I just notice the dog became very aggressive to strangers almost when I decided to sell it cos it was almost useless to me. I constantly chain the dog. I believe that was what contributed to his aggression. I still do d chaining up till date. He's aggressive both to children.

You have a nice dog there, it's not all about rating, your dog has some faults (as their is no perfect dog) which you need to work on if you plan on breeding her, read more about the breed, go through the breed standard, search for breeders that will help out in choosing a good stud for her, it's all about improving the breed. Nice job so far! keep it up!

its not mange, two very different things

1. Restrain your pet if necessary. Maggot infested areas of skin can be very painful, and a pet may bite as a reflex.

2. Use blunt tip scissors or electric clippers and clip the affected areas to remove soiled and matted hair. Fur traps bacteria and keeps reinfecting the wound.

3. Remove all maggots with blunt-nosed tweezers, a gauze pad, or tissue. Wear a pair of disposable medical gloves to avoid touching the worms.

4. Wash infected areas with Betadine solution and dry the dog. If you are using water to flush the wound, flush the area for at least 15 minutes. As the maggots escape the wound to avoid drowning, you are then able to easily pick them off. Water will rinse away any remaining fly eggs that haven't hatched.

5. Then spray or shampoo the dog using a non-alcohol based product that contains pyrethrins and check closely for remaining maggots.

6. Topical antibiotic ointments such as Neosporin can be used to assist in fighting infection. Be sure this ointment is out of "licking range" to avoid the oral consumption of the medicine.

Dogs with infected wounds should be treated with oral antibiotics. If the dog is debilitated, her health and nutrition must be improved to bring about a cure.

Cleaning maggots out of a wound is only the first step, and often, the tissue damage is severe. Healing may take a long time, and wound care is important to ensure that more infection doesn't develop.

So if u can inject give the dog 1ml of ivermectin accordion to weight prescription repeat after a week n next 3x ie 1/3 weekly apply benzilbenzuet from a pharmacy mean while try n remove them from the dogs skin press it out then treat.

Please why will you advise a novice to do such self medication where there are people that can do it better and how come you give your dogs what you don't know and can't even give the right spellings for them, I think if you are doing that just do it alone and to your dogs than involving other people into it which is very bad.

Oga Arcbay and Steven1234 have the best answers you need. Buh when using disinfectant, bleach( hypo, jik....) or any chemical on your dog be sure the dog don't lick or somehow ingest it Cos the outcome is very fatal. Best amongst all answers so far is from Arcbay.

How I wish you followed this issue from the beginning, even if Jeff was greedy why did ify agree to all that and still did not keep to it which is wrong. The pups died because no one to take care of them and trust me when I say the dam would have even died in ifys hand which would have been worse, not minding all that he had in mind to keep to his promise. If it's a real case ify will only go free because there was no written agreement. About showing evidence or not ify admitted the stud he used was not was they agreed on( where this whole thing started)

Jeff do give me day to day update on what is happening and to be frank even if ify did his best I will say his best was not good enough, the feeding videos Jeff sent to me was very poor for a pregnant dog and some other things he complained to me about, ify did as a friend by reducing the boarding Buh he should at least take care of the dam Cos he agreed to that.

Ify according to what you posted you tried your best( and I commend for that) Buh at least you did not get to let him know about the change of plans and you did not take good care of his dog(why Jeff was angry with ify)

The first day this post was made was the time I knewJeff so I will say am aware of everything up till date,

About stud pup, redfigure(real name ify) is not the stud owner and the stud owner have been compensated fully ( Jeff and the vet saw to dat) ify did not know about this Cos I think the stud owner is not in good terms with ify. so he should call to verify.

Ify did not get any pup as promised because
1, he did not fulfill his own part of the agreement
2, the pups are not enough to go round ( Jeff called me several times about fulfilling his promise and what is keeping him from doing that, I told him that fulfilling his promise won't be possible from this litter( from 10 - 2)) as you guys can see nothing came out of the litter.

The issue of stud pup and fulfilling the promise of giving a pup settled!

(Ok so maybe not a superstar but a star in the making)

Last week Shadow was asked to be part of a music video for an up and coming musician called Dotman. Unfortunately I couldn't be there but Mr Prodeegee was so gracious to take Shadow for the video shoot. I couldn't risk him being without someone familiar and someone who can control him. I heard Shadow did very well and from the pictures and videos I saw I was very pleased and excited to see the final music video once it's out. Wow it seems shadow is definitely having more fun than me and going places hehehe.
