semilore12:Please how much is the breast pump? |
lululuv:The long black spice that is usually bunched together like plantain. She just takes 1 piece, stick it in coconut oil and inserts in his bum. |
queensnow:50k? |
Giddyperson:Thank you. I noticed that if I lay him on his tummy, he will cry until you put him on his back but once the stool comes out, he is comfortable with any position you lay him. The discomfort lasts as long as 8 hours and will not be able to nap or sleep until the stool has come out. |
Dear Mamas, How long does it take for the navel to close completely after the umbilical cord falls off because my grandma said the hole should have closed by now. Also, yesterday I noticed my baby was very fussy and uncomfortable. I reasoned that it could be because he tried to stool but only a tiny speck of stool stained his pampers. So I asked my grandma to help me use the peppersoup spice and coconut oil to help him pass out the stool which he did. Later in the evening before his bathe, I saw he had passed out the same stain of stool and I asked her to repeat it seeing that he was uncomfortable. She did again and he passed out stool. Till now, he still has not passed out stool even though he has stained his pampers twice with the stain of stool. He has been stooling with ease. I don't know what could be the problem. I know sometimes most babies don't stool for a while. The problem is he actually wants to stool and makes the grunting noise when he tries but nothing comes out. Please help me out. |
sleekchic:Please post Pixs of the kingsize bed. |
lessonslearned:Thank you so much. Finally, the ring fell off. It turned out not to be pus. |

iaatmgirl:Thank you. I just tried booking an appointment but no one is picking up the phone. I will have to go to the hospital early tomorrow morning. |
lessonslearned:Okay. I won't anymore. I can't even bear the screams when I do press it. This evening I saw it looking like it had pus on one side. I'll take a picture upon his next diaper change. Thank you |
hunniesuzie:It was based on the instruction by the matron. The issue is the pain he has to endure whenever I try to press the penis. I have decided to halt the pressing and just wait till Friday so they can remove it themselves. Plus the swelling is something else. |
Dear Mamas, FTM. Please my son was circumcised on Friday and a ring placed on his penis. I was told the penis will swell but to press it with spirit and cottonwool. The thing is when I remove his pampers, I see some sort of sticky residue where his penis was. The penis is still swollen and when I try pressing it, he screams so much, I feel xxxxxx. I don't know what to do. The matron said if by Friday this week the ring has not fallen off, to bring the baby back to the hospital for them to remove it themselves. I'm wondering if I should not press it anymore and just wait till Friday so I can take him back for them to remove it themselves. My grandma said the should have done it another way where you will simply use olive oil after the circumcision has been done. |

Why can't the government/CBN encourage the budding money operators here in Nigeria. Honestly, this administration has got to be the most clueless. Just 2 weeks back, they banned domestic money operators thereby hindering forex coming into the country when the investors have no clue how to get their funds back. There's no FDI coming into Nigeria anymore. Instead they're all moving out. A lot of companies are on the verge of shutting down because of the fluctuations affecting the FX market. How can they ask IMTO to come to Nigeria when we have a lot of people who operate the same business. Anyways, I said it then that this change will probably be the death of us all. |
We pray that all of us who are still alive will have the chance to be reconciled to God. Heaven is real and hell is real. All sin are abomination to God. So you liars, cheats, lustful individuals, fornicators, adulterers, idolaters, thieves etc chanting nonsense about gay should beware that all sin is sin. There is no big sin or small sin, no white sin or black sin, all sin is sin. Just because you can see their sin doesn't make you holier. Jesus said 'He who is without sin should cast the first stone' and all the elders sneaked away because the guilt of sin weighted heavily on them. Please let us refrain from all hateful statements and pray that we find mercy from God. |
A lot of issues stemmed from the TSA and the govt's insistence on draining all the funds from the banking sector. The funds were being utilised by the banks, true but it was also utilised by companies who borrow from the banks. Income derivable from banking operations have greatly reduced. Someone mentioned once that Nigeria is not ready for credit cards because there is no character in the citizens (one of the major criteria for lending). Why should the banks be willing to take risks on individuals with no character? They rather safeguard your funds and release to you when you have need for it. The best we can hope for is for the banks to earn income from other avenues else it makes no sense employing staff you cannot afford to pay. |
IMHO, his mum was right. You found out you got pregnant after a 1 night stand. And instead of going with your family to see his parents, you take your story to bloggers. All I can see is propaganda. We hear you loud and clear, he was threatening you. Did his father threaten you? His mother nko? It's burna boy's mother dt fits the girl. Maybe she thought they would all be scurrying around because of that. Nowadays, people don't even get married to their baby mamas. They simply take responsibility for the baby's upkeep. The girl assumed she was smart, burna boy's mother was smarter. Don't get me wrong. I am certainly not in support of promiscuous behaviour. My 2 cents |
Ohhhh!!! This is so sad. Lives lost, just like that... RIP!!! ![]() |
It certainly wouldn't hurt my pockets |
I'm about to take a similar step. True, my present place of employment has branch network and some other advantages but this new place has a sellable brand and some other advantages. The truth is if you remain in a place for too long, you tend to be stagnated. If only I had read this particular quote a long time ago, As per loyalty, it is criminal to be loyal to an employer. What you owe an employer is honesty, hard work, commitment and trust. A lot of organisations nowadays only reward performance and neglect loyalty., I would have made a move and not waited this long. |
This is what we keep talking about. All these married, unfaithful men who get married out of duty instead of love. Get married to who you love. You can bear what ever comes but if you get married out of duty, you end up breaking the heart of the woman you married and cheat. |
This is the kind of criticism we need. Point out the problems, make comparisons and proffer solutions. China is where they are because everyone supports the government. There should be nothing like the President is PDP so his cabinet should be PDP members. There should be a good mix. Not 'yes men' who would be afraid to critique any wrong move made by the Presidency. I have mentioned this option of removing restrictions on the sale of FX by the CBN. The lower the supply, the higher the price. It is absurd to just go cold turkey over import when Nigeria as a country imports just about everything. Measures should be put in place. 1. More local manufacturers should be encouraged financially and with incentives. 2. Companies should be encouraged to source for their raw materials locally. 3. Imports should still be opened while local manufacturing is gaining foothold on the economy. Gradually, the level of import will decline as it will be cheaper and make economic sense for businesses to source for materials locally instead of importing with higher costs. |
The courts have ordered that Nnamdi Kanu be released. The president has no right to insist that he remain detained. It will seem that buhari thinks he came to power through coup. He has forgotten that he was democratically elected and as such, democracy must prevail. The judicial arm of the law has given their judgement. It should suffice. The rule of law states innocent till proven guilty. Yes, if Nnamdi Kanu returns to Britain, Are there no means to get him back to take the stand if and when he is found guilty. I am not necessarily in support of Biafra but the fact remains that here in Nigeria, the thief who steals 2 cubes of maggi get sentenced but the thief who steals billions get celebrated. Our problem in Nigeria is not Nnamdi Kanu. We need Power Good roads with little/no traffic Money Infrastuctural facilities Water Health care Security and safety-The BH issue is becoming a large wormhole Steady economy not one where naira goes as high as N285 to the dollar from N239 in 2 weeks The CBN to be more considerate of the masses in their policies that are so rigid, any move to work around it simply means it's getting broken. With Nnamdi Kanu still detained, we are still facing these challenges. Majority of the Igbos have gone to their respective villages to celebrate the festive season and yet we are still stuck here with these issues. Someone who hasn't eaten can't be looking for dress to wear. Let the president sort out the more important issues before he thinks he's running an autocratic system of government. NNAMDI KANU IS NOT OUR PROBLEM. |
anytime he wants to poop. As long as the poop is not strong, let him strain, he's just learning and getting used to it, and would still poop without your help if you let him.
