Please how will you encourage someone to send transcript to a destination where a file has not been opened for them? How will WES receive what they weren't expecting?

Check my post as see that it started with "IMO".

As already known that the timeline in getting transcript from Nigerian schools can even take up to a month from the moment you start the process till it gets to the destination.
Since the full money is not available, I would rather start with the transcript and make payment before the transcript gets to Wes; using the same period for two processes. But waiting after Wes payment before starting the transcript process means I would waste time before the a month's transcript processing time starts; I haven't used the same period for the two processes.

Note, this is if I don't have complete money to start the process.

What do you say about these screenshots?

IMO, you can start with the transcipt since you are with a ref number. WES will only not start the evaluation process without payment but you are already assured that your docs are there.

I feel Duo is actually good in vocabularies but not enough to put you to standard.

Although I didn't make use of the information on that thread but I enjoyed following it as that is the only genuine thread that gave people how to earn genuinely online.

I still wonder why it got deleted cos the OP didn't request for money.

Now I know that NL is a useless place to get genuine information and a safe haven for scammers and the site owners and his mods are harbouring them or they are clueless on what to do.

2. I have my mum junior brother at Canada, can I claim point from that?

1. Yes, two certificates. Both certificates are needed for evaluation.

2. I don't think you can claim points with an uncle.

The person in question wants to know if it's two certificates.

If ND was used in gaining admission into 200L, 100L results will not be included in the transcript which WES will not evaluate (correct me if I am wrong)

There are people who started all over from 100L even after finishing ND.

So that is why I said,

This screenshot is an example of my understanding but with your response and ednut1 response, I MAY HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT IT WOULD BE EVALUATED AS 2 DEGREES WHEN ALL TRANSCRIPTS ALL EVALUATED.

I believe you should have OND since you have HND. That OND/HND is already two certificates.
