I am a student, and I know no student will folk out 150k for doing nothing. And if u are doing legit work as a student, u won't just give them 150k of your hard earned sweat. I will prefer sleeping in prison than paying 150k for doing nothing.

I like the idea of virtual learning, but the question that should be asked is have we gotten to the stage were we can use VLE with the problem being faced. The only problem I have with virtual learning are inconsistent power supply and also the expensive costs of data. Other than that I think it is a welcomed development if we want to move forward.
