we that are 7weeks plus sef we still the sneeze our body , my dd too does same, and she cries alot, i guess its Colic, all these drugs works for some, but i guess it does not for some, cos i bought infacol for my Los, but it didn't work too, with time, it will stop on its own, what works for us is sleeping on their tummy.

Morning all, pls how can I make my babies to poo easily? It's been a whole day now and they are finding it diff to poo.

Also we have been on Nan1 for these 3weeks,and am suspecting it to be the cause, what other good formula can I use that won't cause constipation for them?

Udoomama sorry I just remembered your question, if you ask those women that sell soup stuff especially the Igbo or efik women, tell them you want uda pepper soup condiment for new mum they will sell to you. It goes well with boiled yam( you cook it together with the soup) or pound the yam.

Add plenty mangala(dried fish) Basil leaf (nchawu) and black pepper.

this was my food o! It helped my tummy and milk flow.

And pls what other tea/drink helps in reducing the tummy? My tummy is like am 6mnths preggy, and dr says no touching or tying till after my 6weeks check up.

@ijeomaobi1, I had the same issue after delivery, it was swollen even more than when I was pregnant, Infact from my feet up to my knees, I was prescribed, Laxis,(that it will make me to pee a lot, cos the swelling was water) afta 3-4days d legs became normal.

Was rushed to d hospt again on tuesday nite and was admitted, dr's talk plenty Grammer for my case , from high BP to preeclampsia, they were just given me injections anyhow, that I was about to convulse . on wed evening, was transeferd to anoda hospt, that they can't manage my case, the hospt I was transfered to, after all d test, discovered it was ulcer , , Hmmmmm, na so ordinary Gestid of 500 calmed me down, after spending thousands at d other hospt . Have been discharged and back home ooo, make una still remember me for una prayers ooo, I need to be strong for my babies.

Morning my e sisters and happy new month, it's been a while, have seen so many mentions but yet to read trough. Have been battling BP issues and serious Edema shortly after I put to bed, that's y I haven't been able to come online,but tnk God am much better today.

MY BIRTH STORY
My edd was 13th of august,acc to lmp, but since I had a previous cs and was carrying multiples, was advised by dr's to go for another cs, so I booked my cs for 36 weeks plus, (even though, they wanted it@ 37weeks) I still insisted cos I was very tired. Fast forward to 18th of july, I was admitted and the next day been 19th, I was wheeled into the theatre by 8.00am, by 8.40, my prince arrived weighing 3.1kg,5mins later, my princess arrived weighing 2.25kg.my joy knew no bounds , . After some minutes, I was also stitched up and wheeled out of the theatre. Everything was perfect, not until 2days after, I started having serious backache and waist pain,was told it's cos of d anesthesia, after the pains subsided, BP issues started wit swollen feet( I neva had bp issue before oo) was placed on drugs for the bp and thank God am very okay now. We have been discharged since last week, and we are back home mother, father and babies alive hale and hearty,it can only be God. Thank God I'm not alone, carrying two LOs is real work! Both sides of my stomach keeps pulling when I lie on either side. To sleep at times, I'll have to rub one side and be saying sorry baby let me sleep on your side today and I'll change it tomorrow to your ibeji, no vex. And to think im just in the second trimester. But in all, we give glory to God.
I can go through more discomfort for these babies because the joy is greater than all the tears shed during the days of waiting

I pray all TTC mothers conceive and carry to term in Jesus name so they can experience this joy even money cannot buy

Nowadays it's like my LOs don't stop poking me from side to side. Once I take fluids, the poking begins coupled with the weird sounds I hear coming from my stomach. Who else is feeling this? @ udoomama, is it that it is more difficult to find out sex of twins via ultrasound or its just luck and position of LOs at time of scan that determines that? I want to know so I can prepare my mind before my next scan

It's not difficult via ultrasound, I would say 1. The timing of the scan(16wks -20wks I believe would give u more accurate result) 2. Position of Lo's at the time of the scan. 3. The experience of the person carrying out the scan. Cause in my own case, the 1st scan I did @9weeks said my los were in separate sac,which to my little understanding, is fraternal twins. Later on, from 16weeks, all the scans I did from a particular scan centre said XY and XX. 20wks I tried another scan centre and was told my los are in one sac, and are sharing one placenta , and both are XY. At 24weeks, the hospt were I reg for anc did their own and said it's identical( they didn't write down d sex) , I did another scan again about 2 sef at dis my "experienced dr's place" he still said XY and XX , my hospt did one for me last week, dey still say na identical twins, but still refuse telling me sex . But me am going with the earlier scan ooo, cos I believe is more accurate. If dey do a 4D scan at ur location and it's not expensive,u can do it, it's more accurate.

My Edd is august 13th oooo, but I want port( me,drs n dh have decided on elective cs, waiting to be booked for one). As per sex,scan d give me diff sex,so am team surprise for now . This 3rd trimester na God hand I dey, have been having painful BH contractions since last week, although it's on and off, but mennn, when it starts,as if my vjay will fall out, menstrual like cramp from front to back down to my right leg, severe back ache. I practically limp these days when I get up from bed,na elephant waka get me now. And guess what! Am looking "very pretty" , from mighty nose to black face plus neck.I nearly packed tins to d hospt d oda nite .. As per shopping, am 100% ready (for those that are important) bags have been packed, remain delivery hair lol, in all, God has been faithful.

Well this postpartum I am talking 'bout has an incision opening,and doctors and midwife at my hospital recommends it,plus we have plenty mothers who has also testified to this,it doesn't cover neither touch the incision sight atall. Am getting mine at my next antenantal,i will likely post it here so u can visualize what am talking bout.

We are in the same shoes, my daughter too is only three but she has hips and bumbum already (courtesy of MIL) . I'm always careful about who she plays with, to complicate matters she warms up to men than women Lol. My eyes are always wide open, I don't want stories that touch.

abeg keep them wide open ooo, by his Grace such will not befall us, my own, if she don't know u, she will neva go near you, and I make sure every night before bedtime I ask her what happened in sch and so on. My problem now is, she don't know how to wash her private part perfectly yet, so when I want to wash, she will be like"mummy but u said nobody should touch there now ". Make we do our best and leave d rest for God ooo

MY SISTER, THEY SEEM TO BE EVERY WHERE NOW... sexual molestation of children is not peculiar to any gender of child now ooo....stories we hear everyday, an uncle (mother's brother) put his sonting in the mouth of his 4years old neice to kiss and suck , an already sexually abused boy of 6yrs who is being abused by their female maid at home went visiting another family friend and tried practicing what their maid does with him with his mother's friend's daughter! When asked, he narrates that the maid use to ask him to climb on her everyday when she takes her bath without her clothes on !! Is it the one of uncles in school teaching the boys in his class gay practices? The world's morality is scarry now O ooo.....
Sometimes when am excited about the fact that I will soon be a mother, I also get scared of the daunting responsibility of training the child in this kind of low morals....You don't even know who to trust sef.... . You don't know which uncle or cousin is touching your child in inappropriate places
