I've been saving money to get new phone on aliexpress pocket fund "which u can't reverse the money back to your account unless u use it to order for item" that's the reason why i choose to settle for the custom fee as there is nothing to do about it

I called Jumia for a replacement but I was told they can only refund me after they might of thoroughly checked d phone.
But the days been given is my wahala now, almost 10days altogether b4 I can get a refund.

if you are still within the 7 day return window, why not use it, get your refund (even if it's after 10 days), repurchase another and enjoy. Better than being stuck with a faulty product 4eva
