kramer:The mere fact you can remember their names is enough proof to my claims, but I bet you can't remember the name of your former deputy governor I don't like him..especially his childishness, but you must agree with me, this dude is exploiting the publicity on Africa's foremost forum to build a social presence for himself. Do you remember the last nairaland end of the year party? honestly, in the midst of those beautiful and handsome nairalanders, this same troll of a guy was the only person a could recognise ...does that ring a bell? |

People....this guy keeps increasing his popularity through nairaland , he is not really as dull as we think he is, I would personally want to think he is building a career in showbiz (naija-version), cus the way he is always trending on nairaland, he is slowly but steadily becoming even more popular than seun . Truth is, a good percent of people we celebrate today as celebrities really have no talents, achievements or real life value whatsoever...its just hype, they have found a way of always being in the news for whatever reasons whether good or bad. I know you don't like bobrisky for example, but you know (her/him), and (s)he is more popular and famous than all the local government chairmen and senators in your state combined I know its for the wrong reasons though, but like they say...every publicity is good publicity! 2 Likes |

koppa: Bro you jus told my story. I have been battling gynecomastia for the past 3 years now, I also noticed it for the first time back then in NYSC camp bauchi state, I was also told it will disappear with time on its own(I believed the doctor and didn't get any drugs) but this has not been the case as it has more than doubled over this 3 years period. Am presently considering surgery to completely remove it and then initiate testosterone therapy 2 Likes |

SUJYDEE:Thank you for the response bro, but I do not have an OND in masonry. Would it be advisable to enrol for an OND or certificate (i-iv) in one of the technical schools now? what are the future prospects of this occupation in line with pursuing permanent residency in Australia. I noticed it has been on the preferred lists for about 5 years now and counting. My research shows it takes about two years to complete these short courses in Nigeria, is it worth the long wait? I also intend to run an MSC simultaneously, any heads up or advice would be greatly appreciated. |

Hello Mr bellong, priceless25, iceberg54 and other good people, am confused and would appreciate some clarifications and possibly informatuons. To the gurus or those with experience with TRA(trades recognition Australia) please how positive would an assessment from TRA be if I nominate to be assessed as a bricklayer. The thing is, while in school I did work extensively as a mason, tiller and painter. I also was able to acquire registrations and certificates from some state based(some informal) associations and bodies back then. I graduated from a science background (Bsc geology) and did continue for some time in the line of bricks layering (for about two years), seeing I hold a bsc in geology(with no experience) and ample experience in brick layering and masonry, how favourable or possible would it be to receive a positive assessment from TRA as a bricklayer(331111) with a degree in geology. NB Most payments for my jobs have always been hand to hand so pay slips more be impossible to get |

Why are Nigerians so filled with hate and bitterness What crime has he committed to warrant all these accusations and outright rejection from his country folks. Is it now a crime to be successful?.... I guess we are becoming too used to failure and backwardness in this country that any spark of light, success or improvement, rather than motivating us, stirs anger, envy, jealousy and resentment. 115 Likes 7 Shares |

just where did we get it wrong in this country...thousands, if not millions of engineers scattered all around the country, tens and hundreds of engineering faculties, departments and research institutes in every corner of this country...yet, we still struggle, buy, hire and somethings beg for the most trivial fruits of technology. |

very few posters here understand the op, the young man is confused and frustrated, he obviously lacks an idea of what to do with his life. please dont judge or blame him, this is the present situation with most nigerian youths. he wouldnt be attempting to risk his life sleeping under bridges in lagos if he dosent want to make meaning out of his life at all cost....please prayer for him instead, for words now can make him a potential leader or a potential thief 5 Likes |

Hmmm...this thread has triggered a deep reflection on the state of the Nigerian nation. A Nigeria, when our collective national destiny had not been raped by greed and tribalism.... when a dollar was less than 1naira... when our schools offered real education and Nigerian universities were ranked above american universities....when our youths had hope and our children a future....Nigeria! 1 Like |
