retire someone that has access to federal power?
If we are talking about people that got retired permanently on Saturday, we are talking about Obasanjo and Saraki.
Last last you will be atikualright
Nobody is retired they only lost elections. Buhari lost 3 times and never retired.

Congratz to #teamBuhari for us on #teamatiku we move on, 4yrs will soon fly by with life and we go again.
PoliticsRe: Former Benue State Governor George Akume Loses Bid To Return To Senate by tuniski: 5:02pm On Feb 26, 2019
This is another good take away from the elections.

It reflects fairly the people's verdict.
PoliticsRe: Saraki speaks on the elections, Congratulate winners by tuniski: 11:44am On Feb 26, 2019

PoliticsRe: Top Five Senators Who Are Not Returning To The Red Chamber(pics) by tuniski: 10:36am On Feb 26, 2019
januzaj:
Saraki lost everything in one day.
At least Akpabio delivered for Baba and he will be involved in Federal power. Saraki won't even smell local government power. He is finished politically. He underrated Kwarans and was business pulling Federal power, thinking that was the only area he had to work on and if it didn't go as planned, he had kwara to fall back to but gbam everything ended in a day.
Saraki will be back but apkabio I doubt.
PoliticsRe: Meet Chris Ekpenyong, Obasanjo's Ally, Who Shattered Akpabio’s ‘Uncommon’ Feat by tuniski: 10:25am On Feb 26, 2019
SEONaijaExpert:
Akpabio should not be considered a loser. He's a winner at the federal level and obviously has a position waiting for him as compensation.

The worst of this all is Saraki.

Senate he didn't win.... Federal he lost also.
They Are all Winners the Masses Are Possibly the losers.
PoliticsRe: Atiku Wins Landslide In Anambra - Premium Times by tuniski: 7:31am On Feb 26, 2019
exclusive2019:
In Anambra 2015, APC:17,926 PDP: 660,762
In Anambra 2019, APC: 31,452. PDP: 456,098

From this result, in terms of TOTAL VOTES acquired, APC did better than 2015

In terms of the VOTES DIFFERENCE,
In 2015, the vote difference is 642,836

However, in 2019, the vote difference is 424,646

660762 minus 424,646 = 236,116

With this calculation, there is no way PDP could get 236,116 votes from the one LGA remaining

With this, Igbos in Anambra didn't do well for PDP in 2019 and which may ultimately impact on the overall votes of Atiku against Buhari

This favours APC
Buhari has won QED.
PoliticsRe: The 3 Words That Sunk Atiku's Presidency by tuniski: 4:00am On Feb 26, 2019
Rossikki:
Nigerians are smarter than we give them credit for. They know that it was PDP that plunged us into the economic turmoil we are trying to get out of. Why would they - just 4 years later - all rush to vote in PDP again? With Atiku at the helm? Haba.
A pattern is being entrenched while many can't see. 2023 the conspirators will cry blood. .

B1ak3:
That's a lie jor. Atiku was the worst option PDP could have used. I am a supporter of Buhari, but the fact is the story would have been different if the election was between Tanbuwal/obi and Buhari/osibanjo. But as usual, the PDP ticket went to the highest bidder as they were sharing dollars upanda. Forgetting that Atiku is a man with a massive question mark on his head.

You had Tanbuwal you had kwankwaso but you went for the highest bidder and now it's time to pay the price
Those ones stood no chance against buhari. Atiku remains the most formidable amongst the log

Such people and their families don't vote. The masses in Abuja were the ones whose voice was loud and clear that buhari is rejected.

From what we have seen so far:

Anambra bloc vote will knock off Buhari's win in Kano.

IMO non-bloc vote will neutralize Sokoto.

Enugu crazy votes will knock off Katsina.

Can Abia and Ebonyi bloc votes knock off Zamfara, Kebbi and Kaduna?

NC is 50-50 for now.

Can SS bloc votes knock off NE?

What will take care of SW marginal votes to Buhari?
Your head is very correct.

Do you know that part of the fulfilling of the so called curse uncle bukky's father placed on him was the way he took the staff of the office of the senate president by stabing his party on the back and betraying them not knowing that was his downfall. He thoughy he was the wisest but he was the most foolish. I wish him well in his political and physical exile because his files will be porperly revisited now.
Which yeye curse, he lost an election to the will of the people. QED.
