LordAdam7: The kid got to the feeding center safely, you irresponsible dimbat.
As I said you are an ignorant oaf that doesn't deserve to live.
If you can't pay attention and confirm what happened and didn't happen before hastily passing judgement, you would appear very stu*id. He fended off the vulture and ensured the child got to the feeding center. He couldn't do any more than that. And he accurately said that he wasn't sure that child would survive for long.
Have you ever visited North Korea or Cuba or any of the repressive regimes around the world? Do you know that you can't go with a camera with a resolution of more than 20m in North Korea, and when you leave your photos are scrutinized and questionable ones are deleted?
Do you know how many journalists and photographers trying to get the word out in these despicable regions get killed annually?
Or do you think if he had tried to take that child back with him and got shot by the soldiers who were under stern orders not to let him interfere, that we would have that picture?
Why not you take a camera and go to war-torn South Sudan or Somalia or CAR and take pictures and start ferrying people you feel deserve help to Nigeria you judgemental pr*ck. Let's see if you'd ever make it out of Sudan alive on your first voyage.
So Carter is the enemy now? For showing us a picture that we only hear in the stories and rarely believe?
You are despicable.
I know people like you are used to seeing burnt remains of people, crushed heads of murder victims, starving kids accused of witchcraftcy, shallow graves filled with murdered protesters. Carter was not. He couldn't stomach all the horrors he saw in Sudan and ended the depression the only way he knew how to.
Not everyone is a cold, numbless, emotionally-scarred neophyte like you.
Carter has gone to a better place. That photo while drawing condemnation from harbingers of death like you also drew outrage from good people who pressured International intervention that resulted in the splitting of Sudan. While that may not have been enough, Carter saved more lives in his death than you have in your lifetime.
The world loses good people when people like Carter dies. You on the other hand would not be missed.
-Lord very good submission |

This is very sad.
Many black boys were killed in such manner.
Some killed because of the allegation of looking at a white girl (most times it was not true)
Some killed over allegation of being a "threat" etc.
Racism is evil. |

cramjones: Over the years I have noticed that the generation of today have focused so much on frivolities rather than building a strong marriage that would last till death. We now focus on senseless pre-wedding photos, showcasing fake moments the couples never had. We hunger and thirst for likes on our photos, tell our wives happy birthday on Facebook before telling them face to face. We have really lost it in this generation!
Little wonder why marriages hardly stand the test of time. Shame!
-CramJones Don't be a killjoy.. do you know each of these individual couples to know that these photoshoots are all they focus on? This is the trend, and let them enjoy it, simple. |

fasterwell: Iraq, Agfan etc are in flames but shell is there doing their business and contributing to the peace and development of their host communities.
Are you now saying that those countries are more safe than Niger Delta?
They use high operation cost as an excuse to relocate when they can pressure the govt to fix the ports in the region to reduce the cost of operations. Because thats where the problem lies.
Insecurity is as a result the insincerity of the govt and oil companies because no reasonable person will go into crime when he or she can live a normal and peaceful life.
Let shell relocate to lagos or lake chad besin and leave Niger Delta for good.
More and more companies will come and shell will not be missed sorry you are not making sense |

dominique: He's definitely working for someone, he probly has a target he has to deliver to his boss on a daily basis.
Now this kind of fraud does not surprise me, it has been in existence for over a decade just that now they're involving children. During my undergraduate days (first year), there was this fat woman that we ran into our lecture hall wailing that her son (who is also a student) is terribly sick at the school health center and she has spent all the money on her and he's dying. You need to see the big big denominations flying towards her direction. We were over a hundred in that hall and almost everybody dropped something. Fast forward a few months later (second year), I was in engineering lecture thearter with some friends only to see this same woman again, same cloth same story . As usual, people jumped and dropped huge amounts of cash. I was only able to stop those around me, one guy didn't even believe me and he ran forward to donate N500. During my final year, this woman came again to my faulty with the same sob story . Good thing I wasn't the only one that recognised her, most of us just remained on our seats and watched her perform film show. Anyone that attended UNILAG around 2003 to 2008 must have encountered this woman at least once.

Guyman02: Nonsense! She is still not elected by the public, she can also call for snap elections. If this happens in Africa America will be thinking of invading that country like Syria which has an elected President Bashar Assad but because he is not in the good books of the West the exported terrorists from over the world to destabilize Syria. There system mixes monarchy and parliamentary system, so why is America not attacking them like Iran which practices a mixture o theocracy and parliamentary system? At least they did not raid Gabon; D Or say Equatorial Guinea... But I see your point, even though you are getting the whole perspective wrong. There is some degree of hypocrisy amongst some of these western countries in some matters, that I will agree. |

Anyways they have made some progress in educating the girl child up there, as compared to 15 years ago, but still, much more work has to be done. |

Do you how many people in the UK that see the Royal family as parasites who are kept afloat with tax payers money? Your comments show a low level of inexperience on international politics. And for you to even say that about Theresa May even shows how ignorant you are about how parliamentary governments work. Cameron has resigned, and since it is the conservatives who are the majority in the both houses and in the gov, they choose their new leader, who in turn will become the next prime minister. Mumu |

You cannot compare the queen to the despotic pig, and I will repeat it. it's not about worshipping white man, as you have said in gross stupidity, but just stating the fact. The monarchy is English history for thousand years plus, and there was that shift over the last 200 years that makes the crown just reign, and not rule again. Gadaffi on the other hand took out a monarchy seozing his government, looted the country and both he and his family were murderous people. It's good they killed him like a dog in the street. That is justice to all he has killed. Rubbish. |
