The same people are arguing that state court can't rule over Ganduje but suddenly state court can rule in favour of Bello quote author=Johnjustice post=129545520] He has to submit himself to EFCC. You cheap paid agents need to tell him to come out and face his crimes. A higher court upheld the EFCC's right to go after him, and besides a state court can not bar a constitutionally recognized institution like EFCC from doing its job.
