AkataWoman: You sound absolutely insane. I take it your US visa was denied or you were deported. The fact that an AFRICAN of all people would try to insult a developed country-ANY developed country-is crazy to me. You’re not decent enough to try to improve Nigeria. Like a selfish coward you run to suck from another country’s teat.
America doesn’t need its billionaires to do anything for its people. We have opportunity and means to do for ourselves. However, our wealthy people do spend millions putting people through school, building homes, schools, etc. Many even help out the continent of Africa (ex: Bill Gates & Oprah). What does Africa’s billionaires do except live large while everyone else lives in squalor? wow that was harsh |

TheEminentLaity: Great? Maybe, of course yes in comparison with shitholes; Greatest? No way, by a long shot. There are much better places.
Even in France, contrary to what is touted here on this thread by the muricans, immigrants can achieve status, not only footballers. I understand this thread is about illegals so it's focused on social mobility for them but people make money in Europe too, it only depends on where one is looking but unlike the US money isn't everything in those societies
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tidjane_Thiam welfare alone is not the only metric used to judge a great country And I repeat the standard of living in America is not bad AT ALL there are so many other metrics there are to use, just as you have different courses in your report card.. Economic might -A1 (No other country come close) Military might - A1 - Nobody comes close Land of innovation - A1 Keeping the peace in South East Asia - you have to give it to them. If not for the United States, that sub region for don catch fire And many other things America does not have medical insurance coverage to every one I know But yet... America still is number one IN GENERAL. And France has regulations stifling business I know it For me it's America over Europe for me I'm working towards moving to the U.S. permanently France would have been easy for me but I would rather not it's a shithole |

TheEminentLaity: Living in the US is completely different from what is being promoted. 'Land of the free, with the blacks enslaved' - Jay Z but you keep hearing land of the free and America was founded on freedom and self-determination. Reality isn't always what it seems. The US is super rich and there is a lot of money or rather credit available for a lot of people. Do you know about the advanced credit system of the US? When Akon said many Nigerian artists are richer than US artists because they buy their own cars and houses, did you believe him? Maybe I should start posting links, how majority of americans are in debt they won't pay off till they die or that so many would struggle to fork out $400 cash for an emergency.
You live in CIV, do the middle class there, medical doctors and high earning middle class leave in droves? but they know there is money in Nigeria and 'opportunity' in Nigeria, after seeing Davido and Wizkid, isn't it? That's how the US is to other developed countries like Japan, which is even a stretch by miles. But if one is super rich, one can enjoy any place on earth even Mars so where would that person choose to live? a place where people are allowed to have assault rifles like mobile phones. Do you know about 'Stand your ground' law in states like Florida? Abeg make una leave matter.
Last last, it depends on what some people want and want to achieve in their life. If one is at the bottom of socioeconomic ladder in Nigeria, the US would be a great place to migrate to and make a living but also note that not everyone lives with Boko Haram in Nigeria. What's the point leaving your decent living and secure environment in Nigeria to go pay exorbitant rent in New York living close to the projects or some gang dense area like Southern California? Some nigerians had never been robbed at gun point until they migrated to the US and to the extreme shot at. well well What more do I.have to say..... you have your own views And feel strongly about them America is STILL a very great place to live regardless it's flaws. |

By a chick like this I mean a light skin, body showing, beauty conscious slay queen. Everybody want to have a piece of them, you feel like a G walking around with them but they are so much trouble.
I dated one like that and even though I give her money she collects money from everybody. Once I wasn’t in a position to give like I always did the relationship started going sideways. I give it to her tho, she was faithful and always showed me off while we dated.
She changed my taste in women permanently. Now I’m into working class conservative non flashy dark women. huh |

But as you know most of them don't see it that way.
A bulk of there taxes goes into maintaining their infrastructures and providing free social services to all their citizens.
But there is one thing they are not very good with and that is all those European countries do not have friendly immigration laws to bring in and accommodate different class of foreigners(especially with Africans) to reach their highest potentials or reach major political roles in government in those countries. yes that's it How many black owner businesses (notable ones o ) will you see in Europe? regulations go just strangulate you especially that useless France |

Beautyaddy: Are you minding those obviously jealous people on about the US?
You have to understand that the weak and lazy Africans like to live in most of those European countries because they don't have to work or stay on top of their God-given potentials because of the following:
They pay very high taxes to the government so that everybody from the rich, middle and lazy class all get to enjoy the same type of social benefits and they all remain on the same level financially.
They don't have to deal with overt racism(even though there's a high rate of covert racism being placed on most Africans in those European countries.)
So yes, the United States is not for Lazy People. the lazy class seems to be growing in Europe tho you need to check out "Lazy Britain" for example And there seems to be a permanent underclass as well... social mobility na war |

TheEminentLaity:
You must have never boarded a plane yourself There is no other country in the west that the citizens complain and outright protest against discrimination and discriminatory laws than in the US. By the way, the UK is the most convenient place for a black person to exist, outside their own continent, anywhere in the world. Racism overtly expressed, certainly not in the UK, try USA with Trayvon Martin and the likes. A country that abolished Jim Crow laws as recent as in the 70s and you are talking about 'super racist.' Google it, some places in south of USA still have segregated proms in High School where black kids have their separate proms from white kids. You must not also watch the news and get your information about US from Jack Bauer and the Kardashians, about how americans, because they are black are screaming 'black lives matter.' . The US population is largely ignorant of the world outside their noses and everyone is identified by colour/race first. Completely wierd for anyone coming from Western Europe.
America to many Nigerians is like Nigeria to other Africans and black people around the world after watching Davido, Wizkid and PSquare on Youtube think Nigeria is a great place to live, meanwhile it is the one of the worst in Africa, comparable with the war torn countries in the regiion, to live in as a regular person where very comfortable middle-class citizens are leaving in droves. You need a lot of money to be secure and for the law to work in Nigeria and it's similar in the US because you are likely to get caught up with a stray bullet or get robbed in many low-income neighbourhoods. The US with all its money is the third world country of the West. I understand when sufferhead nigerians who move to US see constant electricity and start talking rubbish. Nobody who is rich or comfortably middle class in Europe would want to live in the US. Nobody!
I'm sure you have no idea that prisons close in Scandinavian countries and people sleep without locking their doors and move freely everywhere and 'don't need guns to stop bad guys with guns' or that in the US, majority about 70% would have trouble paying a $400 bill emergency and many people are one ailment away from bankrupcy and poverty and homelessness. I won't bother posting links, google is your friend but stop watching music videos for information about the US. You don't see schools and cinemas being shot up by crazy people with assault rifles (home edition) or gang wars in areas in the US? Or you think because you come from Nigeria the victims could never be you or your siblings? Just look at the some of the retrogressive laws some of the states are passing into law in 2019.
There is a lot of money in the US like Nigeria in Africa but living in Botswana or even Ivory Coast is better for a regular person than living in Nigeria. Right now even Nigeria is becoming one of the worst places to live if you are not super rich. Likewise the US, the difference and advantage is that social mobility is a thing in the US. The richest people change all the time and people move up and down the economic ladder.
Get your facts right next time, and oh I have lived in some of these countries and speak from experience. If I was Ghanaian, Rwandan or South African and middle class why in the world would I want to migrate to the US of all places to get shot or for me or my children to be called niggers? America is still a great place nonetheless not a place for lazy and unproductive people if you want generous welfare go to fvxkin Europe |

If you listen to Presidential debates in US, you will think the candidates are talking about a third world country. I surmise that it boils down to individual race.
A great country is one where the citizens are reluctant to migrate out of the country.
/ in the midst of great countries some are greater And America is the greatest And your premise is not 100% correct more like 80% A great country is one where most of the citizens are reluctant to migrate out of the country FOR ECONOMIC REASON i.e. economic migration Migrating to set up businesses every where (like ndi China na Japan) should not count o it's those fleeing failed States (NiggerArea for example ) that falls in the "not great category" |

Let's face fact.... Everybody cannot be rich.... Everybody can't go to uni to study machine learning or data science- these are careers that can fetch u 200 thousand dollars fresh out of school... Not everyone will turn their ingenuity to creativity.... Not everyone has the skill to navigate the tough waters of entrepreneurship....
What's happening right now in America is that they producing millionaires faster than any other country in the world..... America boasts of 14 million millionaires, the closest country in 2nd place is China with 3 million millionaires-the difference is clear..... But yet in the same America, middle class Americans have to work 2 jobs with both couples fully employed to pay for mortgage....
If u know the true meaning of the American dream as it existed in the 60s, u will know America is gradually losing it.... American median wages is nothing to write home about... 70% of Americans earn below 50 thousand dollars, while the median wage is 30 thousand dollars... That's pathetic, when compared to other western countries... In the future, the American social class will either be the wealthy elites or the struggling working class... There has to a balance, ordinary citizens needs to be protected... That's not happening in America and it's wrong... I see your point But I doubt the median wage is 30k tho some of the things happening in America is not right But with time it will be corrected supply side economics that the criminal republicans introduced to the American space caused this problem in the first place |

In other western nations, immigrants can choose to be lazy or mediocre at best, and still find a place within the system to survive n even get by.... why would an immigrant decide to be medocre or lazy in the first place? that's why these Muslim irritants like Europe you are not PRODUCTIVE at all but still get generous benefits benefit are ok But it's creating disincentive to be PRODUCTIVE and hardworking Someone has ti pay for those generous benefit and guess who is paying? The amazing thing is she works from home.... She was born and grew up in uk, the same people u calling to leave.... I doubt any other ountry can offer her such wages with good working flexibility....
Then u talking about billionaires in usa.... How many billionaires are in usa...600 So what happen to the rest.... For your info, USA has the worst median income among developed nations..... The country is so skewed to favour only the rich and few upper middle class.... U can't work in Wal-Mart or MacDonald and make something out of your life.... Student loan debt is real and is becoming a huge burden on fresh graduate.... The American dream is gone, the greedy Corporate globalist in wall street killed it.... America now cater only for its wealthy n powerful.... The average American is left behind, dropping from middle class to working class....
The american quality of life for average citizens sucks... Unless your kids attend expensive private schools, they are better off in Mayflower, ikenne or any nigerian FG unity schools.... American public education has now been declared a disaster... I don't even want to talk about healthcare. Last year, over 500 thousand Americans travelled abroad to receive medical treatment in 3rd world nations like India, Mexico, Brazil, Thailand etc... Potholes are now regular sight on American highway.... Yet u had the nerve to attack uk on its infrastructure..... Trump himself lamented on American crumbling infrastructure.... UK is planning it's 3rd high speed rail that will link London to Scotland.... Your almighty america is hoping to have its first HSR in 2029... Even the so called social mobility is being a mirage for most Americans.... Right now in the USA, the system is designed in such a way that if u are rich u can never become poor.... and if u are poor, it's going to be extremely difficult for u to be rich....
This is 2019, there's no perfect country anymore... Even most developed western nations have come to accept that reality.... America has its great side- good career progression, better opportunities in most career fields, strong IT sector, good universities, great centre for innovation n creativity.... But don't make it look like other countries are shitty or lags behind... America is not even among the top 15 most prosperous nations anymore... It's number 17 while uk u claim is shitty is 7... I see your point But the good outweighs the bad for the United States tho The standards of living is good, very good, but it could be much better...
