OGHENAOGIE: you are very stupid for this comment...does immunity stop d house from investigating him...d high court stop d process why didn't de challenge it in a higher Court...an idiot like u is celebrating blue murder on d office of d cjn by another arm which abuses separation of powers...because u brain have been sacrificed to demons u can't discern abuse of due process...u are motherfuckin son of a bitch nonsense... Cry me a river Mr due process. I am not particularly surprised that the CJN was targetted and I became happy that he was when the pdp swooped in to defend him. If you like, cry from now till tomorrow, at the end of the day, nigeria wins. One corrupt judge down, many more to go. If you aren't happy about this cleansing, then you are a problem of this country. It is indeed one sided. My prayer is in 2023 , a new government (God forbid it should be pdp) comes in and pack out these apc theives and their corrupt judges too to the worst of prisons. |

Damn.... You are so hurt about this CJN issue. Glad you are. By the way, the state house initiated investigations and were still stopped by one of those fraudulent judges of a court in kano. Not absolving the members of blame as they would have gone to a higher Court to challenge the order stopping them from investigating ganduje. They simply let it slide perhaps they were never really interested in removing a governor from their party. Now Fool, how's that a failure of the executives? |

wis3: I don't even know how this is debatable. For crying out loud we are humans first before we are Muslim of Christians. I'm a Muslim and I know Christians who are kind hearted and more compassionate towards Muslims than some people that claim to be Muslims towards their fellow Muslims And you think sadaqah is not enough |
Islam › Re: Can I Give A Non Muslim My Zakat? by udatso: 11:15am On Apr 19, 2019 |
Vulcanheph: So Christians can give alms to Muslims without any strings attached ( mind you these Muslim beggars are everywhere... Markets, restaurants, main roads etc) but a Muslim can only give alms to Christians only if he wants to soften his/her hearts towards Islam, meaning that the only way a Muslim can give to a non muslim is when he wants them to convert...... Na wah oooo You only see what your eyes want to see. Are you seriously going to pretend that you didn't see this below Sterope: Zakat is not any type of alms. It is obligatory that is it is a religious requirement just like tithe.
A Muslim can give out casual alms to anyone he wishes but not zakat. papiforreal: It is permissible to give charity to non-Muslims and this action will be rewarded, if they are in need of it, but they should not be given the obligatory charity, i.e. zakaat, unless they are those whose hearts are to be softened (i.e., they are close to embracing Islam). It is a condition for giving charity to non-Muslims that they should not be involvied in fighting the Muslims or driving them from their homes, because charity in such cases would be seen as helping them to wage war against the Muslims.
(Fataawa Mutanawwi’ah by Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen, 521). Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “Allaah does not forbid you to deal justly and kindly with those who fought not against you on account of religion and did not drive you out of your homes. Verily, Allaah loves those who deal with equity. It is only as regards those who fought against you on account of religion, and have driven you out of your homes, and helped to drive you out, that Allaah forbids you to befriend them. And whosoever will befriend them, then such are the zaalimoon (wrong-doers – those who disobey Allaah.)” [al-Mumtahimah 60:8-9].
Muslims should seek first and foremost to give their charity to their Muslim brothers who are in need, and there are plenty of them. And Allaah knows best. |

limeta: Only in ss dey find looters Southwest and northerners are all saints Time will tell Northerners don't defend their thieves. They don't sing witch hunting when they come for one of them. Apparently, southeast and south South stand by their thieves till eternity. I am a from the ss and we all know how we defend our thieves as long as we get something from him/her. So don't look at this from a tribal angle. Perhaps political angle is more correct. Nigerian politics is similar to game of our thrones. While the westeros and north Fight each other on who sits on the Iron throne, the White walkers (hunger, poverty, bad economy, zero will to improve education, lack of electricity/power....) are killing us from the inside. The moment pdp ran in to defend onooghen, I knew it was a deeper political game and we can't be put at the middle of it using tribe and religion to divide us as always. It's stupid to defend any additional they are (or at most) all thieves. Let some set of thieves keep taking down the other set until we have fewer and fewer. Who wins when a thieve is taken down? The common Nigerian. Not a certain tribe. After engagements with many learned people, I realised that onooghen should have humbly resigned from the moment he admitted to it as forgetfulness being the cause. He listened to the set of people who cheered Good luck, atiku... To defeat. And where are they now? If he likes let him go to the Supreme supreme court to Challenge this, if the federal government is ready to deal with him, there's no escaping it. I am sure they have dirt in all those judges of if not all the courts. Politics is a dirty game, when you are guilty, negotiate for a soft landing than fight those in power. Though it's ugly but no politician in nigeria is really innocent. They cheered deji adejanju on until it landed him in prison in Kano, after he came out, he became humbled. Where's that 'one sided activism' in him now? My prayer is hopefully in 2023 , a new government (not pdp) will come in to wipe the remaining apc thieves out. It's a win win for me and you |

NoShitTaker: @op. Most Nairaland Christians are nothing but stupid hypocrites who fight for Jesus day and night online even they say Jesus shouldn't be fought for.
Their level of intolerance is manifold compare to Muslims. You will know this with their preaching in a public bus while Muslims patiently listen without making troubles. Imagine what would happen if Muslims begin to preach the same way.
Their actions are absolutely contrary to that Jesus. I wonder if jesus would tow their path if he were a Nairalander. If Muslims begin to preach in public vehicles or move from door to door, it would be described as Islamisation. |
