So fully vaccinated Nigerians with valid UAE resident permit can now travel from Nigeria to dubai from August 5th.

Soo many misinformation has been going round town alot lately, some even posted that a certain "king of Dubai named Mr. Khalifa already said all Africans in Dubai, Sharjah and SAUDI ARABIA should be deported" this is very laughable. I think one of the problems we have as Nigerians, is that our authorities don't communicate, so this gives fake news merchant an opportunity to create their own narratives.

What's the update on the employment visa suspension, has anyone's visa application or renewal rejected since this news came out?

I think the news isn't entirely true, I checked this particular organisation's IG, twitter and Facebook page and this information is not there.

I called the number on the flier to ask about the genuineness of the information, he isn't certain yet, said it might be a system upgrade or a temporary block and went on to tell me that some people still got their visa yesterday. So he said let's keep our fingers crossed for a couple of days.

Please who has an idea about passport renewal in UAE. I heard I have to pay somewhere in dubai before proceeding to Abu Dhabi for biometrics but I don't know where to make the payment.

Please, can someone explain this kind of Visa to me because I don't understand it. My agent told me that a teaching position is available that if I am interested I should pay 100,000 upfront payment that when the visa comes out I will pay the remaining 650.000 making it a total of 700,000 for a work visa. He sent me this page and I saw waiter on it and I ask him why waiter instead of a teacher he told me and he said I will use this visa and come in first then I will transfer to the teaching job. I am ment to pay him the balance this week. Please I am really confused and what do you guys suggest I do. Thanks

There is nothing like transferring from a waiting job to a teaching role, you get what you see. He wanna scam you.

I heard about this too, my roommate was at deira yesterday and confirmed that there were heavy presence of CID guys. I also heard that there is temporary ban on Tourist visa for Nigerians.

I paid a friend in Dubai to get me a 3 month visa but delivered a month visa...

To those aspiring to come to Dubai, one thing I always tell people is this.. Please pray and never cease to pray...we have a lot of people to compete with here, some of them are more exposed, experienced and have a white skin, so employers will look at them twice before they even think about looking in your direction. But believe me nothing is too difficult for God to do, He did it for me and can also do it for you, I came in with a month visa after paying for 3 months visa and the visa didn't come until after the 5th month that I made the payment but God being God gave me a job in my 3rd week without paying anyone a dime for job...pray and have faith and your Dubai journey will be a success. Hello my people! I need u guys to help me out with this contract conditions. It is a security guard job. The agent sent me the contract to review and sign. They are 12 conditions, but these are the most striking ones :

1) the employee will only receive his or her monthly salary after 15 to 25 days of the following month. The employee may call the head office for reasons of delay only after the 25th day.

2) Employee shall handover their passport to the employer along with the academic certificates copy upon joining duty for legal procedures and formalities.

3) Employee salary will start to effect from the day the employee is certified passed from (dubai police academy training) the employee will forfeit his or her official package until they are approved and certified.

The salary is Aed 1700
With 4days off per month and 12 hours duty. There is accommodation and transportation. The company's name is Black Eagle. Please i need u guys sincere view. Thanks.

Welcome to UAE, dis is what several companies do, thank God dey let u know ur salary will b comin on the 55th of every month. Aside the 1700,is dia no oda added benefits cos am guessing 1700 is d basic.

I know black eagle they pay not earlier than 10th of every month and infact they're probably still owing their workers December pay, but not sure about the 1700 package I think it's 2k and they don't give 4 days off.... you go on off and you forfeit your pay for that day. .......they also request for money to provide visa, I think it's 7k dirrahms now

150k is less than 2500dhs, NOT SURR you can get a Studio apartment to yourself with that amount unless if you're sharing..... those that know better will answer you though.

your un-certified certificate is useless in Dubai.
