dhavydo: Lol. I told them I wanted to accept a request and he asked why I didn't park..... Truth be told.. Driving on Uber doesn't absolve you from obeying simple laws of driving... Operating my phone the way I was is a big no. Anyway diff strokes for diff folks. My boss was held twice but the moment she told them uber, they freed her.... |

dhavydo: Err what's the acceptable bribe rate for Frsc I was caught pressing away on my phone and it ended with me giving them 2k......so was I cheated? Or should I go back and ask for refund? If you are an uber driver, you are not supposed to pay a dime, your work is done trough phone... |

pooozeee: The request came in around 11:45am today, I accepted it and drove off to the pickup location upon my arrival, my rider to pickup was completely naked as in no bra, no panties and no cloths on her, 2 other women in her company said pls allow her in ur vehicle and let's drive to area G police station, it was a dangerous case, I rejected and said no way I can never drive in such condition then the two women in the naked woman's company brought out their ID and said police dectective, your are obliged to obey and drive off to the police station as we av a very serious criminal case to handle, you are however mandated to obey our command as your service is urgently required by the Nigerian law I said thank God I am not in trouble today they all came in and I drove off, while on the trip I informed all my riders that by uber law, no one should be allowed into my vehicle in such condition most especially when I feel unsafe to drive my rider to their destination They all kept quiet no comment, after I ended the trip, the pay was 900 NAIRA, the detective just gave me 1,500 and said you are free to leave now, upon reaching the station gate, I heard a very loud gunshot gbosha gbosha gbosha 3ice, I looked back and I saw the woman arrested already dead on the floor...
Is it the officers that shot her? |

busayo2uk: You are only taking into consideration those things you can calculate.
What about factors beyond your control such as:
- sickness on the part of the driver and being unable to drive. - damage to the car that will require a huge amount and would not allow driver to work for few days. - Yanking off by UBER or Taxify due to low rating or any other offence. - for anyone to put a car for HP, am sure that car wld have seen better days -- there is hardly anyone who can buy a chacha car and give it out on HP. - bad weather, especially during raining season
So you can now see that you can hardly project income. Don'tmind all these ones forming James bond and misleading people. Nothing is as it seems. There are expenses to be made, bills to be paid. I guess they don't know the meaging of contingency. .. Leave talk for matthias if you are doing well, na for your pocket. If you are not God help you. Las las, we go dey alright |

Bank accounts were open all who spread the news and its over now.

Fahrenz: it was direct. I am not giving free info.
Chances of enjoying you? Who are you? Even if you are otedola in another moniker I am telling you right now that I don't need you. What do I need you for? Did I come to beg you?

Fahrenz: you mailed me first.
The reply I gave you is the same as I posted on this very thread. My response could also be to just get you off my back. You never can tell now, can you? Never denied that fact remains that you asked for some sort of reward indirectly, thank God you use your hand to expose yourself. How petty Nigerians can be. I taught could learn something from you but it's a shame, you blew your chances of enjoying me. |

Fahrenz: Because they want to know where their next line of excuse will come from. That's very insensitive of you to say. New drivers join the platform everyday and some need these kind of inspiration, but if not guided properly they may set unachievable targets for themselves. To think I was even willing to patronize you, What a shame! |
Business › Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by uchemac2: 1:08pm On Jan 08, 2019 |
Fahrenz: does it matter? Yes it does, as if a car owner makes say 80- 100k weekly, after commission, then the result would be 40_50k weekly on rentals, so drivers can rightfully project, and not be mislead... |
Business › Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by uchemac2: 12:31pm On Jan 08, 2019 |
Fahrenz: im not dragging best driver. I value my sleep. I target 120 to 140k weekly and I have been consistent with it for over 6 months and I have proof. On average I work 6 days a week. Even during Christmas and new year season surge I did not change my template
If you think you made sense with your comment asking why I haven't won best driver so sorry to disappoint you. Why should I win best driver in one month and be on admission in the hospital for 2 weeks when I can be consistent with weekly 120 - 140k driving on both platforms?
Envy will kill you Please are you on rentage or is it your car you are using for this e hailing business? |
