Hello everyone! Hope you all had a great day. Please i need your help. I am currently in the process of assessing my education and skill with CPA. Does anyone how i can get syllabus from unn for 2005 and from ICAN from 2011? Your kind help will be appreciated. |

I have both Bsc in accounting and ICAN membership but assessing ICAN means i can only claim for experience points from 2011 when i qualified. Which is just 6 years versus 10 years that i would get if i could get a positive assessment with my bsc only. I am not sure what yo do. What do you think? |

Hi guys, thanks for all the info on this fantastic forum.pls i need some info. My occupation is eligible under the current FSW 2014. I got a 5.5 in one of the language test, and 7.0,7.5,7.5 in d rest. This means i need to rewrite d test right? Secondly can i write the test in the US cos dts where i will be in the next few months. @ angel 55, you can try Ben Taub hospital in Houston . its a county hospital. a friend of mine had a VBAC dere last year even after all oda hosp refused to let her try it. |
Hi guys, Am a 25 weeks old pregnant mama. I intend to have my baby in houston texas and i have contacted DR Famogbun. My pproblem now is accomodation. Someone informed my husband and i abt a place called Precious Cedars Maternity home where they provide specialised care for preggy mommas before and after they have their babies. You pay abt 1500 usd for accomodoation, transport, feeding and other complimentary services. They care for u at delivery if u dont have ur mom or hubby with u? Has anyone heard of dem or any similar organization? I also wanted to know how the moms out there who have had deir babies are able to cope alone without any help while abroad. |

Hi people,M not new to this thread but I left it a long time ago but am back now. What happened to trim and trendy? She was our fitness instructor back in the dayz! I just had my 2nd baby 5weeks ago and am ready to start exercising. I currently weigh 81kg and my goal is to lose @least 10kg in 2months and I need ur help to achieve that. I need motivation and tips from Ɣ☺ΰ guys.I have an elliptical trainer @ home, I also have some excercise DVDs but am currently not motivated to work out.I had a normal delivery and am all healed so I guess am good to go! But u guyz gotta help me plzzzzzz!!! |

Wow!!!!!!!!! M so glad we decided to get back on track.Ive missed this thread so much, Dominique thank u so much for resurrecting this thread. I have tried to keep up with the excercises.I joined a group called Fatbursters, Where we developed a friendly competition to help us lose weight. I have lost a total of 10 kg since i joined.bringing my weight down to 75kg from 85kg. I feel very light and will like to lose another 5kg before the end of this year. My husband and i get very uncomfortable when our supply of condoms finishes, He doesnt like going out to get them and i feel shy too, we have a one year old and we are trying to wait for sometime before the next baby.We decided on the condom as a method of contraception.We are very sexually active and currently we are using the withdrawal method which i hate, What do u guyz think we should do? Hi people, long time no see, I have really slacked o! though i have been excercising, i have beeen eating just as much, , i feel so bad, and i just hate myself, I do very well wen am back home but during the day at work, i just find myself eating all the wrong foods.For the past 1 week, i have been eating rice and chicken every afternoon, I skip dinner completely sometimes but i find myself binging,, The result is i havent lost any weight at all but i havent gained any either, i donno wat to do, Trim, i need ur advice now22/7/09 Food log Morning, oat and evaporated milk Afternoon, Jollof rice and chicken Dinner, Breadfruit and Boiled fish What is the calorie content in A regular portion of jollof rice and fried chicken from a fasfood What abt bread fruit, do u guys know anything abt how healthy it is, |
Thank u so much Romeo, First of all i have some more questions, 1. what do u mean by Fat Burning stage? 2. What did u mean wen u said my body will start hoarding calories if i eat very little or starve myself?, I try not to starve myself but because there are very few choices of healthy foods when am not at home , i usually settle for the more healthy and less filling foods like salads and moin moin, and i still remain very hungry. 3. I heard drinking lots of water is good for improving the body's metabolism and losing weight so i have been drinking water like my life depends on it but i also heard water is fattening especially cold water, how ture is this cos m sooo confused on wat to do.As i write this, i just downed a bottle of 75cl eva water. 4.recently, its been raining and most mornings, its either raining or too cold for me to go out jogging.so i have been using the Eccliptical Trainer i have at home every morning and Nite for like 20mins each time.How effective is this trainer??Is it as effective as the good old jogging /Running outdoors.pls, i need to know. Here's what my meals are like[i][/i]: Morning Fruit n Fibre cereal with Skimmed milk, Oat meal and Evaporated milk., White bread with strawberry jam, i have this Carnation Breaskfast low fat Milk shake that i drink some mornings and other dayz, i completely skip breakfast and eat dry crackers and plenty of water Lunch I either eat white rice and a portion of chicken, sometimes moin and beef stew, yam either white with sauce or porridge, i eat a small portion of eba and vegetable soup, egusi or anyone available where i work Dinner[/b]its easier to control what i eat here cos i prepare it myself.This is usually, Fish or beef peppersoup and one wrap of Agidi, vegetable stew and rice, Unripe plantain porridge with fish and very little oil, [b]Snacks[/b]I used to have a sweet tooth so i loooooooove chocolates, and sweets but i am proud to say that i havent gone out to buy for the past 3 months since i began my weighloss journey but because i still have desires to binge, i have replaced them with nuts like groundnuts and cashew nut.How healthy are these especially the processed ones?? I eat a lot of crackers, garden eggs, apples, oranges and YESS!!i chew a lot of gum.Brand:[b]Orbit by wriggleys with xylitol, I was told its fattening too :oHow true is that? |
@ Ejadem, darlyn , am really grateful u took out time to reply my post.I feel a fresh burst of motivation reading this now and rite after this am going to leave my desk here and take some walk for starters and continue wen i get home, The thing is btw workin 8 to 5 and managing a family, its difficult getting time to exercise, i try to squeeze time to excercise and then its not happenening as fast as i tot it would but i will keep trying, becos hubby really wants me to lose all d baby fat, How is ur husband a major saboteur to ur weightloss efforts ![]() |
Hi, m trying to lose some weight after having a baby and its been pretty tough, am still breastfeeding so i try to eat well, and healthy an excercise, i have been jogging, doing some aerobics like 3 times a week for the past 2 months and i have only lost about 3kg, My question is why ami not losing weight, what should i do, I have rearranged my diet, No fizzy drinks, reduced fats, fries and carbs to the barest minimum, Am feeling very demotivated as i write but i want to start all over again.Pls tell me wat to do and how to go about it, i need help quickly, thanks. |
Excercise:Morning: 30mins jog on an eccliptical trainer, Aerobics with dumbells 20 mins Nite: Jogged on an eccliptical trainer for 30 mins and retired to bed Food: Breakfast Garden eggs 3, and a fistfull of groundnuts, 75cl eva water Lunch: Beans and Dodo 1L of water Nite : one egg and another 1L of water, and a portion of pineapple But guyz, i have a problem, sometime in may wen my baby was 6 months old, i decided to do something about my weight, I weighed 85kg then, 2 months after i have only lost 3 kg and i have become demotivated again and i need help from u guyz to stay motivated, @ trim and trendy, girl thank u soo much, i was able to get a scale and a pair of 5kg dumbells for N2500 each, m really grateful.
