Arsenal is (sometimes I am tempted to use the word was) a good team but definitely they should forget abot wares this season and concentrate more on a rebuilding and blending process.I admire Wenger's courage when he comes out to say that he still has his eyes set on the title.However,in as much as I hold him in high esteem I dont see him pulling this one off! Every good team at a point in time hits a plateau or even a decline, it is left for the gaffer to cool off a bit and re-strategize for the future. I think that is the stage Arsenal are in now. I do not know how much money Wenger has at his disposal,but he definitely needs to buy strong defensive-minded players who should also have the ability to pop up and score goals.
Every time I look at that Arsenal team I see a gaping hole in that department.
and it is that department that keeps the whole team in balance and in check!
