This is a wrong advice to give the OP. Can you provide the statistics of those who lied to get in and told more lies to get their stay?. If you cant provide the figures, then your statement is just a conjecture its not backed with fact. Do you know many destinies have been screwed because people do unspeakable things to get permanent stay?. Many have married the wrong spouse, forced into prostitution and jailed etc because of this. So when you paint the rosy picture of those who get their stay by lying don't forget to mention those who can't dare leave that foreign country because they are stuck for life or married to some foreigners making their life hell.

I dont do visa doesnt mean there are not agencies that offer legit visa services, all this are priviledges and oppotunities from some countries to some agencies, just like in airline reservation

which opportunity or privilege are you talking about? Why haven't you used the same privilege? Kindly list the countries giving such privilege? I have never heard of agents legally acting as guarantors or sponsor for travellers. If all you do is ticketing and tour just stick with it, don't mislead this OP with your advice.

To answer question 1. The USA leaves little room for additional comment , you have to be precise with your answers . Hit the nail on the head because there is no room for explanation. The Canadian and UK consulate even gives you an extra sheet to do this, america needs improvement in this area.

To answer Question 2 on Income. What the consulate expect is an average of your yearly income and not necessarily your monthly take home which may be small. So do a summary of all income per annum and divide it by 12, input the figure for One of the months. For example if you work in GTBank but have a car wash business by the side,is it wise to enter only the monthly salary from gtb? No. As far as you can explain the income stated on your form , the amount on the payslip isn't top priority. Mind you I didn't use payslip at my interview.

I guess she was taking a risk. If she didnt declare her pregnancy at the border she could have been stamped in for few weeks and if that happens she will risk overstaying. A pregnant mama once claimed vacation at the POE but the mean CBP knew she was pregnant and stamped her in for few weeks. She did the trip twice,she had to travel again for her childbirth. The best approach in my view is to prepare well,be honest and declare your pregnancy at the point of entry.

Since you've read through I feel obliged to also respond. Paying your bill before the interview doesn't guarantee a visa, it has worked for some and it didn't work for some. The key thing is that the VO must be convinced that you are qualified for a NIV before anything. Therefore your strong ties to Nigeria and performance during the interview is what you should focus on.

I will advise you to personally package your application as 3rd parties can make costly errors that will tarnish your record for life. An agent once told me to put married in my form while I was single. Apart from some certain types of Visa you don't need an agent's help. If you have further questions post them here and let's tackle them so that others can learn. And like @mummybee said "Thou shalt know the proofs and the proofs shall set you free"
