It could be done by Nigerian developers, just ask for a contemporary design and it can be provided.

That's because of the federal legislation that electricity goes to the national grid before it's then distributed, if not Akwa ibom state should be enjoying 24 hrs electricity, presently some places in uyo have been getting light up to 18hrs a day which was not obtainable before. The more powerplant built, the better for the country.
