What a joke! What difference would it make if you build the school next to the military installations? The military is the one providing cover for the terrorists and in some cases are involved in the abduction. It's like dropping your kids at the entrance to a lion's den. This midget governor would do everything but solve the problem that him and Buhari created, useless IDIOT!

Not only cutting off the network to Geidam...the home town of the Acting Inspector General of Police, Usman Alkali Baba, they need to cut off his head and hand it over to his family in a platter! As you send your killer squad down to the East, your home would be taken over; your wife raped and humiliated and your children abducted.

No, Issa Pantami, as a Minister holding a blue, green, red or yellow passport does not have FREE entry at least to the US without a visa. He needs and MUST apply for either A1 or A2 visa before he leaves his country. Diplomats and other foreign government officials traveling to the United States to engage solely in official duties or activities on behalf of their national government must obtain A-1 or A-2 visas prior to entering the United States. They cannot travel using visitor visas or under the Visa Waiver Program. With the exception of a Head of State or Government. I am not sure where you got the notion from, that he can enter the US without a visa.

Politics › Re: Cattle Traders Chase Police, Enugu Officials With AK- 47 - Punch by UnabashedIPOB: 3:54pm On Apr 23, 2021
The PUNCH gathered that trouble started when officials of the state government went to demolish the New Artisan Market following an order of the State High Court, which was said to have declared the market a security threat because of its proximity to the Government House.

However, an attempt to effect the execution was fiercely resisted by the Hausa traders, who reportedly went inside the market, brought several AK-47 rifles and chased away the officials and police detachment
.

I would like to address the above two statements starting with the first one. The question that any reasonable person would ask is: "Where was the government when the market was being built that close to the Government House?" Was it not aware prior to construction that having such a structure or any other that close in proximity to the seat of power poses a security threat?

I am in no way shape or form condoning the actions of the Hausa or Fulani traders but if the government is up to its task, it should have known long before now that having any structure that close to the Government House is dangerous. It's not fair to anyone to have their property destroyed after they have spent their hard earned money to build such when that could have been avoided if the government is responsive to its obligations.

Now, for the second statement, I have to say that if nothing else, this should be a lesson and an eye-opener to all the Igbo people everywhere including the traders in that market. You should arm yourselves and be ready because a day is coming when you have to defend both your life and property from being taken from you forcefully. What does it tell you that, in no time the Hausas were able to retreat into their stores and came out armed and ready to do battle.

If these people could take a stance against the State Government with their police, could you imagine what they would be able to do when confronted by ordinary citizens? I see all these events as warnings and signs of what lay ahead. Do not be taken by surprise because if you do, you would have your self to blame.

As for the police, my question is: "What happened?" I thought your so called President gave an order to shoot on sight anyone seen with AK47. Was the order given not applicable to them? What would have happened had that been Igbo traders brandishing AK47? Why is there UNEQUAL TREATMENT of all citizens under the law? You see, this is the reason why people HATE this country and you wonder why they want out from this suffocating HELL hole of a place called NIGERIA!

40 what? grin cheesy. Bro, common now. When I said you were ran over by White, that doesnt mean you gave up easily. Yoruba also fough the British now nd lost. This Anglo-Aro Arochukwu War you mentioned was mainly fought by minute section of Igbo. It was like the way Ijebu fought the British but were defeated. Does that mean Ijebu represented entire Yoruba race?. No. So the same applied to Arochukwu which was a ver tiny group compared to larger Igbo tribe. So Arochukwu war only lasted 5 months not 40yrs. What you called 40yrs were some negotiations here and there until hell broke out. British defeated you very quickly. grin cheesy and you became eternal salves cheesy grin

But Fulani was and is a formidable force due to Islamic energies cheesy British had no choice but to submit and let them be. Fulani is a very large tribe that spreads across West Africa and relatively united, workaholics, traders and they believe in themselves. Thats why they could not take away Fulani language and culture from them. but they succeeded in taken away from Yoruba and Igbo. Thats why we are in the damn it cool and queue at their embassy for visa grin How many Fulani you see do that?. I am sure their percentage is very low
You are a very funnyman. I am sure you're not too conversant with the history of the ZOO prior to independence and it's not my place to teach you that. I suggest that you really need to go and study the history before you start making unfounded statements with no basis in fact. I want you to read about the women's war of 1929 if you really want to know how brave the Igbos are...both our men and women did not take shit from the British. Let me break it to you, Your FULANI masters are nothing but TAKERS and have made no meaningful contributions to the ZOO. They always wanna reap where they NEVER SOWED. The British saw them as people that they could control, and they see the south mainly the Igbos as their main obstacle. The Fulanis got to the north, under the guise that they are all HAUSAS, subjugated them and took them over using Hausa peasants to fight their leaders just like they did to the Yourubas in Kwara using AFONJA as a willing tool to conquer his Yoruba people and before you know it, they have their EMIRS everywhere. They tried the same with the JUKUN people of middle belt and were defeated and they keep trying. I am sure you enjoy your lot in life of being a FULANI slave, that's your choice. But it ain't gonna happen in Igbo land.

when GEJ was there he forced governors on you too?. You just acknowledged your state govt failed you.. Your governors are your own kind. Are you carrying them over to your Biafra?. If so, my friend, you are wasting your precious time. If you succeed in establishing Biafra country, you will now have civil war. Remember those governors have their fans and supporters too. Your internal biafra war will now begin. Same with Yorùbá nation.

Let there be peace. Fulanis are not your problem. Each region is it's own problem. My only issue with federal govt is the current security structure: police force. There should be state and local police controlled by the state and local authorities. Period

Bottom line is, 90% of NIGERIANS are unpatriotic. This is what your problem is not separation. We have married together for better for worse grin grin. We ain't going nowhere. We live together... We die together Bad people for life grin cheesy

Quick one, are fulani also responsible for fake phones that igbo sell at Alaba market?. By collecting money from customers in exchange for fufu laden phones. If you can not work on insincerity how do you want to stand as a nation?. Hausa/fulani are more sincere. Bad ones amongst them learned evil from Yorùbá and Igbo. FACT
The problem we have in the ZOO is because we are ONE NIGERIA. Let us go and worry about our issues and you worry about yours. You cant force one to remain in a marriage that's broken. I am not surprised that you could not give me ONE GOOD reason you're proud to be a NIGERIAN. Are you not ashamed?

Sorry, bro. Ilorin remained Muslim city. When Wike declared River state a Christian state your pastors and CAN hailed him and gave him full support. They supported the fact that Wike demolished mosque prior to declaration.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1lfF8K_g_AI

Religion had always played major role in Nigeria politics. The same way Fulanis believe in feudalism you also have yours. It is unfortunate you may or may not understand Yorùbá. I would have sent you video of yesterday lecture talking about this whole thing. Igbo and Yorùbá are the ones that sold their languages and cultures to Whites. Yes, I am Yorùbá Muslim and I don't give a damn about fulanis nonesense. Our own leaders screwed us and sold us to them; and I don't feel enslaved by them one bit. It is unpatriotic igbo and Yorùbá that messed things up. Again, before you get your Oduduwa and Biafra nations, fix corruption across the board in your regions before you move on.

When the British came they could not overpower Hausa/Fulani way of life. But igbo and Yorùbá were ran over by Whites. This is why we are quick to be doormats and adopt colonial masters way of life. Example, Yorùbá want to talk about Yorùbá nation in their conference and they are speaking English. Same igbo people. But Hausa/Fulani would speak their language and dress their primitive way. But igbo and Yorùbá rather imitate slave masters. This is one of the reason British respect fulanis. They are who they are and they are not your problem. Current herdsmen crises will evaporate once Buhari leaves office because the clowns behind so called fulanis would have accomplished their mission and you will realize herdsmen are not the problem all along. Did you hear a renowned Yorùbá lawyer said that 30% of kidnappers are fulani, 70% are Yorùbá and igbo people?.
When the British came they could not overpower Hausa/Fulani way of life. But igbo and Yorùbá were ran over by Whites.

I hope you don't take any umbrage but you have a false sense of history and a white washed one at that. I m not sure where you get your history lessons from but do not say them publicly because people would start to wonder about your sanity. Go read how the Igbos, Arochukwu precisely, fought the British for over 40 years before they were defeated in 1902. The British knew it and know that Igbos are very stubborn and non conformists that's why they don't' like us, They throw their support behind the Fulani. So, please go read the history and not make believe one that you're espousing.

Fulani have their issues and not only in Nigeria. Other West Africa countries have issues with them. My only concern is you people are trying to disintegrate the country. You have everything to develop your region with so much wealth allocated to your region but your leaders messed you and you are blaming fulani?.

How did your forget several officials from your region accused of embezzlement?. They showed up in court only to "faint". It is your people that were quick to defend him despite his loot. Common now. How are fulanis responsible for that?. If your have your Biafra you'd still carry such people over your your country called Biafra.. I'm sorry, Biafra. My phone had registered Biafra grin. I am being serious. I don't mean to mistype it but it is automatic cheesy

Check with your govt officials. They are crooks. They loot you drt.. Of that's not clear to you, recent COVID-19 palliative should have you a clue.

Wake up and smell coffee.

Finally, before you have your Biafra and your Oduduwa nation let me break one thing down for you. Islam is not religion of Hausa/Fulani. I am aware many igbo think Islam is northern religion. That's ignorance.

Anyways, to break it down, apart from politicians and other corrupt avenues in Nigeria, religious leaders are part of the corruption in the country. If you have 3 corrupt Imams(Muslim leaders). I can guarantee you that 2 of them are yoruba. One (1) of them is Hausa/Fulani.

Similarly, if you have 5 pastors, 2 of them are Yorùbá. 2 of them are igbo. One of them is Hausa/Fulani. So question is, if you have your so called nations, are you gonna leave those corrupt pastors and Imams behind in Nigeria?. Ofcourse not. So you carry them over and motion changes because they still follow their interest. Why not solve that problem in Nigeria instead of creating irrelevant nations?
Yes the governors are crooked I can't agree with you more on that but guess what? The government that suppose to prosecute them would not do it. It wants people that would cater to the interest of the FULANI. The same failed government installed a governor of its choice in IMO STATE through the Supreme Court against the will of the people and you claim you're a democracy. Nigeria is a failed state right from inception and NOTHING would ever UNITE the country. Give me one good reason that makes you proud to be a NIGERIAN! I bet you can't!!
Politics › Re: Pantami: DSS Disowns Ex-Director, Amachree's Comment by UnabashedIPOB: 9:31pm On Apr 22, 2021
DSS through its spokesman, Peter Afunanya, via a terse message sent to journalists, said Amachree’s views were personal positions.

Afunanya maintained that the position of the service’s former director, did not in any way represent the stand of the secret police, urging the Nigerian populace to disregard all his views.

DSS is at it again...telling the public to disavow and not believe what the former director of the organization recently said during an interview. Mr. Sunday Amachree is a former DSS Director and not just an ordinary foot soldier or a low level personnel. He was an insider, and knew the inner workings of the organization. What he said about the vetting process of any nominee for a political office in the Zoo sounded plausible and in line with normal practices else where. So, for the DSS spokesperson to ask the public to disbelief what he said is very preposterous and disingenuous. Not everyone in the ZOO is stupid.

I have to assume you are a Yoruba Muslim. I have no issues with anyone's religion but when you use religion as a means to destroy and subjugate another or commit atrocities in the name of religion, then I have a problem with that. Fulanis have always believed in feudalism and their main goal is to conquer and subjugate the indigenous people of the land. I just have to sound a note of caution incase you do not remember how the FULANIS used Afonja as a willing tool to take ILORIN from your people. So, you better not let being a Muslim cloud your sense of right and wrong. Being a Yoruba Muslim would not save you if and when they take over your ancestral land with your help.

Pantami and the hypocrisy of his detractors

- By Fredrick Nwabufo

Profiling. Targeting. Scapegoating. In Nigeria, you are more likely to effectuate wry remarks and suspicious stares if you are the prototypical Muslim with full-bred beard, a ‘’decimal point’’ on your forehead – a sign of your devotion to Almighty Allah, and apparelled in modest trousers that stand aloof from the ankle than if you are a Bible-wielding evangelist piercing the dawn quietude of a drowsy neighbourhood with screams and shrieks of ‘’repentance’’.

We live in a country that is autochthonously Christianised. Our ways are Christian. It is commonplace to profile Muslims who hold strong beliefs as ‘’extremists’’ but not Christians who arrogantly profess their beliefs anywhere and everywhere, even commanding obeisance to their faith. I have never heard any Christian described as an extremist – even when some church leaders make galling and inflammatory statements.

In the build-up to the 2015 presidential election, Bishop Oyedepo vowed to open the floodgates of hell on the opponents of former President Goodluck Jonathan. Is this not an incendiary statement – by a man of god? This pastor also physically assaulted a penitent who came to his church for deliverance. But it was excused because he is a Christian leader. Christians are not extremists even when their actions vouchsafe this fact – but any Muslim can be summarily tagged an ‘’extremist?’’ When a Christian leader makes extremist comments, we call it ‘’holy anger’’. It is hypocrisy.

In 2017, the DSS attempted to arrest Pastor Johnson Suleman after he publicly said he asked his security guards to kill any Fulani intruder around his church. He also threatened the government after state agents swooped in on a hotel he took residence in Ekiti. In addition, Pastor Enenche and others in the same phylum have made ungodly threats that border on bigotry and extremism. But they were all palliated – because they are Christian leaders. It is hypocrisy.

Our society is subliminally attuned to certain precepts and ways that are predominantly Christian. Any otherness sets off an alarm. It is societal conditioning. Our society has been conditioned to readily see some people in one divide as ‘’extremists’’ and others in another category as ‘’devotees’’. A conditioning in hypocrisy.

The avalanche of attacks – both sponsored and taxied – against Isa Ibrahim Pantami, minister of communication and digital economy, accents some Nigerians’ atavism and aboriginal hypocrisy. I would not want to dwell on the contents of some videos and abstracts rippling on social media because they have been politically ammunitioned for not kosher ends.

Pantami’s only offence could be that he is a Sheikh heading a vital government ministry. Yes, some bigoted interests find his being a Sheikh in a sensitive public office exasperating. They cannot stand the fact that a notable Muslim leader is the superintendent of a key ministry. But Pantami is not just any Sheikh. He is a technocrat who knows his onions. He is not fish out of water at the ministry of communications. He trained as a computer scientist, obtaining a PhD from Robert Gordon University in Scotland. He bagged sterling credentials from Ivy-league schools like Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also attended Cambridge in the UK. But bigotry clouds the mind of those who see him as a Sheikh who has no business in the communications ministry.

As a matter of fact, the kindler of the current social media blitz against the minister is beyond ‘’what he said or did not say in the past’’. Some interests in the communications industry who perceive him as impervious to inducement, a non-conformist and a strong character are working in the shadows. Pantami has taken some hard-line-decisions against the industry vultures that are desperate to draw blood. The controversy is a smokescreen to exact vengeance. Nigerians should not unwarily cavort on the playground of this horde.

The truth is for every of Pantami’s detractor, the cause for grouse are interests not being served. The minister is not playing ball, hence, veiled daggers drawn.

Those calling for Pantami’s resignation do not mean well for Nigeria. I believe he should be judged by his stewardship at the ministry of communications — not by his faith. If the social media blitzkrieg against the minister is because of his performance at the ministry, that will be a different matter. But it is not. Pantami is perhaps one of the most resourceful and responsive communications ministers Nigeria has ever had.

Again, the minister should be judged according to his work at the ministry. And he has done a good job of that.

I will not join the multitude to commit murder.

Samuel Achi, a former lecturer at the Kaduna State University, Kaduna, explains to KAYODE OYERO how his son, Sunday, was killed at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University mosque in Bauchi State when the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami, was the Chief Imam of the university’s mosque.

A former lecturer of Industrial Chemistry at the Kaduna State University, Professor Samuel Achi, has narrated how his son, Sunday Achi, was strangled at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University mosque in Bauchi State.

The 67-year-old don also said he was aware that Nigeria’s current Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami, was the Chief Imam of the university’s mosque when the incident happened on December 9, 2004.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with The PUNCH on Wednesday, Samuel said his 24-year-old son and 400-level student of Architecture at the ATBU at the time was murdered by Muslim students over allegation that he circulated a tract that contained blasphemous content.

The father said the late Sunday was the leader of the students’ fellowship of the Evangelical Church Winning All Ministry. He said the tracts shared by his late son did not contain any blasphemous content but the Pantami-led Muslim community at the university pronounced a ‘fatwa’ on his son.

He said the Muslim students killed his son and threw his body off ATBU mosque, adding that he was able to retrieve the remains of Sunday with the intervention of the then governors of Kaduna and Bauchi states.

The father of the late student said, “The incident happened in the early hours of the 9th of December (2004). It was from the night of December 8 to the early hours of December 9 that it happened. From the fact that I had; from clear indications; from the confirmed information that I had, he was not stoned. He was actually strangled inside the mosque. His body was discovered outside the university mosque.”

The academic, who said he had forgiven all those involved in the sadistic killing of his son, however, stressed that were Pantami, who was the then chief imam of the mosque a man of peace, the killing of his son would not have occurred.

The don told The PUNCH, “As a Christian, my belief is that even though they killed him by pronouncing fatwa against him, he was doing God’s work, so, I don’t think we have to worry about it. God has comforted us and we have been able to forgive everybody that did that terrible act.

“Of course, we have no control over it but the blood of my son would always hunt whoever has a hand in killing him.”

When asked specifically if he was aware that Pantami was the Chief Imam at the ATBU mosque at the time, the sexagenarian, who sounded slightly still heartbroken and not ready to reopen the memories, said, “Of course yes, it is all over the place, I don’t want to go back on that.”

“We are not surprised to hear news out of it. We have actually forgiven everybody involved in his killing,” he added.

A top official of ATBU also told The PUNCH that Sunday was killed in December 2004 when Pantami was the Chief Imam of the school.

The official, who craved anonymity, said, “We lost a student called Sunday Achi in 2004 when Pantami was the Chief Imam. Pantami was a student but was later retained in the school.”

“Nigeria accounts for 70 percent of West Africa’s population, and if Nigeria should disintegrate today, we are going to overrun Benin Republic, Togo, Niger and other neighbouring countries.

“The elites will suffer more because some professors could be working in bakeries in Togo just to survive. We saw it happen when the Liberians came here during their civil war.

What kind of rubbish is this FOOL talking about? Citizens are already in HELL albeit they are not working at the bakeries yet. It makes no difference...they are already in bad shape with or without the ZOO disintegration. You have so called professors who can not even take care of their families due to hyper-inflation, insecurity, and no infrastructure as a result of FULANI mismanagement of the country and the economy, Does he not understand that these people are better off when the ZOO is divided? No wonder the ZOO is in such a mess because of IDIOTS like him.

Mr. Educated that finds it difficult to understand monopoly. Mention Dangote's monopoly, and he starts composing a novel.

Did you see the brilliant analysis that dude made? He was able to come with detailed analysis and recommendation in brief.
You can take a horse to a water source but you sure can't force him to drink. If it's too difficult for your brain to grasp a common concept, what makes you believe that you would have an understanding of a more complex analysis. That's like forcing a rock to recite alphabets back to you.

My advice to the general public is to be prepared for the the hyperinflation and extreme hardship that is about to hit the ZOO. You have seen nothing yet. You think things are hard now, wait to see what is about to hit everyone in no distant future. Things would be so hard that the weak ones would be preyed upon and they would not survive So, be on guard folks!
Politics › Re: Umahi: DSS Should Arrest People Making Unsubstantiated Claims On Social Media by UnabashedIPOB: 3:10pm On Apr 22, 2021
Governor Umahi attributed the high level of crime in the country to "unpatriotic acts" by many Nigerians. He said many political leaders from various regions go on television to attack each other and "castigate the leader of the country".

Umahi further said that political leaders making unguarded statements should be summoned by relevant security agencies for explanations, adding that the country cannot afford to be plunged into another war.

Why is Gov. Umahi now admonishing people who he claims are making unguarded statements that tend to hit up the polity? He wants DSS to invite them for questioning. I would like to ask him, where was he when Gumi, Miyetti Allah and their likes were spewing venoms? Did he not hear all that they were saying and yet he did not ask for the DSS to invite them for interview. But all of a sudden, he found his voice. What a shameless IDIOT! Umahi and the rest of the Southeast governors are as useless as discarded used tissue paper.

Your economics teacher should be killed if still alive.

Not only are you dumb as a rock , you are funny as well. You 're the one that needs to go and hang yourself for your idiocy. It seems like your brain does not have enough cells to be able to reason both simple and complex concepts. Buh-bye!
