okay thank you very much
JustMellow:
Yes, it can serve for as long as its on a company's letterhead paper. The stamp just makes it more official
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Tvickie(f): 12:13pm On Apr 09, 2019
so the stamp is really necessary then?
chibertha:
The content of letter could read:-

Mr/mss XYZ who is seeking audience with your embassy is a staff of company name since dec 19000. S/he has is a "fan/ac" on grad level or as the case may be. Her/his monthly is not less than #000000 after all deductions.

That way nobody knows what you really want to do with it.

My opinion

Good evening house!
I recently got admitted at the University of Manitoba and I’m trying to put all the needed documents together for my Visa application.
The ish I’m having now is for my sponsor, he’s actually my boss and I’m confused on which of his account to use, his personal or the company’s account cos I want the whole thing to be as if he’s the one sponsoring me.
And also, does he have to pay any money into my account to show commitment.
Please I need help guys!

I just sent you a PM

Thank you

thank you
042viber12:
Well..no...thats why I said it's your decision to make...I can't choose that for u..
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Tvickie(f): 5:03pm On Feb 16, 2019
okay thank you
Gymme:
As someone rightly said, it is purely your decision to make. You have probably decided since you prefer Manitoba but no admission YET.

You can always email TRU for extension. Use the 'requested documents' as delay/reason for asking for extension. No harm in trying!

I would choose TRU over any school in Manitoba simply because of the opportunities after school. #JustMy2Cents
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Tvickie(f): 3:04pm On Feb 16, 2019
Okay so its possible my request may be granted and wont seem like an over reach?
042viber12:
This decision is purely yours to make, u can ask for an extension but finally it's yours to decide which u want to
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Tvickie(f): 2:42pm On Feb 16, 2019
Hello everyone, so i am at a cross road. I applied to university of manitoba and Thompson rivers for my masters program. Manitoba(which is my 1st choice because of tuition) says ill be replied march ending or early april but i got a conditional admission into Thompson rivers yesterday night and i was asked to provide some documents and 1st installment of tuition fee which is about 1.8 million within 30 days before i can be given the admission letter which will be used at the embassy for visa purposes.

So I am worried that if i pay the fee for Thompson rivers and Manitoba ends up giving me admission, I might not be able to get a refund as i prefer Manitoba(Their refund policy is only on the ground of visa denial with evidence). Bearing in mind that the 30 days deadline wont be equal to when manitoba will make their decision. I dont want to lose both while waiting for the other

I am opting for asking Thompson rivers for an extension of the deadline and will like to get a second opinion from you all.
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Tvickie(f): 1:47pm On Feb 12, 2019
Manitoba says they will reply me March ending or early April

Has anyone any admission updates for fall session from the university of Alberta or the university of Manitoba?
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Tvickie(f): 7:35pm On Feb 06, 2019
okay thank you
Frankrobbn1:
Read through the pages of this part 15, you will find one.
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Tvickie(f): 12:27pm On Feb 06, 2019
hello, do you know anyone that has been accpeted into ANY of these schools for the master of nursing program?
Frankrobbn1:
Firstly, start by searching the below shortlisted universities in Canada which offer Master's in Nursing:

1-) University of Alberta

2-) Thompson Rivers University
Kamloops, Canada

3-) McGill University
Québec, Canada

4-) McMaster University
Hamilton, Canada

5-) Laurentian University
Greater Sudbury, Canada

6-) University of Western Ontario
London, Canada

7-) University of Lethbrige

8-) University of Manitoba
Winnipeg, Canada

9-) University of Northern British Columbia
Terrace, Canada.

You may likely get scholarship for the number 1,3, and 4 universities.

Once you have successfully gotten your acceptance letter from any of the DLI, you can come back here and ask questions regarding the study visa application process, and we will be happy to assist you.

All the best!
CareerRe: Are Nurse Practitioners (NP) Recognized In Nigeria? by Tvickie(f): 10:03am On Feb 05, 2019
No they are not recognized in Nigeria. Masters in nursing isn’t even recognized in the clinical area. We have a long way to go
Mofpearl:
Hello,

I'd like to direct a question to the nurses and healthcare professionals in the house, I would like to ask if nurse practitioners are recognized in Nigeria. Do they practice? If they do where can I read about the ethics and scope of practice guiding their profession?

Just to give a bit of a background, "a nurse practitioner is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who has additional responsibilities for administering patient care than RNs.NPs can prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and provide treatment, much like physicians do" (nurse.org).
