and i said the ps4 can’t leave my house. If he can’t go with my terms, then let him send my money first and i return his item.
Do as you wish. But be informed that your stubbornness will not take you anywhere.

Cheers.

Unfollows thread!

Tesclaros:
he knows already it is fairly used.. but he doesn’t know it has a problem.. so i have no sin to pay for except I purposely bought him a faulty ps4
Good that you have clarified that..

You did not intentionally buy the faulty console.

So return the faulty console and get your refund.

Tesclaros:
No man, you still didn’t get me

At first i asked him to send the replacement he refused and told me to send mine first

I asked him to pay, he refused and came up with the excuse that a customer at konga once scammed him with the same trick

I said okay, i am going to stake extra 122k with you for you to send a replacement

Once i get it, i send back the faulty one

When he confirms, he then release my 122k

Because my bro will be damn mad if he hears or knows i bought a fairly used ps4

And if he comes back without seeing it at home

Then I’m done!

So understand with me
You have to pay for your sins. No one will take your fall.

You were given money to purchase a brand new console but you went ahead to get a fairly used and defective one. Either ways, your elder will find out the truth. You are even delaying the resolution of this issue.

Tesclaros:
Sorry it is not possible for the ps4 to leave the house now except he refunds me now

Or he takes my offer which to me, i am the one at risk
You have complicated the issue. If you keep insisting that you won't send the console first for your money to be refunded, then I will leave you all to yourself. You do not seem to have anyone backing you up here.

Tesclaros:
Nobody is my uncle.. i was talking about my elder bro.. you won’t understand the problem i will go through by making the ps4 to leave the house.. that’s why I can’t argue much here. I gave him a good offer since he’s scared of me scamming him
y

Your brother will not kill you when he returns to find the console absent. The additional 122k you offered to send to McMayor can be given to him and show him this thread so he will be rest assured that his balance will be refunded once McMayor receives the defective console.

Tesclaros:
God bless you. People don’t seem to understand what it means to pay for something that isn’t working. That’s why they all here making mouth .. i apologized to mayor and even want to pay him 122k to hold till he confirms his ps4 after sending me the replacement and he had the mind to tell me to continue with the problem.. wow!
McMayor does not wish to continue the business deal with you. He has asked that you return the console and get your full refund. This is doable. It isn't late to send the console, send it and update the house that you have done so. Take pictures and videos of it with today's date and time before dispatching the console.
Technology Market › Re: Deleted by uboma(m): 1:36pm On Jan 27, 2020
@ McMayor,

I admire your decision to refund his money.

@Tesclaros,

You should send the console back to McMayor and if he doesn't refund you, you can always report back here. It is that simple.

Did you acknowledge that the console is a useless one?

Did you earlier agree to send a replacement on Monday?

lol. You can coup up any lies with anybody to claim your item is there. People said he even has a shop. You can carry 65k with police go to his shop and arrest him. You're just making all these sound like a child game.
Why are you crying more than the accused?

I see this as a problem with communication which I will blame the seller here.

Located in Asokoro behind the presidential villa lies a large expanse of land that has animals scattered around in various nooks and crannies, a play area for kids and a lake side cafe in an area designated as the National Children’s Park & Zoo. It has a serene atmosphere for family picnics.
The State House Clinic is also close by for any medical emergencies. It is secure and serene. And the gate fee is Free.

Ondo state is predominantly a civil servant state. Not a business hub. Are your sewing fees affordable? These may be one of the reasons why you are having less patronage.

Have you contacted the schools within your location to bid the contract of sewing their uniforms?

@Sapphire11,

You did not indicate your present location. Moving to Lagos, there are no guarantees that it will be better off, here it will take some time to build up a customer base. And do you feel that the peeps in Lagos will abandon their Tailors whom they've been transacting with over the years and come to you?

The best bet may not be to relocate to Lagos but to repackage your services. What kind of designs do you see? Are they the ones in vogue at present? Women, especially want to wear the latest dress in town. Do you keep up with the latest fashion?

Look around you and adapt to the needs of your customers.

Hmmmm!

Tell us, did you provide him with sex education while growing up as a teen?

Whatever you do, please do not flog him. This will only make matters worse. Do have a father to son talk right away and explain to him the dangers of engaging in sex at his age. He may loose the chances to complete his schooling. He may put Mia or whoever in the family way which he is not ready yet. The list goes on.

This is the time to draw closer to your son and gain his trust.

oga mi!

you are free to keep deluding yourself!

but just to open your eyes small, hausa/fulani girls of today are no longer like their mothers.

the fulani/hausa girls of today are educated and are so flirtatious like their southern counterpart - the only difference is, they are more discrete and smarter in their games because of their environment and religious consequences.

same also goes to their men - they are also now more educated, smarter and seriously shy away from early marriage - hence the reason why many of them are now more into premarital sex and drugs.
Very apt and to the point.

Only for those who knows....

you're not far from the truth.. The mortuary attendant was compromised as he started crying when we and the hospital staff confronted him..how can a different name be Brought to you who's not in the mortuary register and you now gave out a registered corpse.. BTW.. The mortuary attendant is learned.. he's from Kwara and he spoke fluently
He is very far from the truth. The mortuary is under the hospital, you cannot rule this out. Are you saying that the mortuary bears a different name from the hospital, AKTH? Of course not!

Collect as much evidence as you can, include voice/video recordings if possible. AKTH should be made to account for this unprofessional behaviour.

This is one hell of a complicated situation, imagine the body isn’t found(I pray it is found) how will you guys go about the burial.
If the body isn't found, the best will be to bury an empty coffin.

However I encourage the op to pursue this case to its end. AKTH and the Hisbah must account for the corpse of the family

The story sounds too unreal that I am forcing myself not to believe it.
What concerns Hisbah police with a corpse, even if it's that of a Moslem?
Is it not families that bury corpses any longer or is it now part of the duties of of a more or less Hisbah "militia"?
The Hisbah in Kano are untouchables. They can do and undo. They are known to fight and tear off uniforms of regular police officers.

My dad passed away on 26th December 2019 in AKTH. He was deposited in the hospital's mortuary same day, was given a tally number and details recorded. I had to travel down to Kano from the East to confirm my dad's death in the mortuary.
Burial death was fixed for next week. On 24th January I and some uncles came to carry the corpse only to be told that the corpse has been taken by Hisbah on the directives of the Sharia courts. We quickly went to Sharia courts and they told usThat the corpse was taken on the basis that he was a Muslim and he his wife has been summoned by the court of which she refused coming of which was a false accusation..they also told us they've asked them the name of the corpse and they called one 'Abdullahi obinwa' of which wasn't my dad's nameThe Sharia court now instructed that the corpse be buried according to islamic rites..we now let the judge know that the corpse we are looking for is not the said Abdullahi obinwa' and my dad's name was written in the mortuary register with the tally number. When we got to the hospital, we also found out there was no Abdullahi obinwa' on the Register then how come when the court order bearing a false name was brought..They took my dad who is bearing a different name..This is a big humiliation and embarassment to our family and a disgrace to a federal hospital like Aminu Kano teaching hospital..we have contacted a lawyer tho and some security forces like DSS.We are supposed to bury him next week and the corpse is still at large.I want to publish it on nairaland so the whole world so they know how corrupt a federal and well Prestige hospital can compromise.
Hmmm! AKTH has lost its good reputation. I hope you took pictures of the register that carries your father's name and has no record of Abdullahi Obinwa. Gather as much evidence as you can. You will need them......
