more of the lights in uyo

redsun: Letting them understand the importance of electricity by making it available to them will make more sense to than wasting it on occasional Christmas lights. Oyinbos can afford to do that because they have control over mundane things like electricity.because you are that daft does not mean every nigerian is like you talk less of the great Akwa Ibom People that made it happen. Like i said your inferiority complex knows no bounds. |
redsun: Teach the children the truth at early stage for them to learn to fend for themselves, instead feeding them cork and bull oyinbo traditions that will end distorting their common senses like the present socalled adults.you mean the same oyibo traditions that includes going to church, hospital when you are sick, going to the university to study which am sure you have copied all of those. Is it only christmas light that you are rebeling against. am very sure as you are typing this trash you are not tying wrapper like your grand fathers but you must be wearing some oyibo type pant/trousser/ shirt. Unam Ikot. and of course you are typing in oyibo language, why not use your venacular to communicate on this webpage while you are at it so we can know that for real you are a non conformist to the european ways! |
redsun: You are too chimp minded to understand what electricity stands for,if you do you will be too embarrassed to be wasting megawatts of electricity on indoctrinated displays while a common citizen can hardly heat up a kettle for a cuppa when he or she wants due to incessant blackout as if it is a war zone. And you are too insecure to appreciate what you have. Stop being a self hating black man, learn to appreciate the little you have. The govt both at the state and federal level are doing a good job in fixing the power deficit in nigeria. |
redsun: Talking about Christmas oyinbo indoctrinated lights. Answer me,how many normal everyday uyo resident had non stop electricity on the said Christmas da for just mere 12 hoursy? You guys foolishly copy what you don't understand. Having light means having power to generate the resources the people needs 24/7,not to waste on Christmas lights, displaying your mediocrity and enslaved minds. Its that same " indoctrinated light" that a f**l like you will fast for several days to get a visa to travel out of the country and enjoy. self hating Nigerian like you that doesn't appreciate what you have at home, but will praise every foreign mediocrity and do every thing possible both illegal and demeaning to travel out of your country. I do not know where you are from but its obvious you dont know much about Akwa ibom state, Here some heads up for you, Ibom power plant currently generate 191MW of power to the national grid. one of the most reliable power plants in the country currently because there is ready supply of gas form the Septa energy gas processing plant at Uquo. unlike most power plant in the country that suffer from lack of gas to power their plants. Plans are underway by the state govt to expand the power plant to a 600mw plant. and mobil is building a 500MW power plant at their base QIT ibeno, Akwa Ibom is well on its way to power sufficiency in Practice. Alscon @ ikot abasi also has and excess of 150 to 200MW of electricity that they are not utilizing at the moment that they are about to start selling/supplying to the national grid. |
Goddex: [size=14pt]OP, this is stunning. Akpabio never disappoints.thanks am glad you like it. |

DankemzI: To build that hospital has taken more than fives and counting. In terms of infrastructure he has done NOTHING. Akwa Ibom youths are hungry we need industrilization which is only possible tru Ibaka port. Apart from civil service & keke riding tell me another that employs youth. Plaza that was designed by Arch. Victor Attah he turned it to ghost zone.you think that building a 290 bed hospital complete with a nursing and allied health training institute na beans? you should learn to appreciate the scope of work we are talking of here. This is not another 50 bed ill equipped hospital that litters nigeria. we are talking of a worldclass hospital here designed and conceptualized by http://www.rrp-international.com/ those kinds of building takes time. attached is the model of the kind of hospital that we are refering to here. The hospital is bigger than the national hospital in Abuja. gets your facts straight before you spew trash. and for you info the hospital has already been roofed and will be commisioned this year. for update on the level of construction of the hospital visit this link https://www.nairaland.com/1256550/uyo-city-peace-beauty-pictures/39 As for people being hungry, since when was it the duty of govt to feed its citizens? Its not the job of govt to build industries but to create an enabling environment for them to thrive on this regards Akpabio is doing a good Job. Industrialization is a process it doesn't happen overnight it takes timing and planning, the state has through PPP built a state of the arts gas processing plant that is currently supplying gas to the ibom power plant and will also supply to the NIPP at odukpani with the capacity to provide gas to any industry that sets up in the state and has completed the 191MW power plant at ikot abasi and has provided 1300km of solid road network across the state. these were non existent in Akwa Ibom 6yrs ago. If you dont know, those are the backbone to industrialization of any region. The state govt is doing great. as per the ibaka seaport that oncourse. I would appreciate if you can point to any hospital in Nigeria that is near the scope of hospital that akpabio is building! When YOU SAY Akpabio has done NOTHING on infrastructure i doubt if you know what that word means.
