Fast on warm water and lime juice for three days to cleanse your system.Then take a glass of milk every two hours from 8am to 8Pm on the first day.A glass every one and a half hour the next day and a glass evey hour on the third day.After that take it every hour for two weeks.You will notice the change.

Tell him to wash his face with early morning urine everyday,he would notice a great change.Or cut lemon into two and scrub in on his face every morning and night(it may bleach his skin though)and let him take lime orange every morning before food to burn the fat in the system.He should also reduce fatty foods.
He can also gring cucumber and apply ove the affected parts for 20mins before washing it off with warm water.
