Bros frash made a nice sugestion. We can highlight the prospects in our various states, who knows, this thread could be a masterpiece for intended corpers to make reference to, even in years to come. I'll take the first shot, being an abian, schooled at anambra, spent quite a lot of time hanging out with pals from imo, i can tell u a whole lot about the south east, follow my posts below... |
I know non of u is planning towards imo state, but if u do collect ur callup and its imo, then hit me up. |
Gdmorning all, i war listenin to president Gej's speech during democracy day, i was expecting to hear, 'i hereby increase the allowance of corpers from 19,200 to 49,200, God bless the federal republic of nigeria' |
Thats peer and parental pressure. It didnt start now. Once u're giving birth to, next u're expected to crawl, then walk, then school. After secondary school, they expect us to further it, not minding if we're crafts men or not. After school, service, then we the guys are expected to get a job and star taking care of them! Next, mariage, when u eventualy get maried, they expect the kids, if it aint coming, them more presure. When it comes and its a girl, more presure, when the boy finaly comes, then u're expected to make them two, then they start asking why all these children, dont u know the economy is bad? Bottom line, u cant please them all. |
onome25: u need to search ur self properly if truely u are a human talk more of a nigerian.u need to get back! to the extreme forest in where u belong.remember, i still have the key to lock u in ur official ZOO,morons have no resident so u can roll in nairaland as ur church & as u like because no ONE will ask after ur HEAD[ i guess u're not even important ]. onome25: u are not my class empty GOAT & a-hungry DOG that barks all day without FOOD onome25: i guess u are an empty head that sits in front of a cáfe to screw in nairaland with an un-recognized! access...dam! what a slowpoke with out proper caging. onome25: u are not my class empty GOAT & a-hungry DOG that barks all day without FOODpoverty is a viral disease! Poverty coupled with illiteracy is a malignant tumour! Add idiocy into the equation and u get these empty rants! |
POTUT: To all those hauling curses on GEJ and all chief beneficiaries of corruption, have you ever paid any attention to the University administrators and Traditional Rulers who call these thieves aside and publicly honor them with awards and degrees and chieftaincy titles?so in ur own analysis, the traditional rulers and university administrators are the primary cause of coruption, while the executive president, comander-in-chief of the armed forces, grand comander of the federal republic and his all other ministers and chief beneficiaries of coruption are the secondary causes? U're just contradicting urself. Read ur post again, this time around, try and concentrate. |
Another Okija: HUH?!No, wise one. Lets not derail this thread. But i just dont think it wise to insult men of God like u did, and always do here on Nl. Hebrews 5:1, 'For every high priest taken from among men is ordained for men in things pertaining to God...' verse 4, 'And no man taketh this honor unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron. |
Okoya: Woke up and discovered my toothpaste is finisheda sand-paper and iron sponge would have done justice to that teeth! |
sigba: Haba, this is the first time i'm seeing such words (SILLY) on this thread, pls maintain the politeness no the thread.sigba hornie, pls ignore the negativity, we've got a whole lot of positive things to look up to. If they feel we aint geting it right, let them feel free to start another thread. |
^ still thinks hes hot |
moshoodn: If everyone lies low, then this thread is just gonna die a natural death.seconded! Thirded! Fourtheth! ![]() ![]() bro fash, wheres ur sence of humour? Loosen up and enjoy the thread. |
kinnad: Hello house, can anyone predict the total number of pages this thread would have by 2nd july when camp opens? I predict btw 130 to 1402 pages per day from now till 22nd june when callup letter is issued, 2x25 = 50 extra pages. From 22nd, its goin to be 5 papes per day till 2nd july, 5x7 = 35 papes. 35 + 50 = 85 pages, add 85 pgs to the 70 we'v got now, its 155 pages! I can bet my engr certificate on that! |
Loskee: hahaha... i had to put it that way to catch real attention... glad i got it!u got me going there! Pls, wheres 9 zeros? Isnt he back from Abj yet? I'v got a feeling hes cruizing our money with shygal! |
^ still bed-wets |
jim jones: oh i can live with that, mate... especially coming from a made-up book that's gone on to become the manual for the deluded, the dimwitted and the retarded.i dont envy u one bit. U dont believe in God, neither do u believe His word. Gues u believe u evolved from spirogyra! For me, i was fearfully and wonderfully made in the image and likeness of an awesome God! U cant beat that! I didnt hapen by accident, neither did the earth exist due to a big bang! Hahahaha! It sucks to be an atheist. Like i said earlier sir, urs is a lost course! |
engineerd: Now i believe that the devil can equally quote the Bible.bros, alusi okija isnt the devil. I'v learnt immensely from most of his posts, as regards to christiandom. He pulls up bible passages like he wrote them himself. He just gives them different interpretations to justify any position he takes at that moment. |
Loskee: hi all aspiring batch b corps members on Nairalandcooking utensils? Loskee babe, are u planing on living at the camp forever? Dont mind me jare, just click on the first few pages of this thread, someone did justice to it already. *stil laughing @ cooking utensils* lol |
jim jones: right here's the problem with religious people - no amount of amens indicate a willingness/desire/commitment to tackling corruption. i say amen at family morning and night prayers daily, and i dont even believe the imaginary blue-eyed whiteman you people refer to as god. even the preacher knows deep down that god will not hold him accountable for his own numerous atrocities(as no such mechanism exists), talk less of gej.bros, urs is a lost course. Psalm 14:1, 'the fool hath said in his heart, There is no God'. Gej has better hopes than u, at least, he acknowledges the Lordship of Christ. But u, my brother... |
jmaine: Look closely again, that wasn't PointB , . . .if thats truly an impersonator, then hes doing a good job with it. I stil believe thats pointB, who wouldnt be wary of suporting plain daftness? jmaine: Good to know PointB has been elevated to the nairaland godly status as Beafgod ke? I would respect them more if only they can accept where and when their master goofed. But unfortunately, they swallow whatever their master throws at them, hook, line and sinker. And u, oh jmaine, u seem to be feasting on both camps! |
Spirit of Okija: Did I lie?!my dear, my background and urs arent same. I was raised to reverend men of God, i was thought the bible passage that said we shouldnt judge another man's servant, for in his master's eyes, hes right or wrong. Also, i'v read where God comanded us not to 'touch His anointed, and do His prophet no harm. Men of God are God's servants, so i chose not to speak ill of them, for my own good. So, u see, its all about up-bringing. |
Bestlyf: The message must have hit Dame very hard because when they were singing a hymn from the program book in their hands, she was just glaring, probably at the prelate. I wondered why she was so carried away then. Now I know.Nope, she wasnt glaring at the bishop, neither was she carried away, she just couldnt find the lines they were reading in her hand book! Afterall, english isnt her mother tongue. |
^ ^he keeps to the rules |
Spirit of Okija: This should serve as a lesson to Jonathan and his cabinet... Invite only criminal pastors like Oyedepo to such events next time.. Amen!!no wonder they keep banning u over and over again! |
^ ^ has a life outside nairaland |
I am disappointed in GEJ.
hahahaha, PointB has finally given up on his incompetent oga! Welcome aboard! Stil waiting for Leomax and then Beaf. You must have condoled so much nonescense that u had to throw in the towel. |
onome25: @poster u & sahara reporters shall rot in hell!!!wheres this low.life slow.poke from? So govt isnt our busines? Yet democracy is said to be govt of the people, by the people... U need to get an education, u sound stupid, empty and silly! Anuofia! |
naijaobi: I GUESS ITS HIGH TIME I PLANNED A COUP HERE i'v got ur back! Its either we're incorporated into the board of directors or me over throw this govt! *carries play-card* We no go gree-oh, we no go gree! |
Shareboyz: Who's got d latest news on NYSC?Nysc news update: all intended corpers are to be mobilised to Borno state to help Jtf fight boko haram! Its part of the training, get ready guys, lets send them to hell. |
sigba: Wow, it's my pleasure sir. I'll handle the keys to ur office with uttermost care.send the secretary out and invite me, lets mess his desk up ![]() |
naijaobi: DO YOU BELIEVE THAT...., INFACT NOT BELIEVE, DOY YOU KNOW THAT 92% people wet the toothbrush after applying the paste.... are you among them?i'm definately not among the 92%. I tried weting my toothbrush after aply one stupid paste called Holdent. All the paste dissolved in the water ![]() Now, i just rinse the brush and wet it b4 applyin the paste. Once beaten, twice shy![]() ![]() |
Shygal: @all d money in d treasury is nt meant 4 'belle issues' as ujchief requested bt 'imp issues' lol. am jus bin a gud 'treasurer' ujchief use ur pkt money or manage d dinin hall food owk.we need a new treasurer!!! One with honesty, integrity, transperancy and accountability! Shygal is hereby impeached! Sigba for treasurer! Vote sigba, vote fresh air! |
