Prinzey, prepare more on English because English carry 50 marks in post utme. There is going to be 5 questions in maths. If u are wise take my advice.

Your chance of gaining admission is somehow high but u need to do well in post utme because d course is a competative course, what i mean is about 350 and above candidate will write d exam, uniben will only admit 67-70. They will consider d highest scorers. Study, u will make it. Dont be afraid. The calculation is jamb score divide by 8 while post jamb divide by 2. Prinzey, i will advice u like my broda. There is no connection in uniben post utme. Wat uniben do is to consider their staff children that apply on d note of their children bearing the same name. In term of other person, whether is professor or senior lecturer can help. What i mean is only their staff they can help. It is the overall score in your department that is wat they will use to admit. It is the highest scores they will use to admit. Dont allow anybody to deceive u to bring money to help u, they are all scammers. It is only that can help u. We are in the same school of basic medical sciences which in medical laboratory science, medical biochemistry, Anatomy, physiology and nursing science. I am in medical laboratory science. Prinzey, we just finished our 1st semestar exam last week, we are about to start 2nd semestar.Though uniben has not paste d selling of d form and d exam date, i am suspecting that it will all take place between last week of August or 1st week of september. U chance is high if u do well in post utme. According to uniben calculation, jamb result is divide by 8 while your post jamb score divide by 2. If d total is 50 and above, u are like to gain admission. Your jamb score has earn u 30 marks already. U just need to get 60 and above in post jamb. 60 divide by 2 will give u 30. 30+30=60. 1 thing u must know is uniben work on the overall perform of the student in the department eg if uniben need 50 student the department,may be 70 score 70 and above while other score 60 sometin and 50 sometin. Wat uniben will do in dis case is to admit their 50 student from 70 and above and leave the other unadmitted. 50 dont not guarantee u admission, it is d overall perform that guarantee ones admission. Pls study hard because people that will write post utme in that department is more than 300 and above.uniben will not admit more than 60 students in that department. Be very serious. I am a student of basic medical science,all d info i am giving to u is valid. Ask any other uniben student in medicine or basic medical sciences, they will let u d same thing. Ask your broda very well,he has not be promoted or your broda is not telling u to true. What disaccreditation means is every activities in that medicine was suspended. How can a department that was suspend up their activities for 2 session still promote their student? Is a question that u need to answer. That your broda is still in 100level or else he is not a guiniune student of medicine.

All prospective uniben medicine students, there is no be admission as a result of disaccreditation that last for 2 sessions. Uniben has no option than not to admit any student in medicine because no vacancy 4 them quiet.

Putting any school be it federal or state as 2nd choice mean u dont have value for them that is why they put less concentration on their 2nd choice. I will advice u that any school u like best,put it as your first choice because u are likely to admission than those who put them as 2nd choice. Hardly b4 any school will give their 2nd choice admission because they have alot of 1st choice.

Medicine- uniben has 2 session on ground that has not promoted to the next level. Uniben have to promote those one first so that there will be vacant level in other for them to admit new student. What i mean is the 1 hundred level students they admit in d year 2008 are still in 100 level because of the disaccreditation they suffer in the last 2 sessions. The medicine students uniben admit last year were been post to sciences department because they is not vacancy. Uniben will start admitting into medicine as from 2 year time. U can c why they are not going to admit medicine students. My advise to u is just go and change your to medical related course.

I am a uniben student. My advice is- 1- uniben do allow awaiting result on a condition that he or she will credit its five important courses before matriculation day if he or she is admitted. If he or she get the result after matric day, uniben will not accept rather they will void the admission given to her before. 2- In term of post utme,uniben is very competitive. What i mean is 40000 students will write the post utme exam, only less than 7000 will be admitted. 3- she hold the key to decide the school she likes. If she like ilorin change it 4 she. Prospective uniben post utme students, pls dont allow any body to deceive u that he or she is a senior lecturer or what ever they might call themself in uniben, they are all scammers. Uniben has a little problem concerning medicine,that is why they are not going to admitted any student in medicine. If u have any body that put in medicine in uniben, kindly advice the person to go and buy change of course form.
