Am currently serving in Nasarawa, one of their local village called town.
From the 19800-
Access bank collection #100 for both ATM card maintenance and stamp duty monthly.
#200 for monthly CDs fee.
#400 to and fro to make the withdrawal because there is no bank in the whole of my local government.
Bike to my ppa is #100 daily which is #1600 to #1800 monthly.
CDs is once in a week and it cost me #100 for bike making it #400 to #500 monthly.
Charging of phone is #30 daily which amount to #900 monthly. In my PPA LGA, they just celebrated one year anniversary of blackout.
#3900 gone without feeding, accommodation and recharge card etc.

My ppa pays me 5k plus NYSC #19800. I spend only the 5k per month and save the compete allowee. It boils down to discipline. I used my first two allowance to buy a bag of rice plus other foodstuffs that would last a year. Let me break down how I spend my 5k:
1k for each week of the month
For each week -
#160 for bag of water
#500 for soup ( Just meat and vegetables, I have all the ingredients you can think of including garri).
The remaining part of the 1k goes for miscellaneous.
For the rest part of the week, I'll cook rice, spaghetti and beans.
Then move over to the next week.
I only ate in a restaurant the first week I got to my ppa.

You get fridge wey u dey keep the soup? or you dey eat a week old warming soup?

To add to this, the school fees varies depending on the school...... in my school (UNILAG), it's about 60k for freshers and N22000 for tuition...... there are other expenses though, like indexing fee( which is usually paid in 200l)

@Op depends on the school you graduated from bro... 2.2 get levels, a UNN 2.2 is not on the same level with a FUTO or Unizik 2.2

The Nigeria government is nt having a human face for d citizenry. Wen is time for election, dey begin to promise heaven and earth, once dey re elected, tins will turn d other way round. Dis re same government dat will nt provide job or create d enably environment for graduate to be self employed. Where re we heading to? I think d only solution to dis country is wen we enforce wat Rotimi Amechi said sometime ago dat until d citizens start to stone elected and non-elected government officials, tin will neva change. I am so much pained wen I see some stupid youth or citizens raining praises on dis so called government officials because of peanut dey give to them, d peanut dat will nt take dem for even 2days. I pity dis country.
