@TYMAX: Noted all your observations,thanks hope to improve in future renders,those dark areas were more of a vignetting issue than the antialiasing filter of Catmull Rom I found out while practising in my sparetime,getting the values of the shutter speed and Film ISO for either interior and exterior renders matter a lot with tweaks here and there. Just even recently read up on the need for adding Z-Depth to the camera before rendering for more reality check that up also.
About the tiles the size was deliberate though especially for that futuristic living room,I've bought such sizes to lay down in an office last year.

I'm not sure you know what dark lines I'm referring to. Look around the roof light in the second living room. You will notice a black line around the circle, separating the over bright faces from the bottom of the ceiling. That is the effect of a sharp filter.

As for the tiling, you should rescale them. The stone material is out of proportion. Same as the blue marble floor tile. I have no issue with your camera setting.

Clamp the colors and notice the difference around those bright surfaces.

Your curves (in the second image) are not exactly round. Reduce the maximum deviation value for curves when importing your DWG models.
