Australia believe that our Bsc is not equivalent to theirs, most people doing MSC will go through that part
Certificate in this
Then Graduate diploma
to MSc in what you apply.

Just accept the offer sharp sharo cos is the sam courses you will do in masters, they just break it down, given it funny names

All the best
Vivienne01:
Hi everyone, I applied for Masters in Engineering Management but was given an offer to study a Graduate Diploma in Engineering Management as a pre-requisite to a conditional offer in Masters of Engineering Management at UTS Australia. Meanwhile, I have B.Tech in Project Management Technology. What could be the reason for this and what do I do?

Save your money and go for PR, thank me later.
You can only think of applying to school if you dont have work experience .
Don't mind anybody advising you to abandon your accounting dream. Even though nursing is good accounting is a professional course and you have every opportunity to work anywhere.Just follow your dream .

Am currently doing my Master of Professional Acounting with CQU Brisbane

ayobamiakinrind:
Good day house, please I need clarification from people who are already there (in Aussie). I studied Bsc Accounting here and finished with 2:1, scored 8.0 in IELTS and also, I've been offered PQP at PIBT as a pathway to Masters in Professional Accounting at ECU.
I'm scheduled to start next year.
Recently, my contact there called and advised that I rather apply for Bachelors degree in Nursing Science at ECU. I've done so and I've been offered admission, he said I may not get PR even if I'm CPA qualified.
Please compatriots, enlighten me as I'm a bit skeptical about the Nursing thing, a fresh start and my love for accounting. Please endeavor to explain the consequence(s) of each my options.
Thanks.

Why is anything Igbo given you sleepless night

Cant you make one single sentence without calling Igbos

What is your damn biz with Igboshuh
Watch your hate speech and your tribalist infested reasoning cos you are a Lady.

Preach no hate so you will have something reasonable to tell your future kids.

Inugo!

irunooboo:
Here is Seuun Kuti a yoruba man calling for the probe of OBJ another yoruba man. Buhari is presently probing Dasuki a fulani man from his tribe without the northerners raising their voices. The igbos will never do such. Instead they will remain quiet as long as the culprit is from their tribe. They will shout witchhunt if such attempts were made to probe an igbo man/woman. Example is the case of stela oduah accused of massive looting in the aviation sector sad May God forgive the igbos undecided

As Nigeria celebrates its democracy day today and the first anniversary of the present government, May 29, these are five of the many things you need to know about the current state of the largest economy in Africa.

1. Before the current government took over, Nigeria was the third fastest growing economy in the world after China and Qatar. Today, that has become a history.
2. Though Nigeria remains the biggest economy in Africa measured in GDP, it will soon be overtaken by South Africa.
3. The current administration inherited an external reserve of over 34 billion US dollars just a year ago. Today, Nigeria's external reserve is 26 billion US dollars. That is, a recorded 26% (approximately) contraction.
4. This government inherited 22 largest economy in the world with a GDP of 568,508 billion US dollars, just a year ago. Today, Nigeria has fallen to 24 largest economy in the world with a GDP of 490,207 billion US dollars.
5. Before the inception of this government, Nigeria was a haven for foreign investors and multinational companies, just a year ago. Today, these investors are leaving the country in an unprecedented rate - attached link will further assist you.

As you celebrate this government's one year in office, just pause for a moment and ask yourself this question: with the way the Nigerian economy is being managed by the present administration, what will be its fate by May 29 2019? A country with a booming economy, just a year ago, is about to become a bankrupt fiefdom.

Hypicrite is a disease seriously

RockHard:
The protest is an exercise in futility coz their ranks have been broken and infiltrated so they no longer have any bargaining power with the government. Don't forget that there's even a subsisting court order barring the protests from holding. So there you have it.

Those wailing and supporting Subsidy are the true enemies of this country. Basic economic reasonings wuldnt do anyone any harm. Nigeria can't afford to continue paying subsidy

Don't just wail, bring forth sound reasonings and better alternatives

Just to add to this..

Please buy the necessary household things you need in Naija before coming here i mean, things like phone charger,Google the type of extension and adapter Aussie use so you buy it before coming( is totally different with ours). Why am saying this is because things are pretty expensive here oo,common USB cable is $15 and blackberry mouth charger is $30 and movable adapter is $15,Sun shade if possible cos is very sunny now

Safe journey a

Your printed visa information
Passport and booking confirmation
Cash depends on the individual, but I will advice you travel with at least 500 Dollars.
Also prepare 2000 Naira in several denominations for your people at the immigration. However, if you want to avoid that, be at the Airport as early as possible and check in on time, because they use delay tactics a lot but if you go early the tactics might not affect you. Otherwise, you can choose not to give them anything but be ready for small delay.

Waooo congrats ooo.I love hearing good news.I tap into this goodnews oo,that mine will be soonest.

Enjoy

bossladyMo:
Naaaaa...just your Naija license. You need to take a written test though, and then a practical test. The written test is not hard, as long as you study the material...I passed mine in one go. Also, even if your licwnse is expired, but by not more than 2yrs, you can still convert it...just that you will have to spend $130 on a learner's permit to take the test.

The sockets are different here oooo. So be ready to buy a converter adaptor...$14. Also, ensure you bring AV and RF cord for TV, just in case the house you rent does not have it. AV cord that is sold for N200 or so, is over $30 here...while the cheapest RF is $19......imagine!!!

Got a job with Telstra y'all, training starts Monday....entry level position, but still something to get my foot in the 'Australian Experience' Door.....peace!

Thanks dear.Just dat I prefer d chicken one :- no wahala will go with ordinary one

Knorr Chicken is a product from animal sources. I carried Knorr ordinary. Chicken spice is not a chicken product...it's just a combi of spices used to flavour chicken.

No foodstuff o, just peppersoup spice and knorr cubes. I was told to go to one side, stood on a queue and a dog just passed by all of us on the queue.

No bags searched, just basic questions like what do I have there...dazall! Guess cos I declared it, and they were not meat or chicken p

If you can bring foodstuffs, and not have excess baggage, I would advise you bring. Even with all my oyinbo-forming , I am still finding it hard getting used tothe food here. Wish I brought foodstuffs to ease me into the food culture here, but there was no space at all.

I just tried to make mince meat sauce, and the tomatoes are tasting somehow, even after spicing it plenty! Maybe will try another type of tomatoes next time sha, cos these ones were the cheapest ones there...but they were bright and red like Naija tomatoes though.
Please is knorr chicken, part of d chicken product biko? Will there be any effect if one carry chicken spice
