zuba is under Niger state, same with suleja,they can be called FCT just as mararaba and nyanya which are under nasarawa state..that reminds me why was the Nigerian capital moved from Yoruba land to the heart of Hausa land without Yoruba resisting, I think it was done perfectly with promises that no any other part of the country seaport will be allowed to function at full capacity outside that of Lagos.
