Reduce your carbs- carbohydrates intake.

Remember most food including beans ( protein) have carbs. So eat in small amounts. Don't eat too much beans at a given meal. Beans, black eyed especially has carbs so eat in moderation.

Brown Rice is good or native rice.

Cook a cup of rice - that's about 3 serving or 3 times for you to eat not one time.

Start eating less - 1 slice of bread is all you need at a meal.

Fish, eggs, meat ( unless your cholesterol is high avoid
or eat small amount), chicken doesn't count so good to eat but don't over indulge.

Fruit - half a mango not the whole mango...just to give you idea.

Exercise daily or most days - highly important.
Reduce your weight.

Check again after 3months.
