Very very difficult Sir....

AIT and Silver Birds TV owners may suffer the same thing.

Channels TV is doing well and dominating that sector. .

He is a socialite, a party lover. Bankers are usually conservative
Quite painful.

The son gave lots of loans that became NPL to friends....not knowing they were hawks and devourers.

Now Herbert Wigwe is cleaning the books and possibly take all the inherent positive potentials of the bank.

Our successful businessmen and entrepreneurs need to groom our children in every areas of our business. It is among Nigerians that a child will automatically become the CEO of a family by virtue of inheritance without getting the necessary experience, knowledge and training about the business and the industry
It still baffles me how his father did not know that the bank will become distress as soon as his poorly equipped children inherit and manage the affairs of the bank.....

Many parents are still doing the same thing Pa Dozie did.....we need to groom our children on our business or get the best hands to manage the company as Pa Peterside Atedo did with Stanbic ibtc bank and the bank is still waxing strong even after his retirement 3 years ago.

House, pls How much WHT is deducted from dividends?
10% of your dividend payment....

If your dividend is N100, 10% of it is N10....so you will get alert of N90.

Some companies do not deduct the 10%WHT like Dangcem, Wapco, FMN from my experience

When did JB issued warning? Wasn't aware of any.
The thing is, even if a coy issue a warning, does that automatically means they'll underperform?
I thought it's just a way to prepare shareholders mind for eventualities.....but people are always quick to run.
What if coy pretend, will they panic?
I thought JB reduced the dividend payment after declaration?

A parishioner was absent from the church for 2 weeks, the pastor now decided to visit him at home.

When the pastor got to his house, he was surprised at the size of his Mansion and numbers of exotic cars in his garage. The man comes to church on Sunday with just 2 average cars. Unfortunately the pastor did not meet the man at home, he met his domestic staff.

When the man came back, he decided to visit the pastor for checking on him. That he was sorry he travelled out of the country for 3 weeks for his vacation

The Pastor said sir, why are you hiding God's blessings. You are so blessed, but you hardly give testimonies about your wealth, blessings etc. You even traveled to US for your vacation, you did not testify that you got a Visa to US.

Infact the parishioner was surprised, if not embarrassed.
