Nfora: Where did you see total votes cast as 946 and Accredited as 932?
The two of you must be blind then!
Valid votes of 923 versus accredited votes of 936,make a valid result!
If you add valid votes of 923 plus invalid of 13,you get total accredited votes of 936.
People reading this will appreciate the person that really needs brain upgrade.
